Week 13 and 3rd week of flower started today 8/29. I did some Schwazzing last night! They were definitely ready!!! Starting to get that beautiful aroma 🙃 It's hurricane season so we'll have some rain coming up but I'm only 3 weeks in flower so that will be gone come crucial time. Temps outside are starting to go down so it's looking like a nice, gradual transition! You don't want to immediately adjust your temps, rh, etc. You have to ease it all down during early flower 😉 That's about it for now, just wanted to share my vibes with yall. going fine. that tip bleaching is here to stay :) i’m defoliating and lollipopping everyday. couple of leaves here couple of leaves there a growth tip here a side shoot there.. watered yesterday with 3.5l or something. distilled dehum water. caribe transitioned too fast. it didnt give me any stretch which was strange and cannalope as expected hasnt even started transitioning. i think caribe is gonna be overshadowed by the cannalope. dinachem looks lighter in the photos but its not really that light green in color. dinachem x peyote cookies gave me more stretch than i expected but seed runs are always full of surprises haha they both finished stretching atm so they will start filling up in the coming weeks. destroyers are fine too. yeah tip bleached a bit but leaves are very healthy otherwise. they feel soft and firm which is how they should feel. i’m plucking 10-20 leaves daily and it grows back the next day. they may give me a couple days of stretch but its not gonna grow much more than this. its not gonna double from here i mean and the 2nd destroyer is gonna be about 25% smaller than the 1st because as i mentioned not identical clones when transplanted but i’m still expecting exceptional yields and quality from both. ‘till next week!

This was a fun project that was a few years in the making and a year later to see if they would last a season for this upload to happen. Before any of this I would bike aorund town grabbing up all the old Ikea solid pine bed slats that I could find and storing them in the basement. I have a lot of wood down there, any size worked as long as I have enough of them. The hot days to find them were the first and last of the months because that's when people where moving in/out. I also kept an eye on the free section on local online classifieds as well. The entire purpose of this was to recycle as much off the streets as I could before buying anything to finalize the project. In the end I only bought sealer, screws and some takeaway/beers. All the wood was 100% free and salvaged off the streets of Toronto saving it from the dumpster bin. After collecting all the slats for about 2 years I was playing aorund with them on how I wanted to make this work. I had previously done a little project like this before but I messed it up and the boxes where crap. did not last longer then 2 seasons, they where thin and shallow as well could not grow much of anything in them. I Was talking to my friend who is renovating their house and we brainstormed some ideas on the boxes, I found some designs I liked online and said lets make something like this out of what I have here. We tossed out a few of the design features when looking at them as it would have been wasted wood and extra work not needed. If I had more wood them maybe it could have been an option but simple was the name of the game. They taught me what I needed to know like how the miter saw and sander worked, plus all the other tools I was using. They did help out with a table saw and creating the triangle support joints in the corners, They used some pine left overs they had while making a staircase indoors. I did not feel up to the task of using a table saw given all the relatives I know who have lost a finger to them. In the end we decided the design would be three boards high and take an alternating pattern on corners. layer one short, layer 2 long, layer 3 short. Went with a galvanized and painted deck screw so it can take the weathering. Ran into some problems like making everything level as some of the boards were warped and other ones had undesired aspects like knots and tacky sticker goo I could not remove. So I used them for the base that will not been seen so much. Clamped everything down and called it a day. Once it was all done and over with, I then brought them back home from my buddies work garage and started to seal them. I went with a boiled linseed oil as its a food safe option should the wood degrade into the soil I will plant in them. I will need to reapply it to the boxes year after year but the main coat is the most important one and I put it on 3 layers with a good dry in between coats. the inside of the boxes that where coated did not degrade at all as the sun did not hit them so it will not need a new coat just the outside. Overall the end result was very impressive for myself, I've never taken a woodworking class ever and It was a near perfect outcome for me. Heavy Duty Planter Boxes for all my gardening needs. I made a last min decision to add in a plastic liner to preserve the wood even longer and stapled that into the frame. it has held up quite well and may need replacing end of 2nd or 3rd year out in the sun. Week 10 - Here we go … we’re at Day 64 or the very first day of week 10 from seed. It’s been a nice journey so far with no big issues except for a slight deficiency in the first week of flowering, which I duly adjusted by starting off Plagron’s green sensation or HULK juice as I like to call it. Now we’re heading onto the finishing line with dense buds boasting an array of colours and covered in trichomes. I’m keeping the trichomes under check and currently they are 90% cloudy and 10% clear. Day 68 - woooooooh …. Nearly there Day 70 - Winter is coming Girls are ready for harvest and this time round I want to experiment a little. Starting today I increased the dark period to 10 hours and intend to give them 48 hours complete darkness before harvest somewhere around Day 77. The aim ? I read that simulating winter helps the plants increase their trichomes production for the last push before they die. I also decreased the temperatures and humidity levels. Will keep ya all updated 👍

What an absolute monster! 70 Days ago I sown the seeds into the ground and she has become a whole a** 🌲tree! 🌲 She was given Big 6 Micros from Buildasoil and Bio-catalyst from Root-wise today. A few days ago I innoculated the 65 gallon pot with about 100 red wigglers to kick start some life in there and get some nutrient cycling going for the next run. I might have to do a staggered harvest as it's too late for me to comfortably lollipop again! Thanks for reading and take care!

Week 1 of flowering. Increased ppm from 1050 to 1150 I do see some growth but not looking optimal. Temps seem to get pretty cold at night. No sign of flowering yet.

great strain. got a beautiful Pheno. I'll update pics and taste after dry but my impatient smoke says it tastes good. sweet seeds is definitely a seed bank for the home grower

I'm a little late with update, I was very busy. In grow room it is all under control. the buds are filling up. Strech has stoped. Here is 17 days since flowering. Smeel is pretty strong, i just need to set up carbon filter. Next update will be in a fev days. ✌️🤘💚💜

Hola chicos aquí vamos en nuestra segunda semana de vegetación aprendiendo cada vez mas del arte en cultivo indoor con respecto a la temperatura y humedad, una tarea difícil cuando te consideras un principiante. Esta semana que viene voy evaluar si ya es necesario cambiar a una maceta de 5.5 Litro. La idea final es dejarla en una maceta de 11 litros.. Bueno muchachos cualquier recomendación será bienvenida. I’m so happy that I changed the water and repotted them. The roots were impacted in the cup and it didn’t make the plants happy. Giving the roots space to breathe and grow is a win win for the plants. Remember the roots are the most importance in growing. If the roots aren’t happy the leaves won’t be happy. Grow with love and make sure you check on your plants 2 to 4 times a day. Consistency is the key to a really successful grow!
