The Red Hot Cookies are looking beautiful. Very nice looking buds with fantastic colors. Very promising in terms of bag appeal :) The pheno 1 shares many traits with the GSC. The effect is amazing despite of the quite boring terpene profile which is unidimensional (very sweet base notes along with creamy peach head notes that reminds me of the peach flavored campino hard candys). The high has the soothing and calming effect of the GSC while being more uplifting and energizing. The pheno 2 is more on the Tangie side for both the effects and the terp profile. The high is energetic but a little bit racy. The limonene content seems far higher than the myrcene, and it translates itself in both the taste and the effect. I will be looking for a Tangie-dom pheno that is richer in myrcene, in hope of getting more of the tangerine taste/aroma and the relaxing effect that we can find in the Tangie and Tangerine Dream strains. As for the Amherst Sour D, they all share the same woody and tropical aromas with subtle specific nuances (pepper, fuel, skunk/sulfur, lavender). The effects go from slightly sedating to highly energizing and euphoric. A great afterwork hard hitting sativa that tastes awesome, without being the terp bomb of the year. The Dinamed CBD plus is a very short, bushy and stalky plant. The Pheno 1 smells like straight pine/fir on sweet and fruity base notes. The structure is nice with lots of lateral branching and the buds are looking very good too. I could have got a way better yield be giving her an extra 10 days of veg. The pheno 2 is more one the fruity/fuely/tart side. Definitely not the best pheno. Very slow growth...

Week 1 Day 1 - 8/12/2023 1st Water change Day! Such a special time it is when you remove the little bit of Nutes that you gave them as an appetizer and you give them their first real meal. Added 39 Gallons of Water to my system SILICA= .5mil/Gal = 19.5 = 20mil Root Drip = 1mil/Gal = 39mil Cal Mag= .25mil/Gal = 9.75 = 10mil FLoraMicro= 3.0mil/Gal = 114mil FloraGro = 2.0mil/Gal = 78mil FloraBloom = 2.0mil/Gal =78mil ORCA= .5mil/Gal = 19.5 = 20mil Week 1 Day 2 - 8/13/2023 Everything is looking good the roots are making their way to the water and the new grow is looking nice and green. Week 1 Day 3- 8/14/2023 Everything is right on track, they are looking beautiful and in the praying position all leaves happily lifting towards the light. Week 1 Day 4- 8/15/2023 A little worried today her birth Twin the BA I am growing out is looking great and is raised towards the light and this one is just slightly under.. Will keep an eye on Her. Week 1 Day 5- 8/16/2023 Walked in and the humidity was under 60.... ohh noooooo.. So I added 2 humidifiers to the tent and attached them to my InkBird controller which is set to 62. Also looking at the roots and she has some poking out the bottom but just not in the water yet.. Luckily we are set for 14 days before next water change so the system will stay stable and her sister already has roots in the water so she should only be a day or two behind.. we will just keep tracking but she is delayed. Week 1 Day 6- 8/17/2023 Roots in the Water!!! Huston, we have a successful launch. This grow is on! Humidity was a little low this morning so I refilled the humidifiers. Other than that the temp looks great, the PH looks good, the PPM looks good the plant is in the praying position and all damage from the little drowning from over filling the cloning machine seems to have been fixed. Happy Happy. Week 1 Day 7- 8/18/2023 Yay.. week 1 in the books, roots in the water growth has started. Everything for growth and environment is looking good and on track, there are a couple of mutations with this Lady will keep an eye on those leaves. IMO this grow is going A lot during this week 1 then week 1 of the last grow when I had them drowning. Really excited on how this grow is going to come out.

. End of Week 5 (day 35): She's stretching really well, displaying a dominant stem and shorter surrounding shoots that I believe comes from the Gelato #33 genetics. I've not really done much trimming or defoliation, yet she looks almost naked. Her leaves indicate some stress, but the vigorous growth and appetite say "full steam ahead, Mister." With a sample size of one it's hard to know if she's the 1 in 5 chance Autoflower or not. I may pop the rest of the Gelato x GDP seeds out of curiosity at some point in the future, but its not a priority.

Hello everybody! Here we are a week later and I’m starting to see some nice improvements and developments. This week I fed all plants pretty heavily with Recharge and Dolomite Lime (and a little Cal Mag). The plants seemed to like it, the color is really coming back to a nice shade of green instead of the pale yellow’ish green. I’m also seeing nice bud sites developing on all of the photos. My autos are doing great too. The FastBuds Blackberry is a beautiful shade of purple and the Barneys Farm NYC Diesel is nice and chunky with tons of crystals. I’m going back to my normal nutrient routine this week and think it should be fairly smooth sailing from here. One negative is I seem to have inherited some bugs from my wife. She asked me to put one of her outdoor plants in the room so it would survive the winter, well it looks like that plant was infested with bugs. The little f’ers had a feast on some of the leaves. My wife gave me the OK to toss the plant, so with the plant removed it should be fairly easy to irradiate any remaining bugs with some sticky paper. I’d like to say thank you to all who answered my question regarding recommend reading on cannabis. I’m selecting the answer for the Grow Bible by Greg Green because I was actually unaware of that one. I’m familiar with the Cervantes and Rosenthal versions but not Greg Greens. I’ll be ordering that book after I receive and finish “True Living Organics” by The Rev (should be here tomorrow). This week I have a new question for my GD friends…. CO2? I have not been using CO2 but EVERY book I read recommends using it, I’m not prepared to go out and buy a CO2 tank, regulator, etc… at this time. Has anyone ever used one of those CO2 bags? Or do you have any DIY CO2 solutions you can recommend? I’m looking forward to your answers on CO2. I’ll leave you this week with another interesting excerpt from “Marijuana Cultivation Reconsidered: The Science and Techniques For Huge Indoor Yields” by Read Spear: “I prefer to use high-pressure sodium lamps. With the exception of LED's, HPS lamps are the most efficient source of light you can buy, both in terms of light output and light spectrum. Mrs Big B is about to have her sweet stretch to Budville so I hope I've shaped her well enough to take full advantage of the light space. If not a traditional 'Super crop' will solve any future spacing issues. Ha ha. Due to an accident in her younger days she's sort of become a triple stem after topping. I'm hoping I get something cool looking as a result. I trimmed a few lower buds that would soon be overshadowed by the canopy and not worth her effort. Weekly does of Biobizz triple nuits and tap water just to top up and irrigate. Because shes not drinking loads yet. My LST may need refining..... but we learn every mistake right?

