🇺🇸 Grow Journal – Week 13 Week thirteen. The plant seems in good shape overall, even though it’s starting to show some light discoloration on a few leaves. I don’t really know what’s causing it. Maybe it’s because the plant is growing and needs more nutrients now. Or maybe there’s some kind of nutrient blockage starting to appear. The substrate has been running for thirteen weeks, so it could be getting a bit loaded. I’m thinking a flush might help — just to give the root system a reset before moving forward. This week I also worked on defoliation and topping. We’re now at sixteen apexes, and I think that’s enough. It’s probably the last topping, because if I wait much longer, the plant is going to get too big and it’ll be harder to manage once she stretches. Aside from that, everything looks fine. However, I did notice a big drop in pH in the reservoir, which is strange. I added Athena Balance, just like always, but the pH keeps going down. I don’t really understand why it’s dropping so much. Other than that, everything’s okay — nothing special to report. The plant looks stable, and we’re getting close to the flowering stage.

A second Zamnesia selection for this run rounds out a very promising winter cycle! She's swimming in my 60/40 Peroxide and Purified water bath for 24 hours to wake her up then into the Grodan cube to begin rooting up in preparation for the glow up! Beginning of week 9(Flower): Plant still isn’t doing much, but she does look damn good. I love this plant. The entire apartment seems to smell when walking in. I realized I may have had my carbon filter setup wrong. I was pulling air from the grow tent without the filter inside, it would push the air out of the fan and through another duct and then finally into the carbon filter. I feel a lot of the smelly air was escaping this way. Hopefully this makes a difference. I took a clipping of a sugar leaf today and put it under my 60x microscope. This is my first time really checking on the trichomes, so I could be completely off, but it seems that 10% of the trichomes turned amber. I should be waiting for 30% amber before I harvest this? 2 more weeks I think? I’ll continue to check each week. Maybe I’ll try to get a check mid-week sometime. It has been 1 week now since I’ve given her nutrients, still looking really healthy.

Week 12 (17-4 to 23-4) 17-4 Temperature: 23.1 degrees (lights on) 19,1 degrees (lights off) Humidity: 62% (highest) 50% (lowest) 18-4 Temperature: 22.5 degrees (lights on) 17.9 degrees (lights off) Humidity: 61% (highest) 52% (lowest) Opened the reservoir for a couple of minutes. ec 1.4 ph 5.7 19-4 Temperature: 22.5 degrees (lights on) 18.4 degrees (lights off) Humidity: 64% (highest) 54% (lowest) No pictures. 20-4 Temperature: 24.1 degrees (lights on) 19.1 degrees (lights off) Humidity: 65% (highest) 54% (lowest) Light increased from 50% to 60% strength. I also made a new 10L feed, and added it to the reservoir, there was still 2850 ml in the reservoir, so i can calculate how much they get per watering. Opened the reservoir for a couple of minutes. 21-4 Temperature: 24.4 degrees (lights on) 19.3 degrees (lights off) Humidity: 66% (highest) 54% (lowest) No pictures. 22-4 Temperature: 23.7 degrees (lights on) 19.7 degrees (lights off) Humidity: 67% (highest) 42% (lowest) Opened the reservoir for a couple of minutes. 23-4 Temperature: 23.6 degrees (lights on) 17.7 degrees (lights off) Humidity: 64% (highest) 50% (lowest)

Topped this girl this week, she’s growing pretty good. Very nice looking plant to my eye.

Eva Seeds High Level 6 weeks of Flowering Completed 8th March 2020 Hi Everyone 😀 Well both of my High level plants are going off!! The buds are stacking up and getting very Stinky!! 😍 I reckon 3 more weeks for Plant 1 and a little longer for plant 2 . That way I can make a judgement On perfect harvest times for this particular strain. This Plant is drinking Gallons of water now and I'm supplementing waterings with High tea and worm castings tea. Week 5! End of Veg? Preflower? Flower? Very eventful week. Throughout this week at ever watering the plant got a round of LST+Tucking. At this point I'm trying to maximize the amount of growth sites getting light exposure and also trying to keep the canopy relatively flat/level. Full strength nutrients per normal. About this point I was getting really worried about space, particularly giving the genetics of this plant tend to the larger side. Impulse purchased a net and on 9/17/25 the ScrOG net was installed and I did my best to use it to curate the canopy. ~placed about 8" from the top of the pot and besides that I just gave it my best go, not exactly sure if I did it right or not. Towards the end of this week pistols become pretty apparent on most of the plant! Some very light defoliation was done, just a couple of oversized fan leaves that weren't getting much light anyway. LED was set to 100% (and slightly raised) per manufacture specification towards the end of this week. Wouldn't be a first grow without a scare of the week. 😵 Last week we had an accidental topping, this week we have roots growing all outside the pot. On 9/16/25 I noticed the root growth out the bottom of the pot. My wildly unintelligent drain pan setup used bows to space the pot up and they collected runoff, leaving the roots with a nice bath of runoff water to grow into. Learning every week, this week I learned about air-pruning. Went ahead and cut these root growths off, purchased a 1$ Lowes runoff pan, and returned three bowls and a nice Pyrex dish back to the kitchen. About the same time of my root issue, within the next 2 days a good amount of leaves had slight yellow tips...

I have only removed a few leaves this week. Lemon Cherry Cookies and Guava should be ready during the coming week. Apricot is still fattening up.

Just repotted these clones ... They have amazing roots... Looking very healthy

I don’t think I ever had white powdery mildew and I was just noid of every little dust particle that came around. All good. I’m now battling high temps as we don’t have central air and it’s mid 90s outside. Most likely about to buy an ac unit. LST seemed to go ok but we shall see. Overall very pleased w my results so far. Average yield and high quality bud. Fingers are full of hash and she’s a stinky dense plant!

Green House feeded one is growing brown yellow spots so I am suspecting Cal Mag def and Light stress since it is right jn the middle of tent. So I increased Cal Mag and increased the light distance. Advanced Nutrients one is recovering since the fix in the feeding but the deficiency left some brown spots. The lady is getting greener though which is good news.
