7/10 - Lowered light just an inch, plants still looked like they were stretching up a bit. Currently at 29" 7/11 - May be light stress, I'm not sure. But a spot has popped up on the older Gelato, which my wife has affectionally named Mal. Also noticing some warping in the leaves, it dosnt look terrible, definitely keeping a close eye on it. While checking out the girls this morning, found 3 or 4 gnats flying around. Killed them all, will monitor. I am allowing the soil to dry out before I water again, currently the top layer is mostly dry. 7/12 - Everything is looking great today, found 1 gnat this morning. Soil looks dry, stuck a soil moisture meter to the bottom of the cups, reads on the dry/moist line. Will probably water tomorrow. 7/13 - Plants looking good this morning, nice amount of growth overnight. Watered roughly 100ml each, slowly until water started to drip from drainage hole. I poked around the soil before watering, to try to find any gnats and i didnt see any fly up. As soon as water hit the soil, i saw about 3 fly up, tried to kill them. I am going to keep air blowing on the plants, to hopefully keep the gnats at bay. Will be getting some yellow sticky pads as well. The tent has been getting a little warm lately, in the lows 80's, up to 83. I decided to dim the light to 75%, and bring it closer. Light is currently at 75% 24". Overall I am very happy this week. 7/14 - Alright, so it has come down to pest management already. When I checked the girls out this morning, I found a lot of gnats. So I mixed in a little bit of diatomaceous earth into the top 3/4" of soil. Hopefully it doesn't cake up on me when i water next time. The original plan was to wait and ride them out to transplant, but when i saw the amount I gnats, I knew I had to do something. They did not like that at all, ill check back later tonight to see what carnage has been wrought to the gnats. Other than the gnat problem, the girls have been looking very good. I am a little concerned for Regina, she seems to be growing a little slower, and had some strange coloring in the growing fan leaves. I think she will pull through though. I saw a VPD chart that says my RH should be around 65-70% right now. So I'm shooting for that. I set up a little humidifier inside the tent. 7/15 - So it looks like the DE did the job, I poked around in the soil and couldn't find any gnats. Also I lifted the light up a little, to keep the canopy at 24". I ended up transplanting today, may be a little early, but it'l be alright. Dusted the transplant site and the root ball with great white myko. Added some more DE to the top of the pots to keep the gnats at bay. 7/16 - Nothing really going on today, the ladies are enjoying their new home, lots of growth over night. Didnt see any gnats today!

D-29 : I made a mistake. I think the second top I did today was too soon. Only 4 days after the first one. What is done, is done. Now, let see what happend but, I'll wait more for the last top. I think I'll wait untill the new mains have at least 3 new real nodes. On top of that, 2/4 of the plants have brocken branches because of too tough HST. D-30 : Every thing is ok except that the new mains are really really really small.... It should be better in a couple of days. D-33 : The one that have been broken during topping, still alive and looks pretty good, but she grow slower than the others. And more, the branch that have broken grows slower than the other one. That means that she's not symetrical anymore, and then, it's not good for the main-lining... I let her grow anyway. We'll decide later what we'll do with her. The others are getting back to a normal pace.

The Beans was popped into a wet paper, the greenthubs was fantastic, not the same as the runtz muffin by Barney's farm she was very strange and now she looks very busy and short 🤯🤷

First Week of flowering Week without too much hassle. A small excess of fertilizer but nothing serious. Uniform color. High water consumption (10L every 2 days), you can feel that they are in good shape. Semaine sans trop d'encombre. Un petit excès de fertilisant mais rien de grave. Couleur uniforme. Grosse consommation en eau (10L tous les 2 jours), on sent qu'elles sont en forme. Una semana sin demasiados problemas. Un poco de exceso de fertilizante pero nada serio. Color uniforme. El alto consumo de agua (10L cada 2 días), se puede sentir que están en buena forma.

