Slow germination === slow growth?

I've been germinating this seed for the 3rd day. It's popping out very slowly to the other seed from the very same package. Does this mean it will grow at the same slow pace after germinating? Should I drop it and start a new one?

I'm certainly no expert on this topic or cannabis in general but I have had mixed results with this. Some of the slower starters ended up growing as quick or quicker once they were potted. I have also seen them continue to be slower. I think it comes back to every plant is different.... One thing I can say though is my best growers do typically germinate the quickest in general. Happy growing ✌️👊

Will males revert back to veg if daylight is increased by only minutes daily?I'm flowering a male to create new genetics/seeds. I flower the males outside early spring (US - Michigan). Will more than 12hrs sunlight affect the males like it does females? Could I leave them outside without them reverting back to vegetative as the day hours increase?

Inside of seed stuck on cotyledon leaves keeping them together Has anyone ever had the inside of the seed stay on and keep the two cotyledon leaves together? The outer hard shell has come off. T5 veg? For seedlings If anyone has any idea how long I can veg my seedlings inside of a closet with 2 t5 fluorescents.. let me know! I’m close to harvest with my first round, but they still have another 2-3 weeks at least and i can’t put my new girls in the 12/12 tent on their schedule. TIA!!!

Pollination question! Help please!I have two tents side by side.
