An indica-dominant hybrid strain, Critical Purple Auto-Flowering feminized cannabis seeds trace their lineage to popular Critical Mass and Big Bud. Originally, the pair were bred together in order to improve the yield and stability of Big Bud. Critical Mass is known for extremely heavy, dense flowers, and our Critical Purple cannabis seeds carry on this desirable trait.

One of our highest THC strains, Critical Purple is a potent plant, expressing its indica roots with a heavy, relaxed effect. If you’re new to marijuana or even just to this strain, you may find early treatments with Critical Purple leave you feeling completely sedated, but whatever your tolerance, this strain is certainly best kept for evening or nighttime use.

Dry trimmed. After a month of drying and curing, the smoke was good, got high as hell. If you have plans for the day don't smoke this. It kind of reminded me of smoking crip weed back in the day. You will be couch locked but tripping out heavy at the same time. It will put you too sleep

I think it is a reliable strain I just should have focused on only one strain at a time.

I was expecting a little more of a sluggish feeling once the initial high wore off as I wanted it for a night time weed that will knock me out before bed. Sleeps have been great with this but it didn't lock me down as hard as I would have thought. Its been pleasant to smoke even without much for curing so really interested in what it will be like at the end of the curing process. Growing it was easy. It took some mistakes in stride and produced well. Each plant produced 260 grams which exceeded expectations. UPDATE: After a long cure process the smell of the buds turned sweeter than after harvest. Its not an overly powerful smell but quite pleasant. The smoke is very smooth and like the bud's smell the smoke's smell isn't powerful but sweet and enjoyable. The uplifting effect lasts for about 90 minutes then the mellowness kicks in. Outside of Tangerine Dream this is my next favourite strain and worth checking out.

I'd recommend staying away from this seed company all plants I've grown have had bad genetics. Such as a 14 week old autoflower 6" tall in my previous diary It only produced 2 grams. I've lost all interest in growing due to this so called "breeders" seeds

Critical Purple Auto by GSC turned out to not be auto. GSC said " We are sorry to hear about this issue. Auto-flowering "technology" has improved immensely throughout the years, but due to the nature of only having 10% Ruderalis in the genetics there will always be variables to the auto-flowering trait. Having a heavier presence of Ruderalis could stabilize the auto-flower trait, but will ultimately impact the potency/characteristics of the intended strain. For this reason some auto-flowers will perform similar to their original photoperiod strain and will need to be triggered into the flowering stage by decreasing the amount of light it receives. Thank you for your understanding.
