@FAST_BUDS, Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable environment in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 8 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. I will grow completely organically in soil and will watercure my buds to get the best possible medicine for me. But there are no cultivation rooms to be displayed here, so I continue with what is most important. Today I have put my seeds in my moisture dome and hope the seeds have germinated within a few days. Rest assured, our Epic Buzz has been far from neglected during this time. This week's entry is a celebration of resilience and flourishing growth. Let’s delve into the details: Despite the reservoir not being changed in the last 14 days, our Epic Buzz has shown remarkable resilience. A modest addition of Orca and a bit of boost to feed the fungi has been more than sufficient. The plant has become a spectacle of health within the reservoir, developing an intricate root ball and sporting sizable fan leaves. This vigorous growth is a clear indicator of the strain's robust genetics and its compatibility with the hydroponic environment. All side branches have been intentionally removed to direct the plant’s energy towards vertical growth, a technique that's paying off with the plant’s current stature. The light intensity remains at a conservative 25% to encourage stretching. This cautious approach is shaping the plant into a true beauty, with an ideal structure that should transition well into the flowering stage. As we edge closer to the flowering phase, anticipation builds. The plant’s current vigor gives me high hopes for its performance during blooming. In the very first week I kept the light so far so the it create a early grow on the structure but for me its not so good so I prepare a transplant for The next week.

It’s a nice grow so far in terms of expectations reality on the seed breeders. Great stuff again. I had a real germination nightmare this time around though - lots of strains failing at seedling so the numbers and strains became more 😂. So the tents are mixed up again to auto on one side and photoperiod on the other. In this tent as well as Afghan and a red gorilla - there is sweet zensation , banana krumble and red hot cookies and a peyote skittlez. Water in using ro solely through the grow. There has been one issue. I tried a “pro” substrate from biocanna this time and I have those little fleas. Really annoying and my aphids are late so kind of annoying - takes the pleasure off a bit. Any good organic solutions let me know please on comments

Just cut down my 3 autos that I hade going including this one. As always, these girls are extremely frosty and are very stinky. They are on day 1 of drying and are at a perfect 60/60 for drying.

This was the last week of flowering and therefore I stopped giving any nutrients for a good FLUSH. This is very important in order to avoid a harsh smoke later when the plants are dried, because any nutrients left in the plant will burn your throat and the weed will hurt while you smoke it. Both Barbarian (=AK-47 x Barbara Bud) plants have developed well and carry hefty top buds on each side branch and also the main cola. The lower regions also carry buds, but those are a little more fluffy and not so big and dense as the top buds. Every bud is COVERED IN TRICHOMES and the plants glisten in the light, they are FROSTY AS HELL! The plants have a STRONG AROMA now, which is sweet and peachy with hints of sandalwood. They smell ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS and I cant wait to try the dried end-product. All in all I can only recommend this strain, its not the biggest yielder, but definitely delivers connoisseur grade weed. Hats off to Mat from House of the Great Gardener in Canada, he has made another GREAT cross and I hope he will release this variety soon! 👍😍😎

🌱 Day 57 - Start of the Second-to-Last Flowering Week 🌱 Hello, Grow Friends! Today marks the start of the second-to-last flowering week—Week 9 overall, and Week 5 of flowering. 🌿 I’m getting more and more excited as my first grow nears its end. As I approach harvest, I’ve decided, based on my research, to stop feeding nutrients and stick to just pH-adjusted water for the final two weeks. 💧⚖️ Watering Routine: I’ll keep the same watering schedule—1 liter every two days, which is about 10% of the pot volume. 🌱💧 This should be enough to flush out the remaining nutrients, ensuring a clean finish for the plant. Temperature & Humidity: The temperature remains stable between 19-23°C, which I believe is ideal for this stage of the grow. 🌡️🍂 No more high temperatures to worry about! The humidity is fluctuating between 45-58%, and I’m keeping a close eye on it to stay below 60%. 💧🔍 Everything seems on track for now. 🌿 Plant Health & Growth: The plant still looks very healthy overall. 🌱💪 However, I’ve noticed that in the past three days, there haven’t been any visible changes in the size of the buds. 🤔 It could just be that I’m not seeing the growth clearly, but the only noticeable change is the daily opening of new flower calyxes. 🌸 Harvest Preparation: I’m already getting my equipment ready for drying after harvest. 🛠️ Once it’s time to cut, I’ll be hanging the plant to dry for the first 10 days. 🌿✂️ I want to make sure everything is set for a smooth drying process. Due to the trichome pictures I took on Day 61—which you can check out too—I’ve made an unexpected decision to harvest my plant a bit earlier than planned and make some changes. 🌿 Watering and Flushing: The last time I watered was on Day 61, using all the usual nutrients at the doses I mentioned before. But after seeing the trichome pictures, I decided to start a light flush today. I gave the plant 4 liters of plain water to begin flushing and will now only water lightly on Day 64. After that, no more water until harvest on Day 67. 🌑 Dark Period: From Day 66 to Day 67, I plan to keep the plant in darkness. I’m not entirely sure if this will make a difference, but I’m curious to try it out. ✂️ Defoliation: The plant is doing well, and I’ve done a thorough defoliation. I removed all leaves that aren’t sugar leaves or directly attached to the buds to improve air circulation and reduce the risk of mold as I approach the end of the grow. 💭 Trimming Decisions: I’m still undecided about whether to do a wet trim or a dry trim. Based on what I’ve read, especially regarding the yield from trim, I’m leaning towards dry trimming, as it might give me more usable trim material. I can feel the plant entering its final phase, and I’m getting really excited about the results and what the next few days will bring. Remember, I post a video update every day. Week 4 Last week was good gave the last defoliation for day 21. Adding a higher feed for her. This one got crazy pistil produced & it’s going all the way down the plant it’s the shortest out of the 3 but has the 2nd most pistil producing on it Check out my IG for more content @therealterpio & check out my other dairies (jungle verde & Gelato Cake)

Sooo I added a scrog net a few days ago to get the branches more outward beacuse they were growing way to bushy. Seems to be a good solution! Did a nother update for this week because of the trichome beauty that they have. They both smell really really fruity and somewhat gassy, if you ever grew a Cherry Cola from FastBuds and you loved the smell then this strain is specially for you. The smell reminds me so hard of the Cherry Cola and I fcking love it

Trichomes started to get cloudy and some of them have already turned amber. I hope to harvest next week but for now they are still too many clear trichomes. All the plants are now watered with clear water until the harvest. Some leaves almost turned yellow directly after the nutrient stop, especially on the OG Kush. The Honey Melon Haze is now mostly standing up thanks to the strings that support it. Hopefully the harvest is coming soon!

This has been my first grow so it is hard to compare to anything else strain wise but I was amazed at the stress it was put through due to my noobie mistakes and still made it through without hermie or low yield! I am also assuming a 75% conversion rate to about 5 oz dry. Ill be coming back and updating one last time once they're cured with an updated dry amount!

Okay, so the plants were still in seedling stage only thing I changed was the environment that I have placed them to the grow tent. They started growing faster and from the 2nd week, I started watering with 30ml water 2 times a day in the morning and in the evening, so one plant gets 15 ml 2 times approximately 12 hours difference the first 3 days and then 100ml (50ml morning, 50ml at night) so 25 ml/plant 2 times a day in the next 4 days. I also used the trigger spray to keep the soil moist and the humidity high as the seedling stage requires. No ventilation yet. No fertilization. It looks they feel okay, so far everything is alright. :)