This girl is refusing to stop growing absolutely phenomenal. It's stacking and swelling into a monster of a plant. Drinking a gallon a day and not slowing down. The flowers are progressing nice and starting to develop. The sour smell already is super strong and it'd be an understatement if I said I wasn't excited for these to finish but still looks like a couple more weeks. Happy

Plants are really starting to trich up! The Girl Scout Cookies has then EVERYWHERE! lol The Tyrian Kush is starting to turn purple which is exciting!

Day 35 21/10 set up the net so it is easier to train out branches. the buds develop nicely. it grows nicely turned into 24/0 light again after trying 21/3 for a while likes 24 better

I don’t know what’s going on with my big girl I think is wind burn by me increasing the airflow I’m thinking it’s windburn well anyways I don’t know if it’s budrot cause I really want to chop thoses two tops off just incase help anyone if you know what this is

Almost at the end of this week. I did remove the enzymen and roots feedings. I did add Green Sensation. EC went up but with cocos and this feeding schedule it is allowed too, I can even raise it to 2.5-2.6 if I feel like too. As for the ladies, They are flowering fast haha, might have to harvest them in like 2 weeks +- They gained alot of THC as well. Climate outside was not that good, arround 20-21 degrees celcius, So they didn't swell that much but they got compact because of it. Lets hope they do swell a bit more in the comming 2 weeks. Update: Day 56: 2 of the 5 plants got damaged by the storm. I had to cut of some buds otherwise they would have rotten. Sad thing that it happend, Lucky for me they are close to the end of the grow so they will have taste and thc on it. Also, look how compact they are for just outside plants, this looks promising. Ps, yes a spongebob stone and more in my pots., My girlfriend thinks she is hilarious.. Until next week!

6/19 Knowing it was going to be over 100° for the majority of the day I WATERED the garden with 3 1/2 gallons. I went to check around 4 and everything looked amazing. We got some hard rain from a thunderstorm at 4pm but it seems like these girls like it rough and did fine. The take a beating and come back stronger. Knock on wood but I haven't seen any problems on the plant I snapped amd dict taped.. Everything seems to have toughened up and the leaves are an awesome healthy color. They grow observable every day now. Tomorrow is supposed to reach 100 again for most of the day before weather goes back to semi normal. I took a video but it will take way to long to upload. Tons of other pics didn't upload either. 6/20 Another day that's going to be over 100°. Plants seem to love it lol. I can't believe what I'm seeing. Bags still had some heft so I didn't water this morning. I figure I'll check them around noon and then plan on watering tonight if they need it. Hopfully they'll get some rain from thunderstorms. This crop has been through a lot. I think that has helped them significant deal with this unpredictable weather. 6/21 We had a MAJOR thunderstorm with sheet rain yesterday. I missed it but it was intense. I saw some videos. First time dad seemed concerned. Fortunately there was no damage. I was going to water today but I decided to hold off due to the look of the plants and the "praying leaves" at 4pm and feeling some moisture in the soil. Bags seemed to still have some heft. I'll probably water tomorrow. Need to transplant the 1 gals and need to figure out what I want to do for nutes this year. So far I've put in much less effort and I'm still doing great. I just don't have as many plants as usual. 6/22 Rained last night. Not much but the bags were heavy still so I held off watering. Plants looked happy and I can fix under watering much easier. It will rain tomorrow. I'll check throughout the day and update but things are going good. I should transplant those 3 seedlings in 1 gals. 6/23 It Rained last night and is suppised to rain today. It was raining when i went over. Just the kind if rain the plants love. I'll check again before church but I'm eventually going to have to water them. Those thunder storms helped a lot. 6/24 Rained about an inch yesterday. Plants loved it. Bigger everytime I see them. One seedling showed a pistol and I'll transplant it with the rest. It was the only one I was worried about. I've seen a FEW leaf hopper punctures and some other bites that could be anything. Time to get the ipm 6/25 Looks like its gonna be a nice sunny day. 75° at 10am. Plants are doing amazing and growing at a rapid pace. Haven't done anything ipm as of yet but any damage I've seen is localized to "A" leaf on "A" plant. I'll be paying attention and watching for signs of deficiencies. As of now though they LOOK great. I'll try to transplant the 3 seedlings today.
