🌱 Day 57 - Start of the Second-to-Last Flowering Week 🌱 Hello, Grow Friends! Today marks the start of the second-to-last flowering week—Week 9 overall, and Week 5 of flowering. 🌿 I’m getting more and more excited as my first grow nears its end. As I approach harvest, I’ve decided, based on my research, to stop feeding nutrients and stick to just pH-adjusted water for the final two weeks. 💧⚖️ Watering Routine: I’ll keep the same watering schedule—1 liter every two days, which is about 10% of the pot volume. 🌱💧 This should be enough to flush out the remaining nutrients, ensuring a clean finish for the plant. Temperature & Humidity: The temperature remains stable between 19-23°C, which I believe is ideal for this stage of the grow. 🌡️🍂 No more high temperatures to worry about! The humidity is fluctuating between 45-58%, and I’m keeping a close eye on it to stay below 60%. 💧🔍 Everything seems on track for now. 🌿 Plant Health & Growth: The plant still looks very healthy overall. 🌱💪 However, I’ve noticed that in the past three days, there haven’t been any visible changes in the size of the buds. 🤔 It could just be that I’m not seeing the growth clearly, but the only noticeable change is the daily opening of new flower calyxes. 🌸 Harvest Preparation: I’m already getting my equipment ready for drying after harvest. 🛠️ Once it’s time to cut, I’ll be hanging the plant to dry for the first 10 days. 🌿✂️ I want to make sure everything is set for a smooth drying process. Stay tuned for more updates, and as always, daily photos of the plant will be posted! 📸🌱 Day 62 - Last-Minute Decisions with Urgent Changes 🌱 Hello, my grow friends! Due to the trichome pictures I took on Day 61—which you can check out too—I’ve made an unexpected decision to harvest my plant a bit earlier than planned and make some changes. 🌿 Watering and Flushing: The last time I watered was on Day 61, using all the usual nutrients at the doses I mentioned before. But after seeing the trichome pictures, I decided to start a light flush today. I gave the plant 4 liters of plain water to begin flushing and will now only water lightly on Day 64. After that, no more water until harvest on Day 67. 🌑 Dark Period: From Day 66 to Day 67, I plan to keep the plant in darkness. I’m not entirely sure if this will make a difference, but I’m curious to try it out. ✂️ Defoliation: The plant is doing well, and I’ve done a thorough defoliation. I removed all leaves that aren’t sugar leaves or directly attached to the buds to improve air circulation and reduce the risk of mold as I approach the end of the grow. 💭 Trimming Decisions: I’m still undecided about whether to do a wet trim or a dry trim. Based on what I’ve read, especially regarding the yield from trim, I’m leaning towards dry trimming, as it might give me more usable trim material. I can feel the plant entering its final phase, and I’m getting really excited about the results and what the next few days will bring. Remember, I post a video update every day. June 28: Mimosa Shot is doing fine. will leave this as an 8 cola plant. July 1: growing fine and it’s liking the warmer weather. July 2: added another scrog net layer to keep the 8 colas spaced out for sunlight. She has gotten taller and has gained a bit on the Sunday Punch EV which is also in the hybrid wagon. I think this MS just prefers overnight temperatures to be a bit warmer.

The 2nd week was great for the plants. Specially Banana Purple Punch and Forbidden Runtz They stretched and grow without no problem. I'm excited for week 3. I LST them, I did some defoliation and they got fed with Goldleaf feterlizer and I added mycos chum and cal-mag to the mix. Let see how they do.

Nuevo cultivo, volví a plantar Jamaican Dream, está vez solo se hará LST y defoliación, nada de apical(Main Lining). Se ha aprendido de errores y atrasos del cultivo anterior, esperando no cometerlos en este cultivo. Para este cultivo de usarán los nutrientes de la línea Grotek(mega pack), además de micorrizas great white. Las semillas germinaron al tercer día de plantadas en el sustrato, al igual que el cultivo anterior. Esperaré a que crezcan hasta unos 3 nodos para hacer transplante a maceteros definitivos de 18 litros. Germ2, han estirado suficiente para remover el plástico, se regaron con agua de osmosis con CalMag a 0.6 EC y pH 6.5, se espolvoreó great white en el sustrato. Se instalo un humidificador en el indoor y se bajó a un 70-80% la potencia del LED. Germ3, se mantienen en 80% de humedad a 23 grados, se humedece el sustrato. Germ6, están creciendo al ritmo esperado, se humedeció el sustrato, los parámetros están correctos. Germ8, primer riego con Vitamax Pro y SoloTek Grow de Grotek, 0.8 EC, y un poco de great white en polvo al sustrato. Creciendo bien.

