Hey now, I hope everyone is having a great weekend. The ladies had another great week, I got the Durban Nights, Red Hot Cookies, and Sundae Driverr's second toppings completed on day 26, and I got the second toppings done on the Green Crack and Bubble Runtz on day 27. Right now I have 4 mains on each plant, and I will top each one this week, probably in the next 3-4 days which will leave with me 8 mains. So the mainlines will be completed during week 5, and I plan to flip to flower around week 7. I will just continue with LST to try and keep all the tops level heading into flowering as to prevent any top from becoming dominant. I am still seeing a couple holes on the leaves of the Sundae Driver, but I have treated her twice with neem oil and I don't see any new holes since the last application and I can't see any bugs even with magnification. I am still not sure if it was a bug issue or just a genetic thing. Either way I am not too concerned at this point because they all seem to be very healthy. I am still feeding GH nutrients, silica, cal mag, and maxi grow. I will transition to flower nutrients approximately one week after flipping to flower. I have found that it is important to continue feeding plenty of Nitrogen through the stretch. The only way I would transition sooner is if I was running out of vertical space. Still very pleased with the Spectrum X from Medic Grow. I am running her at 69% and the plants seem very happy and healthy. The heat and humidity are finally letting up in my region so it is nice to be able to open some windows and drop the temp outside the grow tent. Watering has jumped up to every 2 days ph 6.3-6.8 with 20% runoff Flower Fuel has been added to AP,GG and ZK watering's. Lights have been lowered to 24-28 inches. White Widow just started flower at end of the week. Still waiting on the Cream Cookie. Doing light Defoliation to expose bud sites to the lights.

This diary will be special to me for two reasons, one because I have the opportunity to cultivate some new and exciting strains from two of the TOP breeders in the industry! The second reason this will be special to me is that I will be growing these two strains in a brand new greenhouse that I put up! I'm super stoked to see how these two ladies turn out in this new setup. On to the strains: 'Tester' Strain A info: Hybrid (I/S) | 6-7 weeks flowering | Fruity, Sweet, Candy 'Tester' Strain B info: Indica-Dominant (90%) | 7 weeks flowering | Fruity, Peppery, Sweet I hope that you enjoy this run as much as I will... It's going to be fun and interesting for sure! ~GROW WHAT YOU LOVE, LOVE WHAT YOU GROW!~ ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Setup: These beauties will be growing in a brand spanking new 10x14' greenhouse that I have equipped with automatic window openers, a complement of Hurricane fans and a de-humidifier/heater to help keep the environment as dialed in as possible. I started both tester in glasses of tap water, where they soaked for 24hrs. After soaking, they were placed directly into whole eggshells with just their tops removed to make a natural seed starting pot that I filled with a 70/30 blend of Coco/Perlite which was pre-moistened with well water ph'd to 6.2, then placed under a 50w full spectrum LED on a 24hr light schedule. Once, they both have their second set of leaves emerged, I plan on starting to put them in the greenhouse for 2-3 hour a day for a few days to help them acclimate and 'harden off' in the greenhouse. I'll be starting both off in 1qt pots, then transplanting them into to gradually larger pots until they're around 6 weeks old, then they will go into their final pots which are 25g fabric pots. I mix my initial medium using 3 tbsp/g of Gaia Green Organics 4-4-4 along with 1 tbsp/g of Gaia Green Organics Glacial Rock Dust for the trace minerals it provides, 1 tbsp/g of Down To Earth Kelp Meal, 1 tbsp/g of Trichoderma/Mycorrhizae, and 1 cup/g of Wiggle Worm Castings. I hand mix my amendments to ensure an even distribution throughout the medium. I'll be watering with well water ph'd to 6.2-6.8 and providing bi-weekly compost tea's throughout the run. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 5/1- Week Three of veg is here for the pair of 'Testers' from SSSC/Dutch Passion Seeds. Both 'Testers' continue to do exceptionally well despite temp's in the greenhouse reaching just over 90℉ at the peak of the day. Both continue to show great vigor, color and are both constantly 'praying'! 5/3- Watering both continues every 2-3 days depending on what the plants want. Both girls are looking like champs! 5/5- Today I watered both with 8oz. of well water, to which I added 1 tsp. of Uncle Willies Worm Tea Concentrate. 5/6- Well fam, the Third week of veg is in the rear view mirror for these two beautiful 'Testers' from SSSC and Dutch Passion. Unfortunately, I have to go out of state for 7-10 days because of a family emergency, so I won't have pic's for next week. First time growing so this week went well i'd say. Everything seems to be on time and looking well so we will see how the further weeks play out. Very excited to see the progress.

4/17/2023 - Day 50 Flower: Start to week 8. Everything is still progressing as expected with no problems. Plan to go an extra day or two between watering to cause some extra stress in hopes of resulting in better tricome and terpene production. Not sure if this actually makes a difference, but why not try. 4/19/2023 - Day 52 Flower: finally watered for the first time this week. This will likely be my last watering using the majority of the supplements I've been using. Will be water with a small amount of coconut powder from here on out. Also plan to start dropping the light intensity next week. Today I watered 4 gallons again and made another sprouted seed tea. Mixed in Jay Plantspeaker Quillaja, Rootwise Bio-Phos and Bio-Catalyst, BuildASoil Big 6 Micro Nutrients and BuildABloom. 4/20/2023 - Day 53: Happy 4/20!!!! 4/22/2023 - Day 55 Flower: watered today with about 3 gallons of water mixed with Coconut Powder and 2 gallons with molasses. Also, dropped the light intensity from full power down to level 8. The tallest colas are still only about 8 inches from the light, so my average DLI is still in the 40's. Want to bring this down a bit more in the next week or two.

Due to poor drainage or rather the coconut dust that accumulated at the bottom and gathered all the fertilizer. So, urgently, it was watered, dried, and then watered again until the ppm reached almost zero. In order not to lose the quality of the trichomes, I decided to cut it.

Sigo nutriendo a la planta con cada riego, creo que es adecuado para engordar al máximo las colas, controlando la concentración de mis preparados solubles no corro el riesgo de sobre fertilización, de todos modos, en estas últimas semanas baso mis mezclas de riegos en el aporte de fósforo y potasio, ácidos húmicos y Microorganismos de Montaña Activados (MMA).
