Could have gotten more off the plant of it wasn’t mutated from the get. But oh well I’m not mad about it. I just won’t be growing anything from that company ever again and also won’t be growing old strains anytime soon. I’ve had so much more success with other genetics of different strains from different company’s. The Skywalker from DNA came out amazing. The sour wiz just came down and that’s even better. These three girls got transplanted today into their five gallon fabric pots. They were looking hungry so decided to do it early. I normally wait till 3.5 to 4 weeks. They were added to my custom mix of coco with perlite and added amendments, worm castings, and purple cow soil. Watered first with dechlorinated tap water and next with added mycos and cal mag.

Well I decided I had to pull the plug on this girl with all the weird weather we've been having. I've been pulling yellowing fan leaves off her for a couple weeks now and with our 2nd heat wave and all the smoke & ash thrown in for bad measure... it's been truly weird. Yesterday was a day for the record books around here - it was so dark I could tell my pets were spooked. Even they knew it wasn't supposed to be this dark in daytime. Probably how animals react to things like a solar eclipse. If they haven't got somebody nearby to reassure them of some sense of normal - the alarm bells start going off. I hadn't really gotten the impression this girl was all that fragrant during the flowering process UNTIL I was washing all that ash off her this morning - then I was like - WOW this stiff is pretty intense in the nose. One thing I'm pretty sure of is that the sun ain't coming out for a couple more days the ways the smoke be flowing around here. We'll see. Two more plants on the patio but they aren't far behind. September 13 >> Debudded the Widow late this afternoon to make space in my shed to harvest Jack Herer in the morning. She was still a little moist as I harvested her 3 days ago - but it hasn't been that hot. The smoke is still hiding the sun and the atmosphere is labeled "unhealthy". Hung her up in my front bedroom to finish the drying process. I should note the passing of reggae giant (many say inventor) Toots Hibbert, of Toots and the Maytals last Friday. I went looking for some pics of the last show I saw him at and coincidentally it turned out to be one year ago today, September 13, 2019 at the Independant in San Francisco. I was lucky to have seem him a few times. So I uploaded about 30 seconds worth of Pressure Drop from that show. RIP Buddy. 😪 ====================================================== September 21 >> Finished hand trimming the Widow yesterday while mostly listening to the last round of the US Open. In September... while they're playing Stanley Cup playoffs too. Very weird time.... both these things normally happen in June every year. The buds weighed in at basically 8 ounces (227 grams). The trim came in at 325 grams - and in this case I use the Trimbag - although I don't think she was really dry enough to get proper function outa the bag. I still spent over 6 hours hand trimming the remainder AFTER the Trimbag in this case. It wasn't really a problem because I had like 10 hours of US Open coverage for 4 days to burn thru. In the process of turning all that trim into hash at the moment... because I'm all configured to go at the moment after making Wonder Pie hash last week. I'll stick it in the garage to dry for a few days and add the weights later. One thing I've noticed that's probably pandemic-related is 90% isopropyl alcohol has become very hard to find (haven't had to look for like 6 months because I had a couple bottles that lasted). I've used it to clean my glass bong/dab rigs for years. 70% is there - but even that now it's like you have to ask for it. Times change. ====================================================== September 26 >> Weighed out the hash collected from the trim... 12.94 grams 120+160 micron = 1.47 g 73 micron = 5.50 g 25 micron= 5.97 g

it's amazing, this growth looks much better than my first attempt, my decision was to put a smaller pot and change the light - the girl really liked it, FastBuds goriilla cookies with a small space manage perfectly:).

Strain very resistant, although I had some problems with this, unfortunately having grown up in Outdoor the bad weather ripped away almost all the sunbathing, the plant weakened and had problems with aphids. Despite this she managed to complete the flowering cycle, harvested not abundant given all the problems mentioned above, but the buds she produced are quality with a scent of blueberry mixed with really strong fruit. Small but compact buds covered with resin 🤙

So this grow came to a finshed but I had a. Few issues that’s held me up from finishing up the diary, but in due time I will reupload it all in order soon. But over all I will also update with a final weigh in of each strain produced so stay tuned 🤙🏻🔥

Week 2 - Nutrient regimen: 0.5 ml Armor Si + 1.5 ml CalMag + 6 ml FloraMicro + 9 ml FloraBloom + 2.5 ml RapidStart + 1 ml Floralicious Plus. Used at 2/3 strength diluted with decholorinated water and ph'd to 5.8. 9/14/2019 (V10) - Neem oil extract treatment seemed to have worked! Runoff from nutrient feeding presented no more bugs, but will probably give an additional neem dose prior to 1 gallon transplant. Growth appears stagnant possibly stemming from previous larvae contamination, but root growth is evident in above picture and stems no longer need support. 9/18/2019 (V14) - Seems to be growing at glacial pace. Leaves getting broader, but no third node visible yet, and no apparent vertical growth. Humidity in upper 40's and temperature at 74F. Tiny runoff in red cup seemed to spur the root growth out bottom of transparent cup.

Hey now, hope everyone has been well. Super excited football season is finally here so things are about to get busy. I went out of town for 4 days and the plants struggled a little bit with the PH getting slightly too high before I returned. I also came back to see that some type of insect was munching away on the lower leaves of this little Sundae Driver, so I sprayed the plant and coco with neem oil, but hopefully they didn't do much damage before I can get them under control I have never experienced insect problems indoors, likely because I grow in Coco and not Soil. However, I left a 5 gallon airpot full of coco from a previous grow outside for a couple weeks by mistake, and pretty sure bugs got into. I won't make that rookie mistake again. Anyways the rest of the ladies are looking pretty good, They are almost getting what I consider a full dose of nutrients, even though it half of the manufacturers recommended dosage. I am feeding all Gen Hydro cal mag, Armor Si, and maxi grow. I also add some food grade hydrogen peroxide to keep the reservoir fresh for around 10 days or so but I clean it once a week. Not sure why GD website doesn't allow me to enter GHE under the old or new name. I did get all the ladies transplanted from solo cups to airpots on day 16, and it took 24 hours or so for them to recover from the transplant and start growing again. I am running 3 of the 3.4 gallon, and 2 of the 5.4 gallon just because that is what I had available. I hopefully top them all sometime this week for the first time, as soon as the roots are a little stronger. I let them grow to 7 nodes or so before I top them and make sure they're growing fast. Hopefully I can still mainline the Sundae Driver, she looks healthy other than those two leaves chomped off. All the plants are on their 5th nodes, except for the Green Crack 2.0 which is only on her 4th node. We got another heat wave coming through my region that I am not too excited about but at least its earlly in the game and I don't need to crank this light up yet. I am only running it at 30% and its putting off plenty to keep these ladies happy. Hoping to get a topping done this week, then another one next week, and be ready to flip to flower by week 7 or so. started flushing, plant should be ready in about a week nugs are still fattening up a bit with some new white pistils some of the trichomes on the leaves are turning amber, waiting for the trichomes on the buds to turn completely milky and then she should be ready for harvest
