New Irrigation System – Mars Hydro Foldable Bucket Drip Kit This week, we also welcomed a new tool into the grow room: the Mars Hydro Drip Irrigation Kit (link here). 👉 Important note: I’m not running it on automation or timers. I will manually control it, plugging it in and off when watering. This way, I get the benefit of precise, even distribution, while keeping full hands-on control. What it is: • A bucket-based drip system that distributes water (or nutrient solution) evenly to multiple pots through adjustable drip emitters. • A way to reduce manual hand-pouring and ensure more consistent soil hydration. • A tool that can save root systems from “wet/dry pockets” that sometimes happen with hand-watering. What it is NOT: • It’s not fully automated irrigation (unless connected to timers or sensors). • It doesn’t make plant care “hands-free.” You still have to decide when and how much to water. • It won’t replace observation—plants still speak through their leaves and posture. What to Expect: ✅ More even watering across pots. ✅ Reduced runoff mess if dialed correctly. ✅ Less physical strain compared to hand-watering each plant. ✅ The chance to experiment with “precision irrigation” in future grows. What NOT to Expect (yet): ❌ Fully automated feeding schedules. ❌ Perfect calibration out of the box (it takes a few runs to dial flow rate for each pot). ❌ A substitute for plant observation—eyes on the canopy are still the most important tool. Educational takeaway: Drip systems are bridges between hand-watering and full automation. They give growers consistency without completely removing the grower’s role. For many, this is the sweet spot—technology supporting, not replacing, the human touch. P.S. #2 – Pheno #1 vs. Pheno #2: Different Timelines Another important note this week: the two Mango Kush sisters are not in the exact same stage of flower. • Pheno #1 – More advanced. She is already in full flower mode, pistils bursting, bud sites defined, white hairs everywhere. This is the classic “week 3 flower look.” • Pheno #2 – Slower. She is not yet fully in flower. Why? Because she was germinated later and is effectively running a slightly younger internal clock—closer to 11–13 from seed. 👉 With the 11/13 light schedule (11 hours on, 13 off), Pheno #2 is taking her time to settle into bloom. This is not a problem, it’s genetics and timing. Each seed is unique, and sometimes phenos stagger into flower. What this means for the grow: • Don’t expect both plants to bulk at the same time. • Pheno #1 may finish earlier. • Pheno #2 could become the “late bloomer,” giving us a longer harvest window and potentially different terpene expression. Educational takeaway: Not all phenotypes follow the same timeline, even under identical conditions. One may stretch earlier, another may flower later. As growers, our role is to adapt and respect the individuality of each plant. 🌱 💚 Growers love to all 💚

WEEK 24-30 March. Finally a new space for the girls, on an homemade recirculating system that I named AQUALOOP, consisting in 2 drippers connected to a water flow system added with air. Air is also blown directly into the substrate and into the reservoir !

HI guys, she made it wonderfully so far entering the tenth week. She is terminating flowering stage and I already begun watering her with just water. Today I flushed the pot two times. Cheers

So since I had the mold and bud rot problems I had to divide my schedule of harvest and divide the product as well. - Healthy buds are ones belonging to branches where there are no signs of rot/mold. -Mid-healthy buds are untouched by disease but still belonging to a branch where there was some disease. -Last category are the salvaged ones, where I cut them from bigger buds that had disease or they were in some part affected. These 3 categories each have their own drying space and where harvested in this order to prevent spreading of spores and stuff. For the salvaged buds every time I removed a part with disease I cleaned the scissors with alcohol. I only removed the sun-leaves + penguin leaves and will be doing a dry trim for the sugar leaves later on.

420Fastbuds-FBA2501 I'm excited as it's tester time. Germination week is complete. I planted 3 seeds and had all 3 sprout within 48hrs of being in the soil. I do soak them for 48hrs in a glass of water before planting. I can't wait to see what the weeks to come will have in store. Happy Growing

Week Nutrients The plant did not need any nutrition and water in those days. Last watering done on the 16th and next on the 23rd. The broken branch recovers well and with a light resin forming on the buds. PPFD avg 680 Avg temp 24ºC Avg RH - 55%

This strain has been an absolute pleasure to grow. I'd say they where the perfect size for indoor grows as they stacked amazing. Not requiring special treatment and pretty much took everything I threw at it. All in all highly recommended for all levels of growers.

