119 days!!!! As far as I know, the girl is experiencing a real summer!!!! +35 :) not a cloud, the only pity is that there is little sun on the balcony anyway:) but I'm glad that the weather has improved, and she no longer has to suffer in the rain, and I'm on vacation:) good luck to everyone.:)

Day 8 Shes a little deformed, but im sure she will grow out of that. Going to water tomorrow so ill give an update on that. do people give daily updates? is it better like that or do i give one weekly update? Day 9 My stubbornness has led me to water her today. but lets see how she takes it. Noticed some slight yellowing of the leaf tips around the first node so I held off from any more nutrients. Just fed her some distilled water. She seems to be doing better now. Removed the lower leaves and node also.

Week 7: Branching Out & Embracing the Unknown 🌱🍍 Okay, I'll admit it: This whole FIMing outdoors thing is uncharted territory, but hey, isn't that half the fun of growing? The FIMing worked like a charm! Three sturdy branches are shooting out, and the original main stem is actually the runt of the litter. 😅 I guess that's a new one for me. Normally, my outdoor girls turn into towering 2-meter trees with popcorn buds galore. But this year, I'm after quality over quantity. A few strong colas, please and thank you. Am I following any hard science? Nope. Just going with my gut and the good vibes my pineapple is giving off. She's still in veg mode, so I did some more defoliation and LST to keep her energy focused. Feeling good about this experiment so far. Who knows, maybe FIMming outdoors is my new secret weapon? Time will tell!

Another week and the root growth is letting me know we're close to transplant time, which is a good timing with my tent getting ready for a new cycle. I pulled a few lower leaves off her to keep that energy pushing up to the top. Based on the leaves, she appears to lean to the OGKB in her lineage, so this should be a nice candidate for a scrog to get the most of the business of the strain. Welcome to my 1st fem soil grow: Drop a like so I can visit your grows if you'd like, regardless thank you for your interest . 1st soil photo in the ground. Will be a few days before she shows leafs as I only waited till she showed about 2mm of tap root and she got planted 3/4 of AN inch down and soil lightly folded over and sprayed her with 100ml of mix with 1.5ml/L x3 400ppm. La Sirena is the only nutrient here that changes the EC. 1 5ML adds around 300+ppm to 78ppm water so. I decided to give this girl .5 more as she's going to be in the ground longer and has a long veg life. I'll be running her on TERRA POWERS full 19 line up. For this 1 I'll be following there chart as a guideline for nutrients and when to apply. As for the dose, that will be down to me. But if it's 2ml/L or whatever it is. It'll be getting that in 1L mix a week, (meaning she'll be fed exactly the ml/L as her total feed of that nutrient for the week. So this plant as she'll only be getting fed by ML not by many ml/L mix.) So when she's young her ml/L dose will be low as she'll have to take in a L of her or a high 2ml/500ml she'll be fed on a nutrient ML basis only. 2/5/22 VD1 Popped her head up. Can't wait for this 1, I've also got her in DWC Which is about 12hrs ahead. Have started on a light diet. 555ppm 4/5/22 I decided to go against the chart and give La Calavera for the root stim, I know we are a few days in but I'll wait until 2.5 weeks and stop the La Calavera. 6/5/22 So, it's begun. I've created a negative pressure environment, 1st time, let's see if it makes an impact. On wk 3 onwards I'll be running the intake extraction for 5mins every 30mins and I'll have 2 co2 bags up. If the RH becomes a problem or temp I'll put the extraction/intake back on 100% of the time. The extraction fan/intake is set at a ratio of 2 to 1. (100% extraction 50% intake) making a negative pressure environment, best way to show you have done this, the walls in your tent should bow in lightly Same Day. Okay, so this my last update. Going to run fans the same right up until flower and then I'll be sealing up my tent and adding 2 co2 bags. And will be adding a dehuimifier and setting at 45% And it checks every 30mins and if it's gone up it'll turn back on and bring down to 45 or set RH, so no co2 will escape. The temp will be bordering 30-33c and then when they go into their rest window they'll be transferred to to a negative pressure environment with low temps and 45-50%RH. I'll only be able to do this for the 3 weeks of pre flower. And maybe some more, it depends how hard the dehuimifier will be working, but i want dense buds and only way to improve that is by introducing Co2 and then a negative pressure cold environment for terps. Then I'll be putting them back into full negative pressure environment and the Co2 will be useless, again all depends how it's gonna affect my bottom line. That and I only have 2 intake fans. I'll be going into detail about my Co2 adventures the week before I'll be prepping them to be able to withstand high temps, so I'll gradually bring up the temps the last wk of veg 28c max and that way when I push it to 30-32c in pre flower she won't stress as much. Constant LST on these girls. They are so leggy I'm worried that if I let up the canopies will get out of control. I feel like i'm doing a good job with it thought. The occasional super cropping is needed and I leaf tuck and even take leaves almost everyday. Doesn't seem to slow em' down. Lights are at about 75% now. Weather has calmed down so temperature in the tent is consistently below 80F. Happened just in time for mid-flower. Right before the weather changed I build an exhaust to vent everything outside so controlling the atmosphere is a lot easier and I think it shows. Switched to bloom nutes towards the end of this week. Miracle Berry Remix IMMEDIATELY perked up and stopping being droopy all the time. CDLC woke up and I'm really happy with her now. Phosphorous is really important once pre-flower begins. Getting impatient....gonna pop some Double Grapes for the Solo Cup competition. Lowering my PH to 5.5 - 5.7 to accomodate for any salt build up in the coir since they drink water so quickly. Their response was very good. CDLC loved the drop in PH the most I believe. I cut my veg nutrients (nitrogen) to half because they aren't in full flower but i'm giving them full doses of the Maxibloom and additives. I've learned that most chlorosis I am experiencing is a nutrient deficiency. PH and increasing PPM steadily is a MUST to be successful I believe. Potassium is what generally causes the "nutrient burn". You'll catch nitrogen toxicity before any chlorosis and phosphorous is really difficult to give your plant too much of. Especially in flower. I'm gettin' the hang of this.... If anyone could answer me this....Why would you use a feeding schedule when your plant is going to require different nutrients than any other plants? There are too many variable to use a feeding schedule correct? Really not much to see this week besides the plants bulking up. They are gorgeous...except for the CDLC...she's got some work to do. Day 49 - Watered with some whacked out PH water today...didn't catch it until it was too late. Mango Smile was dropping by the end of watering...hopefully I didn't stall anyone out. These girls are LOOOOONGG! The stretch has been like no other I have ever seen! 2 of the plants are well over 2 ft. tall, one of which was already super cropped at the beginning of flower because it had a few mains a little higher than the rest on it. The other 2 aren't too far off though, they're right there with them. I've been out of space in my closet horizontally for about the last week or so, and was quickly running out of vertical space as well so I upgraded spaces to a new AC Infinity tent, 3' x 3' x 6', ANDDDDDD come to find out I'm rapidly approaching the ceiling of that already on day 1 in the tent! We're almost at 3 full weeks flowering (since light flip) so I'm hoping like hell this stretch is over or about there because if not, it's going to be a super long 6-7 weeks, smh 😳.
