Hi all , here we are for another fun run with a some of Fast Buds most delicious looking ladies to harvest. With each strain having it's own amazing appearance and buds , i am hoping to spoil them like a rich kid at the seaside with this new FC3000 provided by the generous sponsors at Mars Hydro. Thanks Susie. It is a 300w draw with a full spectrum of gloriousblumens to develop and create some hard , chunky and downright delectable buds. Easy to set up with a removable driver too. Very handy of the heat builds up and we need to reduce it somehow. There is more than enough extension chord(2m) to re hang the driver out of the growing area. It has a dimmer to allow it to offer seed to harvest capabilities all in one unit. No need for separate lights for each stage of the grow. The unit size is more than big enough to cover the 6 plants and the 100L x2 beds that they are going to be grown in. It is nice and light too so no worries about the hangers being stressed. It came with a hanging kit too so nothing to stop you getting it on out of the box. At 100% it really kicks some light out and has even worried the more than capable sp3000 sat next to it. A beautiful piece of kit that will no doubt be a good as it looks too. Having had a few issues with germination over the summer and totally failing seeds , I went back to plugs. They hold the perfect amount of moisture and dont fall apart when lifted either. Again they proved excellent with 100% success of these genetically brilliant seeds . Seeing them poking their heads up on 2 already only only day 3 was a pleasant surprise as i have had these in waiting a while now. No soaking the seed just straight into the cube from the packet.. Now fully germinated with no helmets for the unwary seedling either. ( can occur using cubes for.me!) We are officially in veg I think!. 7th Oct veg started...... I hope you will join me on this run to see what this light unit can do with 6 genetic wonders and 200L of well composted living soil/coco in newly set up No-till beds. I have been trying to use the living organic soil but find that in mid to late flower , I had to supplement to keep the hungry girls green and mean which i feel was due to only 60L of soil to work in effectively. With 3 plants sharing the 100L i am hoping they communicate via the root system and keep each other happy and healthy. I do intend to add some wrigglers and also some myco and a cover crop too. (Inspired by UKPersonal420 ). The ladies are domed and comfortable ar present and I am hoping to remove the domes in a day or 2 but temps here have dropped a fair bit so I will have to be mindful of the delicate girls getting too cold . Plan is to train them into the light with as many mains as I can manipulate using l.s.t , supercropping , topping or maybe a f.i.m or 2. Plants look great, was hoping for more of a stretch last week but still fairly happy with the plants. Day 36 - I’ll be adding a seed sprout tea this week(awaiting germination) with malted barley and corn. I’m chasing after the amino acids that will increase nutrient uptake as well make my plants more tolerant to environmental stress as I cannot fully control my heat and humidity. As per my humidity pic on 36 - there was a massive mountain fire in my city that raged out of control and burned a few establishments, houses and part of a University. My humidity remained 30-37 all. I wonder if that was the effect of the fire. Day 37 - Fire has been successfully put out by this morning and humidity is back to where it needs to be. The plants look great today although of heat and low humidity of yesterday. Seems like the very resilient now and will be pushing the plants here on out Gave the plants a light water (500ml with full kelphos dose(2.5ml per 500ml) today as with the heat and how thirsty they are, I’m sure they will be ready for another water tomorrow. hoping the barley seeds sprout overnight for a lovely 420 treat for the girls tomorrow. Really excited by about LP#1 which has about 7-8 tops - my money is on this plant to be the top yielded of my tent🎰 Day 38 - humidity and temp is perfect 29* high and an average humidity of 48-50. Fed my plants a Seed Sprout Tea with recipe below. 1. Rinse and washed seeds (barely and corn) 2. Place in a paper towel after 24 hour soak in dechlorinated water. 3. Store in a warm dark area for germination. 4. Once germinated, blended up and diluted in water for final product. I added 1 part SST, 9 parts water Day 39 - plants have responded well to SST, and humidity climbing to high 50s, tough to regulate humidity without any AC and humidifier but hopefully with the amino acids I have just fed the girls, the nutrient uptake will remain optimal. White residue- it was only found in areas where water could be stored on leaves eg. Where stem meets leaf, in the center of the leaves and came off very easy with a light dry rub even. I removed the leaves anyway in case of a fungi problem such as Powdery Mildew Day 40 - plants responded well to SST and continuing to stretch. The buds look amazing and only in 2 week flower. These fastbuds continues to amaze me Happy Earth Day to all organic growers out there🌍 Day 41 - adjusted the plants to make more room for them to grow. The strawberry pie in the top right was late to surface to about 2-3 days but starting to fill out now

Day 64 to 70 On autopilot. I have been light on the nutrients so bumped up the nutes to 810ppm this week. Forbidden Runtz 1 is coming close, the buds are getting THICC and hard. I'm keeping a close eye on the trichomes. It's almost go time. I predict 2-3 more weeks for the rest but I don't know anything Feeding around 750ppm this week. Lightening up on Nutes for FR1 at ~350ppm.

Starting week 4 flower now. Theses ladies are doing great. No signs of any deficiency thus far. Decided to hold off on potash at this point. Noticed ladies fighting for light hard and middle lady trying to take it all. I removed the exhaust fan and opened the tent on the sides. Then I added another king led 4000w light. Both 24 in with bloom only turned on at a par of 850. That was done on Saturday, and by Sunday could already see a big difference in bud production. Added recharge with last watering. Hoping the ladies continue on happy and building!
