Week 6 of flowering 10/23/24 Changed nutrients to fit week 6 Buds are getting even bigger and thicker. Defoliated a little. Noticed a PH of 4.8 in runoff, same as the late stage of flower in my previous grow. After lowering feed EC, CalMag on max strength, flushing with 0.8ec nutes for 3 days in a row, nothing changed and PH stayed the same. Read in a forum thread about constant low PH in the rootzone when growing in coco. Got great info about CEC, water, nutrients and little chemistry from a detailed explanation. (https://www.icmag.com/threads/recurring-problem-with-low-ph-in-coco.338385/page-2#post-10843765) Flushed plants with tap water + calmag, PH 6.5. Used 120L total for 4 plants in 2 days. 1st day: flushed after lights on, did not water until 2 hours before lights off and flushed again. Runoff PH went up a little, but not to the correct range. 2nd day: flushed after lights on and checked runoff EC + PH, of each plant. Fortunately, PH got corrected to 5.8, and I returned to automatic watering 4 times a day (with 10%-20% runoff). Thoughts: In the last grow, I thought I had a problem because of salts buildup in the media with constantly low PH in late flower. I didn't fully correct the problem till chop day. Same problem here in the same stage of flower without the salt buildup. After reading every forum I could find about the problem, I understood that my bloom nutes were the main problem because of their chemical composition. The coco ability to exchange ions lead to the low PH in the rootzone. It got worse quickly because I did not use any tap water with the feedings, so the PH could swing easily and drastically without resistance. After I looked online for the T.A. feeding chart, I saw they used TriPart Grow till week 7 of flower, the Nitrogen type they are using will up the PH. CocoForCannabis chart that I'm using, has not enough nitrogen to combat the bloom nutes PH down effect in flower. It gets even worse with RO water because there are no minerals that can resist PH down. Now I'm using 30% tap water with rest RO water, T.A. TriPart feeding chart with calmag and silica. Hopefully I have corrected the problem for the rest of the grow. It wasn't easy, because there were lots of variables that worsened the problem quickly. Now I'm checking runoff PH and EC daily. Update on next week :)

I put 318 grams of wet bud into my dry tent, my target variables are 60F/60RH for 2 week, with the current temps and high out side humidity we are averaging 66F/58%RH so not to far off - these buds will probably be done at 10 days - looking forward to updating this as harvest report when I trim up.

This is a real monster not usual for soil in 11 lt pot. Flower quality // The flowers are impressive, the classic haze shape is very long, some are really hard and heavy, I'm not crazy about the taste but by definition the pure haze taste is not among my super favorites but I love it anyway. Day 50. Very annoyed at myself as 2/3 plants needed a strong feed, but the other one didn’t but forgot and fed the strong feed to all 3. As a result the 1 what was already thriving has now foxtailed on the main cola. Such a shame, but lesson learned. That plant will have just a water feed for the next week, and PH run off was also high at 6.8 also contributing to the foxtail I’m guessing so next few feeds will be PH at 6.0. Another 15 - 20 days to go I’m guessing, I will now be swapping big bud out for overdrive, really make these swell to the finish line.

Trucking right along with no issues. Girls putting on weight and it's pretty cool to see other bud-sites fatten up with this light compared to my old blurple. Day 50 for the 2-gal and day 43 for 3-gal, cannot wait until harvest!! Gonna wait minimum 80 days for the 2-gal, maybe longer.

Harvested around 1 week ago, slowly drying with around 22° and 60% humidity. N2 the frostiest from the start but no smell at all, another 2 are quite stinky. N3 got some nice colours .I definitely prefer Opium auto.

D29. EC 2.9, PPFD 750+, adjusted some branches to have more equal height. Next time I should use trellis. Noticed plants are drinking more. Pots feel pretty light at lights on. D30. Plants are happy. Auto watering has been set up but I’m still hand watering 🤔... waiting for the buds to swell. D31. EC 3.0. Starting to smell sweet and citrus. D32. EC 3.2 D33. EC 3.3 plants are responding well. Daytime temps at 78 degrees RH 55%. Nighttime temp at 73 degrees RH 55%. D35. Some pistils are turning orange. EC 3.3.

Namaste This week was awesome. Finally dried and jarred the harvest from the two smaller girls. 23 grams in total. Nothing to brag about but it is all mine. And booooy she’s kicking. Very pleasant smoke and 2-3 hours of intense high. Cooking last night was adventurous haha! The remaining lady has swollen big time, the buds are heavy and dense despite of some foxtail. I give it around a week to be ready. Have a happy grow!

Die automatics: fat banana wachsen alle gleichmäßig und gleich groß. Sweet zz wachsen 3/5wie die fat banana, 2 sind kleiner, wachsen langsamer und etwas krüppelig, aber mit etwas Zeit verwächst sich das erfahrungsgemäß. Die feminisierten: 1/3 critical Wächst normal, 1keimling wurde von bodenorganismen angefressen,aber kämpft noch ums überleben,1 ist nicht gekeimt. Also mittlerweile 2/3. Special queen #1 hat von der keimrate enttäuscht. Als Bonus seeds sollten sie besser keimen als 2/5... die beiden, die keimen, wurden auch von bodenorganismen amgeknabbert, eine hat es geschafft, eine kämpft noch. Wie letztes Jahr hab ich wieder n paar bagseed gezeigt.2 Samen aus meiner letztjährigen Northeim lights auto und 3 aus der letztjährigen fat banana Auto. Mal sehen, was das wird.... i love surprizes stelle mich drauf ein, dass die ruderalisgene sich nicht durchsetzen und es ganzjährige werden. Werden klein gehalten .Will mal testen, ob man mit seeds von Autos was anfangen kann.. Also bisher spielt das Wetter mit(das ist die hauptsache) und warme, sonnigen Tage sollen kommen. So muss das. Plants are great, GROWING WITH 24 HOUR LIGHT CYCLE FROM SPROUT. I get great results with 24 hour

2/3/22: Watered with only aquarium water, no nutes. They are all getting very thirsty! Sherbert was dry and droopy yesterday so I watered her yesterday. I watered all other plants today, they seemed mildly dry/very slightly droopy - so I gave them between a ½-¾ of a gallon each. I'll have to keep a close eye on Sherbet she's very thirsty & she gets hangry easily! (hangry = droopy:)