Cada dia,con mas fuerza es el crecimiento de estos clones,acostumbrandose mas a su nuevo espacio e iluminación!!!

The 3 THE PURPS plants from BC-BUD-DEPOT grew very nice and healthy. One of the plant turned totally purple in the leaves and in the bud during flowering, she was A BEAUTY! The buds were of average size and are not too dense, but sparkling with trichomes. The FLAVOR is OUTSTANDING...she is DELICIOUS! Her grape- jolly-rancher (=hard-candy) aroma transcends directly into her flavor when smoked. VERY SMOOTH and an ABSOLUTELY DELIGHT on the inhale and the exhale. The 3 plants harvested 156,2 gram dried bud, which is a nice average yield of 52 grams per plant.

Day 9. All is running very nice. Happy with light performace a lot. Girls missed wind a bit, but i cant make it faster, because of neighbours and sound, so i took humidity dome away. TSL2000 runs 40 cm away and on 40% output. Girls get daily shower , try to keep some wet cloth to maintain humidity. Happy Growing !!!

Everything is going really good. Introduced nutes the other day and she took the great...no burnt tips or anything!!! Imbpretty sure she is just pre-flowering but she looks good!!

Unbelievable progress , I have a friend who germinate the same strain 3 weeks prior to me and to mine and his amazement my plants have over taken his. Repot into 16L fabric pots

Plan is to take 8 photos to flower following next week, finish the autos under 2 weeks of 12/12. Will be vegging an additional 8 photos that will be ready for the flower room in 5 weeks from now. So when photo 1s are finishing, photo 2s will flip to flower. Will do a concurrent auto run at 12)12 during that time, all to be pressed to wax BudXs

Today 23/07/22 We are two days into week 5, never talked about nutrient or water’ problems I had some leaves with few yellow marks but very small one beside that I always saw my plants green and happy, here you can see the scrog I set up yesterday not sure if this will work better but I think will help the branches grow further from the others increasing the light they riceve! I made it myself I will order one for the next grown when I will get my grow box! The watermelon is already flowering but the northern light no so today I started feeding the plants with different preparations.. I kept on giving the grow booster with a bit of bloom booster and viceversa for the watermelon! If you have any tips anything you think I’m doing wrong or you see it’s not ok let me know I don’t grow in a box I grow between the curtains and my window so the environment wasn’t always the perfect one

Muy buenas gentee Aquí otra semana más con esta increíble planta, se a formado muy bonita con una estructura espectacular, con muchas ramas. Regada con the hype company que dan unos resultados muy buenos. Aver con sigue la próxima semana.

Week 27/11 - 3/12 Its almost done 🙏

Dec 9: They are looking pretty good as far as I can tell, having trouble debating to cut off some fan leaves or not, this is my first ever grow and I don’t want to stress it out any more than it has. The way I trained the plant is definitely suboptimal, next time I will plant the seed off to the side a bit to have room to bend. Also should I just continue with tucking almost everyday or cut the troublesome leaves covering bud sites? And the bottom node, should I skip the chutes? Is it okay to cut things off at this stage of its life? They are definitely still in preflower as there are only presence of the “V” hairs at each budsite, and smell is very weak.

