The girls smells amasing and are starting to fatten up. Some of the branches are starting to lean as the buds gets heavier and so i decided to start flushing at the very beginning of this week. I have planned a 10-14 days of flush but i might give #1 a few extra days or a week in flowering. I am flushing with PH'ed water (6) and i am adding 15 ml of Bud Candy for the first flush. I will add 7.5 ml next time and then flush straight PH'ed water for the rest of the flush. The buds on #2(back left) are stacked with frost and smells unbelievable. Like straight diesel from the gas station. And the auto flower Blueberry420 auto from AMS are just stacked with frost as well its not that visable on my camera but was under 12/12 from seed and will produce no more than 15 gr. in my estimation but for sure it will turn out some delicious smoke. The other 2 i dont want to talk about. Bad growing techniques from me and maybe one bad seed but super nice journey it have taken me on

Second week of flower and I defoliated again. There are small bud sites starting to form at the end of week two flower. The apple fritter has fascination which is making the stems grow interestingly with lots of bud sites.

Well I decided I had to pull the plug on this girl with all the weird weather we've been having. I've been pulling yellowing fan leaves off her for a couple weeks now and with our 2nd heat wave and all the smoke & ash thrown in for bad measure... it's been truly weird. Yesterday was a day for the record books around here - it was so dark I could tell my pets were spooked. Even they knew it wasn't supposed to be this dark in daytime. Probably how animals react to things like a solar eclipse. If they haven't got somebody nearby to reassure them of some sense of normal - the alarm bells start going off. I hadn't really gotten the impression this girl was all that fragrant during the flowering process UNTIL I was washing all that ash off her this morning - then I was like - WOW this stiff is pretty intense in the nose. One thing I'm pretty sure of is that the sun ain't coming out for a couple more days the ways the smoke be flowing around here. We'll see. Two more plants on the patio but they aren't far behind. September 13 >> Debudded the Widow late this afternoon to make space in my shed to harvest Jack Herer in the morning. She was still a little moist as I harvested her 3 days ago - but it hasn't been that hot. The smoke is still hiding the sun and the atmosphere is labeled "unhealthy". Hung her up in my front bedroom to finish the drying process. I should note the passing of reggae giant (many say inventor) Toots Hibbert, of Toots and the Maytals last Friday. I went looking for some pics of the last show I saw him at and coincidentally it turned out to be one year ago today, September 13, 2019 at the Independant in San Francisco. I was lucky to have seem him a few times. So I uploaded about 30 seconds worth of Pressure Drop from that show. RIP Buddy. 😪 ====================================================== September 21 >> Finished hand trimming the Widow yesterday while mostly listening to the last round of the US Open. In September... while they're playing Stanley Cup playoffs too. Very weird time.... both these things normally happen in June every year. The buds weighed in at basically 8 ounces (227 grams). The trim came in at 325 grams - and in this case I use the Trimbag - although I don't think she was really dry enough to get proper function outa the bag. I still spent over 6 hours hand trimming the remainder AFTER the Trimbag in this case. It wasn't really a problem because I had like 10 hours of US Open coverage for 4 days to burn thru. In the process of turning all that trim into hash at the moment... because I'm all configured to go at the moment after making Wonder Pie hash last week. I'll stick it in the garage to dry for a few days and add the weights later. One thing I've noticed that's probably pandemic-related is 90% isopropyl alcohol has become very hard to find (haven't had to look for like 6 months because I had a couple bottles that lasted). I've used it to clean my glass bong/dab rigs for years. 70% is there - but even that now it's like you have to ask for it. Week 11 is here early this time, as i did some stacking stuff in photoshop today! Watered the Afghan with 2,3 Liters, ramped up the dosage to final. The smell also now i comfortably classify as "strong". They smell really good! More updates and pics at the end of this week. Im starting to check trichomes, feeling wise i'd give the blueberry 1-2 more weeks, the afghan kush is probably at least 2 more. still lots of clear trichomes on both of them though. given that they were a lot slower than my previos run in everything, i also wouldnt be surprised if we take it to 3+ weeks on both. Sadly, the blueberry is already starting to swell a bit, but all the flowers are still really really small. Hoping for the best, and luckily im not out after maximizing yield, as long as they taste, smell and smoke good! 31.01.25 Added Timelapse. See you next week!

I got scared cause this is an auto or supposed to be an auto and we’re still in veg after 11 weeks. I had to leave for a week to attend to some business so I put it on 1212 before I left now she’s doing her thing.

