Not feeling so ambitious about this crop to be honest with ya unsure on why there so tall and spindly

Well finally got a seed germinated. This batch was pulled for quality control. At least I got 1 plant. Hopefully she does well. She has a late start compared to others. I dry trimmed everything I harvested. What I mean is I cut all fan leaves while the plant was still in the ground. I trimmed what I could and hung the whole plant for a few days then separated branches. The ice cream cake and the large seedling are both still hanging intact. Ice cream cake was easy as it grew more like a sativa them the indicas I usually grow. Plant reached a height of 9 to 10 feet. Yield was some what diminished due to septoria. This strain seemed particularly sensitive to plant diseases.

Da quando ho tolto lo scrog non mi sembra ci siano state molte differenze nella struttura generale delle piante, sembrano stare su anche senza l'aiuto della rete. I fiori hanno iniziato a formarsi, ma ho alzato la lampada di qualche cm perché la punta dei fiori della purple punch stavano diventando albini per la troppa luce (che stava causando il problema), mentre nessun problema nella glookies. Le piante sono alte all'incirca 40 cm e sono molto simili per superficie occupata, tuttavia la glookies ha una settimana in meno di vegetativa rispetto alla purple punch, la quale essendo a forte predominanza indica (10%-90%) si è allungata meno nelle prime settimane di fioritura rispetto alla glookies (30%-70%). La purple punch rimane comunque a mio avviso più compatta e ramificata rispetto all'altra pianta. Ho aggiunto 20 litri d'acqua con la quantità di fertilizzanti scritta sopra e ho aggiunto infine direttamente nella soluzione circolante 15 ml di pH- poichè il pH aveva raggiunto un valore di 6.6. edit giorno 25: si inizia a sentire un certo odore super dolce. Il pH si è assestato sui 5.9 prima di versare 10l d'acqua con l'aggiunta di 0,8ml/l di floragrow 1,6ml/l di floramicro 2,4ml/l di flrabloom 1ml/l di calmag Le piante sembrano stare molto bene👌

Day: 21 from sprout Strain: Fast Buds Rainbow Melon Photo Feminized Medium: Growers Gold Light: Vivosun VS2000 50% Light Distance: 12 inches Watering: By hand, ~6 oz daily Slight yellowing of the leaves (likely due to needing the nutes) Starting nutrients @ day 22 Transplanting @ day 21

Ok this week is going well. Some of them are stretching more then the others and that's ok. Of the little bit of smells I got from them just buy rubbing a frosty sugar leaf the 1st "blue" plant has hints of mint, the 2nd "red" smells like generic weed and the 3rd "yellow" is kinda a mix of the both. I was thinking they wold have stretched more but guess not. Still have another week or two before the stretch is done and its starts to thicken up. Plants are showing some signs of something, have not looked into to much but the blushing of the leaves on plant #1 "blue" could be from my heavy hand at water or cooler nighttime temps that have been hitting it. This is the one that is having the most issues. Because of this I did a soil slurry test of all three pots and they all had aorund the same EC but the PH was different in each by a significant amount. it went up from plants 123 it is to high in plant 3 and kinda high in all the others as well yet looks fine, and the one with the highest PH its the biggest of them all. go figure. Could have been a bad sample. I did not want to disturb the roots to much but wanted to get a full spectrum of soil from top to bottom of pot. I brushed off the top dressing to not artificially mess up the EC results and took it from about a inch in from the edge of the pot in one location only vs multiple. #1 "Blue"........EC=0.25||PH=7.20 #2 "Red".........EC=0.32||PH=7.36 #3 "Yellow"....EC=0.27||PH=7.95 With this in mind I will contemplate the idea of lowering the PH levels of the water I give them to help offset this. from 6.5 down to aorund 6-6.2 Have not checked in on clone is a while, they have been outside hardening off for the most part. I only have clones of plant #2 "red" and #3 "yellow" the #1 "blue" clones died and IDK what one is what in the 2nd round of clones I just tossed a bunch of cutting from all of them into a jar. so their is some #1 blue in there maybe, I know its mostly one of the plants just can't recall what one. Applied some BTi to the soil in the last water to kill the gnats, thought I had some nematodes leftover but I did not so went out and got some BTi at the grow shop. Should do the trick. Ladies are looking (and smelling) pretty good! Loving my Christmas trees lol. Few weeks left, should be ready to harvest around the new year. No mold and no pests so far, fingers crossed for a strong finish!