Week 9 marks a turning point for the grow. The main plants are deep into flower now, with dense buds that glisten under the HPS light. Their smell is intoxicating, filling the room with the rich, sweet aroma that hints at the potency to come. Even the late bloomer has stepped up its game. While it’s still behind the others, it’s finally entering full flower, its smaller buds beginning to form. It’s got a unique charm, and I can’t help but root for it—sometimes the underdog ends up stealing the show. The grow room feels like it’s nearing its peak. The plants are massive now, with thick branches bending under the weight of their buds. Every day brings new changes, and I can see the finish line getting closer. The hard work is paying off, and I can’t wait to see how these beauties turn out in the final weeks.

Growing Fast Buds Tangie'Matic again. This was one of the first strains I grew and I had great results the first time. Looking forward to seeing if I can up my game at all this time. My Perpetual Harvest strategy…. Originally my plan was to start 2 seeds each month, but had some seeds from one breeder that did not germinate early in my rotation. Ultimately, this caused single seeds to pop and messed up my 2 at a time plans. But, that seemed to work out OK, because now I think starting one seed every 3 weeks is a better strategy. This should provide me with 4-5 plants at a time, instead of 6. However… Since I need to shut down over the summer because my tent is currently in the attic, I’m starting 2-3 seeds at at time for the last couple of rounds. Plants get fed once weekly on weekends. Seedlings get water only. Plants in vegetation get water and Recharge. Flowering plants get water, Recharge or Big Bloom (Fox Farm). Feeding is done using 2 gallon watering can. Any additional waterings during the week are given on an as needed basis per plant. I lift the plants to help determine which plants are more dry (lighter) and provide water any plants via water bottles and watering spikes. I give each pot a quarter turn every day in an effort to make sure the plants get equal lighting from all sides. I rotate the plant in place by turning the pot 90 degrees (I am not rearranging the layout of the plants in the tent on a daily basis). The soil is an ‘organic super soil’ I mixed myself using organic top soil, organic potting soil, organic compost, organic peat moss, organic perlite, organic vermiculite, lime, epsom salt, expanded clay pellets and Jobe’s organic fast start. I am also recycling my soil and water with Recharge when using recycled soil. For plant training I have tried a variety of things, but my plans now are to do LST bending only, no HST anymore. I may decide to go back to HST again in the future, but I’m curious to compare LST training only to see how that goes. Around week 3 I'll do a FIM pinch once there are 4-5 nodes established. And some defoliation around the 3rd week of flowering. I have been doing HST bending and having good results, but think the HST may be causing the plants to take longer to harvest. I hope FIM/defoliation only will help increase harvests while getting me to harvest sooner. Week 2, started with LST

Day 73, 25th of November 2020: Hi! Well they are getting nice maturing buds getting bigger and all good. I love the red colour of the Red Hot Cookies. Unfortunately, Tropicanna Poison and Red Mandarnine does not show any signs of purple or red colour. Kalini Asia neither albeit, the bonsai version gets purple. Gelato is little beauty. So yes, basically not much to say. Fertilization is still the same every second day with the ratio and mixture above stated. The lamp is on 11.15 min and off 12.45 min. Last week was 15 min longer light cycle.... So every week 15 min shorter light cycle until the 5th week. So far -45 min. It switches on at 6 am and off at 17.15 pm.

She recovered and keeps bulking. Loud smell 🗣️❄️

So far first week of flower been great, watching as the days goes by. I defoliated and top dressed a week before flip and they are super bushy already. Looking forward to stripping them again sometime end of next week. Feed them every other water with little run of, soil and water ph tested every other day. No complaints so far. So far, so good. I visited Dutch Passion to pick up this pack of 3 seeds. I received a Frozen Biscotti has gift and goodies also ✌️. 4/4 seeds, each one germinated and grew very well. I think I noticed some differences and probably got both phenotypes: two very similar plants and one a little more special. I've fallen in love with this strain ❤️‍🔥and I'll be adding it to my future grows. Shout out to the Dutch Passion team for their passion!☮️ I now observe the progress of the trichome colors every day 🔍I'm waiting that few amber appear to harvesting. They’re now almost all White. actualy strong Lemony Blue Zushi smell in my grow place 😎