Week 4 8/9 - All the girls are still moist so no water today as I'll let them dry out a bit until tomorrow when I'll check them again in the morning. The FastBuds Purple Lemonade and Seedsman Gelato OG girls are ALL getting it done! They are all 8" and bushy as hell! I've been tucking leaves, gently bending branches and doing my daily LST on all the girls to stay on top of them in this stretch before flower. 8/10- Checked the soil on all the ladies and it was very moist down deep, but fairly dry in the top 4" so I gave all the ladies a small drink (1 quart each) of de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.8 @ 77deg. OMG they are really starting to bush out and stretch now, especially the girls in the Fox Farm/Natures Living Soil Autoflower Concentrate mix, they're literally exploding! FastBuds Purple Lemonade and Seedsman Gelato OG's continue to lead the pack with growth and overall looks although the rest are now looking like they're gonna give them a run for their money! 8/11- No water for the girl's today. Mail Call! The Nematodes arrived today, 10 million of them, goodbye Fungus Gnats!😀 Temp's, RH and VPD all remain on point with day temps running 75-84 deg. and 68-74 deg. during the 5 hour dark period, RH maintaining @ 50-55% (I've been running the humidifier set @55% and I'm adjusting the ph to 6.5 on the water in it as well and the VPD runs from .90 to 1.18. Started a batch of Compost Tea ( 4g de-chlorinated 6.9ph water, 4 cups Worm Castings, 2/3 cup Kelp Meal, 2/3 cup Alfalfa Meal, 1/4 cup Bat Guano, 2 scoops Great White Mycorrhiza, 4 tbsp. Neptune's Harvest Seaweed Extract, 2 tbsp Alaskan Fish Extract and 1/3 cup unsulfured molasses) for the girls breakfast in 2 days. They're all growing like crazy now and the FastBuds Crystal Meth is beginning to flower along with one of the FB Purple Lemonades, the rest shouldn't be far behind. 8/12- Applied the Nematodes to all the girls this morning mixed into 2 gallons of 75 deg de-chlorinated 6.8ph water divided equally among them. I continued with my daily mild LST on all the girls, continuing to spread them out to allow light to reach all parts of the plants. I also cranked up the HLG 650R's to 450 watts each for a total of 900w @ the wall hung @ 36" from the soil. After I eventually have them cranked to max during flower I may drop them slightly depending on how the girls react. 8/13- Compost Tea for breakfast! Fed the girl's 1/2g each through the top with tea (840ppm, 1780EC, 7.6ph @ 81 deg), tucked shade leaves and LST'd where needed. FastBuds Purple Lemonade's and Crystal Meth's are all in flower, still waiting on Seedsman! Growth is phenomenal, girls are healthy looking with the exception of the Seedsman Gelato OG in SOHUM Living Soil - she is getting what appears to be tip burn, I'll be keeping an eye on her. 8/14- Well well...almost the end of Week 4 and I thought it would be prudent to calibrate my Blue Labs Soil PH Pen and TDS/EC Pen, which I did. I then proceeded to check all of the ladies mediums ph and OMG am I glad I did! All of the Natures Living Soil/Happy Frog mixes ph'd between 6.2 and 6.8 which is perfect! The SOHUM Living Soil with the Seedsman Gelato OG in it also had an acceptable ph of 6.4 ----BUT, and I mean a BIG but, the SOHUM Living Soil with the FastBuds Crystal Meth #2 in it had a ph of 5.2-5.4 checked at four places around the pot!...WTF! I double checked everything and same result. The plant looks generally healthy, although not as robust as it's sister in NLS/FF mix. Gonna sleep on this and ponder my next move. The rest of the ladies are on FIRE😍 They are all in flower now with the Seedsman Zkittles the furthest behind and the FastBuds Crystal Meth #1 and both of the Purple Lemonade's are the furthest along so far. No water today as they got a healthy dose of compost tea yesterday but I did do my daily leaf tucking and light LST to keep the light penetration good into the lower bud sites. Speaking of light penetration, I cranked the HLG 650R's up to 450w at the wall each for a total of 900w hitting my girls now and lowered both of the 650R's 4" from 36" to 32" and will see how the ladies respond. 8/15- Well, I slept on what to do with the Crystal Meth #2 in the SOHUM Living Soil with the ACIDIC ph. Today I ran 4 1/2 gallons of de-chlorinated water @ 7.7 ph to try to get some ph back. I measured the ph and PPM/EC of the runoff and more surprises awaited. The runoff had a PH of 4.2, repeat FOUR POINT TWO, 1480 PPM and an EC of 6550 @ 77 deg. I don't know how this girl looks as good as she does considering that she's basically living in ten gallons of between black coffee and tomato juice! I'll check the ph of her medium tomorrow and see where we go from here. I gave all the rest of my girls 1 gallon of de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.9 @ 76 deg. and defoliated a couple of leaves on the OG's, Zkittles and lightly LST'd everybody, even the girl living in a pot of coffee!...LMAO😂 ONWARD to Week FIVE!!! Whoo Hoo!!!👍💪