12/28 - Day 43 / Day 15 Flower - Feed Day Pots were mostly dry on this day. It has been about a week since I last fed them. I've only had two small waterings since last feed, about a half gallon of water for each of my 5 gallons and about 8oz of water for my bonsais. My plants are drying out within about 48 hours of each small watering. For today's feeding I decided to pull Grow Big out of the solution and focus exclusively on bloom nutes. My solution consisted of: - 1 gallon distilled water - 4ml CalMag - 2 tsp of FF Big Bloom (2/3 dose) - 1 tsp of FF Tiger Bloom (1/2 dose) - pH: 6.7 - TDS: 582 - EC: 1.2 The pH of my solution was down around 5.3 when first mixed so I pH'd up with baking soda to get to a final pH of 6.7. I gave each of my 5 gallons about a half gallon of the fertigated water each which wasn't enough to produce runoff. I gave them each about another 1/4 gallon distilled water to generate enough runoff to test. I tested the runoff of my Z52 which gave me readings of: - pH: 6.4 -TDS: 1620 -EC: 3.3 I gave about 12oz of fertigated water to each of my bonsais. My ZB2 runoff posted readings of: - pH: 6.8 - TDS: 718 - EC: 1.5 **************************************************** 12/30 - Day 45 / Day 17 Flower Pots were close to dry so gave each of the girls a light watering. Gave about 1/4 gallon of de-chlorinated, pH'd water to each of the 5 gallons and 6oz to the bonsais. Everything looking good aside from the fact that my girls are getting too tall for my tent. I've ratcheted my lights up as far as they'll go but the tops are now starting to get within 12". May need to take action to lower the canopy. **************************************************** 1/1 - Day 47 / Day 19 Flower Happy New Year! Pots were getting pretty dry again so provided another light watering with no nutes. **************************************************** 1/2 - Day 48 / Day 20 Flower I am officially concerned with the the distance between the tops and my lights. After reading a few forums to see what other growers have done in my situation, the consensus feedback is to do some supercropping. I ended up supercropping both of the main stems on my 5 gallon pots. I counted three nodes from the top, massaged the stem a little bit where I planned to bend and and then bent each branch to almost 90 degrees. Luckily, the stems didn't snap or show any signs of breakage. Had to remove the shelf in what should be a second compartment of my tent and attempted to do a little LST to widen my plants and lower their canopy.

Beutiful hard diesel, she's growing super fast and looks like she's even happier after the transplant to her definitive 11l pot, let's see how this wonderful lady keeps developing, she's being fed with nothing but water since I grow using Florian's living organics (living soil blend) tomorrow this wonderful lady is gonna be flipped into flower finally. As said this lady has been flipped into flower under the light schedule 12-12 on February 15th so now we're gonna se a beautiful stretch before actual flower starts

Pistils are starting to turn orange/brown, the buds are getting large and smell so sweet (and dank!) at this point, maybe because of the sweet candy? I'm pleased. Can't wait for harvest, hopefully 4 weeks left, going to start flushing around the 23rd when the trichs are starting to turn cloudy/amber

Grew really tall. "Explained up top", buds are really nice and dense, so overall I'm harpy with the yield. Harvested more or less whole. Drying 7 days. At least 3 more to go. Will get to trimming and weighting soon. Had a little tester last wk. But, was hard to get the measure of it. Was sweet, but pretty planty.. buds, as I said are dense.
