Critical Purple Autoflowering

Good smoke, would grow again

Dry trimmed. After a month of drying and curing, the smoke was good, got high as hell. If you have plans for the day don't smoke this. It kind of reminded me of smoking crip weed back in the day. You will be couch locked but tripping out heavy at the same time. It will put you too sleep

I think it is a reliable strain I just should have focused on only one strain at a time.

I haven't tried it yet. It just went into cure.

I was expecting a little more of a sluggish feeling once the initial high wore off as I wanted it for a night time weed that will knock me out before bed. Sleeps have been great with this but it didn't lock me down as hard as I would have thought. Its been pleasant to smoke even without much for curing so really interested in what it will be like at the end of the curing process. Growing it was easy. It took some mistakes in stride and produced well. Each plant produced 260 grams which exceeded expectations. UPDATE: After a long cure process the smell of the buds turned sweeter than after harvest. Its not an overly powerful smell but quite pleasant. The smoke is very smooth and like the bud's smell the smoke's smell isn't powerful but sweet and enjoyable. The uplifting effect lasts for about 90 minutes then the mellowness kicks in. Outside of Tangerine Dream this is my next favourite strain and worth checking out.

I'd recommend staying away from this seed company all plants I've grown have had bad genetics. Such as a 14 week old autoflower 6" tall in my previous diary It only produced 2 grams. I've lost all interest in growing due to this so called "breeders" seeds

The buds are ver dense and compact but they are very healthy and sticky also the colors are amazing but they didn't get very big due to being started late in the grow if another month was added they would've been monster plants but got wet weight of 1.25lbs so dry should be just over half or just under lb that is lol .

Critical purple was definitely slow coming into flower but I gotta say she smells awesome nice dense sticky buds

Grown it before, but did a much better job this time! Totally different outcome.

Easier than I thought to grow, does require stronger light source than I originally planned for. Smells diesel-like during curing process

8/10. Really easy to grow this strain. It'll take a full dose of nutes easy, but if you want a bigger harvest just go half. She will go a long time in veg & flower, & it's well worth the wait. You can see all the trichs glistening, even now as the buds cure in their jars. Purple finally came through at the end, but nothing to write home about, but this was my fault ripening early. This plant loved LST and light defol. Everytime i treated her to a groom or some stretching, she took it like a pro. I highly recommend LST & light trimming. Just remember to trim a few more inner branches than i did before flower to allow the bigger kolas to fatten up. I made some mistakes yet she still performed beautifully all the way. The smoke is phenomenal! Grow this right & you'll get some killer buds

Overall a good first grow. Grow was pretty easy. Plants were very resilient. One plant stretched and grew pretty tall while the other remained bushy, but had similar wet weights. They didn’t start to turn purple until about 2 weeks before harvest. I still have the lower buds of CP(1) growing in the tent and they’ve really turned purple and have actually put on a little weight. I’m hoping the second batch turns out a little better than the first and the third batch will most likely just be for edibles as the buds are smaller. Buds looked and felt very dense on the first plant and dried fairly light though, but with a decent flavor and smell. Dried weight = 15% ~ 3.25 oz off the CP(1). Will have to update when the second batch dries.

This is my mini plant with a punch!! This plant grew to a max height of 18". Started 🌸 at 3 weeks old. Beautiful frosty bud with a earthy smell.

Each plant grew its own way. All came out dense and heavy. Maddening scent!

After waiting 101 days, around 14 and 1/2 weeks, I still only got around 70% cloudy cover with mostly clear left and only sparse amber. I feel this is due to me jumping way ahead of myself in pulling back nutes in the final weeks. I misjudged how long ripening would take in my extreme anticipation of my first grow. I would for sure prefer a little more but my samples have been promising. The dry was 8 days. I was hoping for at least a 10 day dry but my gut told me they were ready for full trim. The buds were smokable, but prone to going out in a cigar wrap if I didn't hit it for a bit. Dry feeling on the outside, yet the very middle still has some grease and smush. I think it seems like it's in a good place for jar curing. We shall see. Only time will tell. Very tasty already, with moderate intensity aroma that I hope intensifies with the cure. It is still a bit harsh now obviously, as I am only 8 days since harvest while writing this. Cheers Grow Diary.

Only have pictures of the 1st plant and not the second, but the second plant yielded more than the first plant.

Let’s see. Not one out of 10 was a purple pheno…. Also was maddddd sensitive with minor quantities of nutes. This was my first grow for sure… but cmon…. Not any purple buds out of 10 damn plants?

The question was about the seeds and wow they are top level,the problems I went through (2 out of 3 orders) getting them is why I will buy somewhere else but wow what amazing genes!!!

These were suppose to be autoflower plants but they both turned out to be photo periods which is a little dissapointing because it was my first grow and I expected these plants to finish under 9 weeks but in reality they took 16 weeks. But they had some strong resistance and we both made it thru this rough journey.

Here it is good, bad, or ugly. Ran lights 24/7 grow was twelve weeks basically. Biggest problem, though all were planted same day some finished earlier than others. Cut tops on three at ten weeks with some trichs already ambering. More tops on others at 11 & then last cuts in week twelve. Made for a crazy harvest. Some curing, while some hanging, while some was still growing. Below is just the Critical Purple harvest. Not sure if the room size is correct but it’s a 12 x 16 shed.
