@Nicogreen, it’s unfortunate to get mold my friend. When it’s already in the buds it’s next to impossible to remove and not worth keeping and risking your health.
Sorry about the first set of pictures definitely a stoned act on my part.
Better pictures! Yeah!
So the faintest of hairs.
One girl out of three so far.
Routing for the other two.
Thanks for your correspondence and looking forward to more information in the future.
@sanibelisl, oh shit sorry man I never saw these messages until now. GD doesn’t send notifications when you leave messages directly on a profile. It only notifies if the message is in a diary.
Hey there l, you had answered a grow question for me and I just want to clear up some confusion. Look closer at the flowering weeks, not 4 weeks of flower but 8 instead. I have missed a couple weekly updates. Thank you on your advice.
@Homestickycannabis, yeah you’re very correct. I missed that.
Also why I specify how many days the breeder recommends because you know where you are in your grow.
Well in that case government got one to two weeks left 🤣
You’re in for a great harvest brother. Enjoy it when it comes. 🤙
I read a comment you posted about websites that send to your door, was just wondering what that site was? I live in Kentucky USA and need a good website to purchase bud through. Can you help?
@Ogiegrwha, shit sorry man messages posted to here don’t get notifications. I just happened to see it now.
Yeah bro unfortunately the thing is that the sites I order from are Canadian and they strictly only ship within Canada. Shipping weed across the border is just not in their best interest. So I’m sorry friend, I don’t know of a reliable source online that will ship bud to the states. I’m sure if you do some googling I’m sure you can find a site that will work for you.
But the sites I use are buymyweedonline.com
And
Grasslife.io
At least give you an idea of what a decent online shop looks like.
Good luck friend 🤙
Your answer on day1 12 12 ,it leaves all doubts outs to pin your flush and feeding schedule. Makes things easier to track and to see how your doing in comparison with the claimed flowering times of breeders. I'm always late. 😳.
@SanderanderS, ohhh yeah I can see what you mean. You want to be able to plan your grow and have a general idea of timelines to follow.
Yeah the day I start 12/12 is day one and track the weeks from this point. Auto flower plants definitely a bit trickier to call when day one flower begins. But breeders recommended times are also just recommendations.
I tend to just read my buds and with a general idea of how many weeks she’ll be in flower.
I also go by an 8 week flowering cycle and weeks 7-8 I inspect more and more and decide if I need to extend or stay on track.
But generally when I see 50 percent milky tricromes I start flushing. By the time the flush is done they should all be milky and some amber. And if it’s not completely done it’s not big deal the plant can continue living with an extended flush. I personally would rather start my flush early have do it right vs trying to rush it because I’m late and she’s ready to pick. If that makes sense. If she’s starving she’ll consume her leaves to make fatter buds and that’s really a tell tale that your flush is successful.
Anyway sorry for the rant.
Hey there , you recently answered a question for me and I believe you were spot on. I'm in week 8 flower on a 8,9 week strain. Just saying thanks for the help.
@Homestickycannabis, Hey man! Yeah no problem, any time friend. I’m glad I was able to help you out.
If you have any more questions don’t hesitate to shoot me a DM. 🤙 Cheers brother!
It s an autoflower 8-9 weeks from seed to harvest. Can t change it. Then it wouldn t make sence i think. You re right about the mold. Didn t notice that. I will use a fork.
Thank you
Thanks for your reply. Gotcha on PAR and PPFD, ultra violet, far red and everything in between.
I have watched my fare share of Dr. Bruce fro the University of Utah.
My issue is with these particular lights I have the option of choosing from seedling, veg, and flower each expressing its own par and ppfd values.
So in seedling option more of blue spectrum 452 optimal and very little red or green spectrum.
So in full spectrum a more balanced mix where more red and greens photons are present and so forth with the flower stage more reds 660 and beyond.
I have the Photon App. That’s how I know I’m sacrificing either DLI or par/ppfd in the red spectrum’s.
Set to full spectrum all white diodes produce DLI of 42-45
(Umol/s)
400-499
452.
8.1
500-599.
599.
11.1
600-700.
660.
7.3
Flower setting red and white diodes DLI 35-37
( umol/s)
400-499.
452.
5.2
500-599.
599.
7.4
600-700.
660.
11.5
Far Red
760.
2.2
So by gaining optimal flowering spectrum I lose DLI.
And yes color of light has a great deal to do with plant development; cfl, hps,LED,Inc, they all emit different colors, brightness, warmness, blue, orange and so forth.
So I guess I will have to see what the plants like, less 660nm and higher DLI, or more 660-760nm with less DLI.
On full spectrum I get no FarRed 700-760. This must be some of the equation.