78 grams roughly 2.8 oz! Pretty happy with that as I’m looking for quality and potency and no longer quantity and quickness. She has a good amount of frost and super pungent stank radiating off her. Unfortunately for me I had issues with drying and at one point a few hours of 70% humidity which led to a few areas of mold…I threw away those buds and the rest are top notch..probably my most resinous plant harvested so far and strongest smelling. I also grew a runt which will give me less than an ounce now I know it’s just best to call quits on those stumpy odd growing plants and start fresh. Lastly my humidity stayed at 52-56% and I should’ve harvested 1-2 days earlier so the buds are much drier/crispier than I’d like. I’m still trying to find a good drying location..one room had that low humidity and my grow room had way too high at 70..will figure it out eventually. Also 200watt for lighting I can’t go back and change it.

The strain is fantastic! While my yield was slightly less than anticipated, I'm not complaining because I truly appreciate the quality.

New tent + new light (not install on this session)

Today is official the last day of veg. Turned the light onto 24 hours because I've been running it during the day but now that I've moved it out to my shed that I set up as my new grow space, I want to run it at night when it's colder out. The plant had a great week of growth as you can tell from the pictures. Plant kicked it into overdrive for its last week and really started to fill up the tent. Unfortunately I didn't think to keep room at the base for watching and now I only have 2 spots I can really water from unless I use a 1/4 cup measuring cup and that'll take forever lol. I'm hoping to have her cropped by Nov.1 to Nov.5 so that I can start using this tent and set up for mother plants. I'll be using a different light then but that's for the next diary. A ese cruce o a dosi gelato x dosi gelato de hecho esa siempre fue nuestra intención sacar el máximo de semillas posibles de nuestro primer cultivo con semillas importadas primero necesita vamos unas semillas regulares pero de buena calidad y que supiéramos un poco de su genética investigamos acerca de doci-gelato y decidimos que sería la primera base de nuestros cruces sus efectos y aromas nos llamaron la atención aparte de que el nombre estaba de moda abrimos varios blister más como blackberry gum thunder banana moví d y varias que ya no quiero nombrar porque quiero que esos sabores sean invento mío jajajja leeimos un poco de como podíamos hacer semillas y lo hicimos polinizamos 11 hembras originales o estabilizadas que no se escuche feo y 3 hembras regulares una de ellas nos la vendieron con el nombre de Hulk otra como Cherry y la última una buble gum que comparamos su olor y sabor con el de la blackberry gum de seedstockers fue muy parecido a nuestra buble gum pero con notas a moras muy buenas de hecho es un cruce que tenemos contemplado para ver si con una planta macho de buble gum regular y una blackberry gum de seedstockers podemos mejorar aun mas el sabor y el olor en nuestro país de hecho hay buenas cepas regulares hemos probado genéticas con sabor mango,pastel de arándanos,limón ,sandía ,uva y gas,chicle clásico rosa,plátano,zorrillas todas esas genéticas y variedades nos han hecho llegar a pensar que en realidad hay gente que lleva incluso mas tiempo conociendo las semillas importadas o aun mejor importando las para realizar investigar o mejorar las genéticas y sus distintos efectos en el 2012 llegué a acceder a bancos de semillas quedé deslumbrado de la cantidad de nombres que había pero no era 100% seguro entonces no quise seguir insistiendo pero ya se escuchaban nombres como mango kush, Golden Acapulco,cronic el precio era mas elevado que los demas prensados que podiamos conseguir pero eran mejores efectos y aromas ya para 2018,2021 Se empezaron a escuchar nombres como blueberry,amnecia,skunk,pineaple,og,kalifas,jirafa ,puma,gorila,Hulk, chocolopez,candy, arcoiris,cristal,poison,f1,sueño azul , Tutankamón,shark, snow,Jack jerer, y mas llevamos 13 años recolectando semillas de diferentes genéticas de cannabis siempre hemos cultivado esas semillas regulares pero nunca habíamos intentado un cruce para empezar no sabíamos como hacerlo solo sabíamos que no teníamos que dejar crecer el macho. Para 2022 después de un obsequio que tuvimos de un conocido volvimos a intentar una vez más conseguir semillas importadas nos regaló un tubo con 10 semillas del banco sweet seeds con fecha de empaquetado en 2017 llevándonos ala misma pregunta desde cuándo estaban llegando las semillas importadas y entonces algunas veces fumamos de genéticas originales al contrario de sentirme mal por no ser el primero en decir que traje genéticas originales o importadas a mi país me sentí feliz por que sabía que lo que estaba guardando todo el tiempo desde 2012 puede ser una gran colección de diferentes breeders tal vez tengamos varias ediciones especiales como la cepa froot loops, jirafe pussy,cronic,ak47 , y así fue como logramos contactar con un banco que parecía de confianza y obtuvimos dos blíster de doci-gelato , blackberry gum,thunder banana ,banana blaze y varias más hemos crecido varios de nuestros cruces pero necesitamos seguir investigando más aún para lograr estabilisar nuestras propias genéticas les dejo una foto de nuestro cruce María Sabina.
