Hi there. It depends on what type of smoke you want my friend. And the fact that you can't look at trichomes means you have to go old school and rely on the pistils. If about 50-70% of your pistils are brown and curled in you should get a more sativa head high. If 90%+ is brown then you should harvest, giving you a bit more indica body high. So considering what strain you bought saying its genes is a Sativa, you probably want about 70% pistils brown. Your buds look pretty ripe so now its just up to your preference of smoke. PS: Really nice grow you got ! Try taking shots without your grow light next time. Makes it easier to see whats really going on with your bud💪🏻