Cooling off at night, lots of dew, but being underneath my big Cherry Tree provides some relief. Did a big defoliation to help with airflow, removed quite a few inner branches that weren't keeping up with the canopy, but overall happy with the shape and structure, will probably just ride the rest out as it. Just water this week, spray of LCPT and a spray of BT for caterpillars. Will alternated LCPT / BT ever 3-4 days. Flowering is looking great, very aggressive TONS of pistils, trichomes developing as well, going to be 6 weeks at least, if the weather can hold out that long that is!

Height has almost doubled in one week, 2 of them are a bit bigger than their siblings but all looking very good although the front right plant seems to be the runt of the family although it’s improving.

Week 6th started. I will add each plant 100 ml water 2x a day so 400ml altogether. I still always spray the topsoil also. The same fertilization method will be done, Monday, Wednesday, Friday 2x 100ml acacia honey and bat guano water mix for each plant. I changed their places so Purple Punch is the left side now and the Gelato Cookie D'ohpe placed to the right. I always rotate them to get equal light. Last day of the 6th week. Gelato Cookie D'ohpe doubled its height. I decided to make the Purple Punch flower but it is not autoflower I separated it for 36 hours darkness and then I will give 14 hours darkness and 10 hours light the first 7 days. So every night I will put it in the tent with the other one and remove in the morning to be in darkness. I also need to reset the timers. End of this week Gelato Cookie D'ohpe is 65 cm, Purple Punch is 35cm.

Woche ist erreicht und im Outdoor-Projekt zeigt sich inzwischen sehr deutlich, dass wir uns langsam in der letzten großen Phase der Saison befinden. Die neuen Bilder vermitteln einen richtig starken Gesamteindruck. Die Pflanzen stehen weiterhin sehr vital und präsentieren sich mit einer beeindruckenden Größe und einer enormen Blattmasse. Gerade im direkten Vergleich zu den vergangenen Wochen wird deutlich, wie viel Entwicklung hier über die Saison zusammengekommen ist. Die Pflanzen wirken insgesamt weiterhin kräftig und gut aufgebaut. Die Seitentriebe haben sich ordentlich entwickelt und das gesamte Wachstum ist sehr dicht und kompakt. Besonders schön ist zu sehen, wie sich die ersten deutlicheren Veränderungen durch die fortschreitende Jahreszeit bemerkbar machen. Der Sommer geht langsam vorbei und der Herbst übernimmt nach und nach das Kommando. Genau diese Übergangsphase sorgt draußen immer wieder für eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre. Auch die Aufnahmen aus verschiedenen Perspektiven zeigen, wie gewaltig sich das Projekt inzwischen entwickelt hat. Zwischen den Aufnahmen aus der Nähe und den Gesamtbildern wird die Dimension der Pflanzen besonders deutlich. Die Blätter sehen überwiegend gesund aus und die Pflanzen machen trotz der bereits fortgeschrittenen Saison weiterhin einen stabilen Eindruck. Jetzt beginnt definitiv die spannende Schlussphase des Outdoor-Projekts. Die nächsten Wochen werden zeigen, wie sich die Pflanzen unter den herbstlichen Bedingungen weiterentwickeln und wie sich die bereits vorhandenen Blüten noch verändern. Nach 21 Wochen Outdoor-Wachstum ist auf jeden Fall schon jetzt klar, dass dieses Projekt eine richtig starke Entwicklung hingelegt hat. Ich bin mit dem bisherigen Verlauf weiterhin sehr zufrieden und freue mich darauf, die letzten Wochen dieser Saison gemeinsam mit euch zu dokumentieren. week one of flower looks cool so far no problems with the feeding just used CAL MAG and Mammoth p in the watering the media is holding the water for at least 4 days. going to use the auto flower as a gage for the flowering bump if it needs one.

Thursday this week has been good so far, I pulled each plant out yesterday and tidied everything up. I got rid of all the tiny lateral branches that didn’t make the cut and I got Rid of everything that was below about half way down the plant. Obviously the lateral branches that grew to the same height as the canopy are staying it’s just all the non starter stuff below. I annoyingly had my in take fan die on me. We’ll sort of, it just keeps tripping the fuse on my electric so I assume it’s from when I had my res flood onto the floor - I forgot it was there on the floor because it was hidden behind the res

Day one of the 12th week, cutting off the nutrients I feel like it is time to flush. And what I did wrong in the beginning of this grow, was that I placed the plants too far away from the light the first 4 weeks of veg or so. My thought was too make the plants stretch taller in the beginning, but disregarding the par, the ppfd I realized too late that the branches did not get what they needed for length. These plants could have been much larger just for growers information.
