Eternity Grow Cup - Week 1 Flower Report Welcome to the first week of flower in the Eternity Grow Cup! This is a crucial stage in the cycle, and we’ve made some important moves to set the girls up for success. Let’s dive into all the details and talk about the key elements shaping this transition. 48 Hours Dark Period & Transition to Flower Before flipping to flower, we implemented a 48-hour dark period. In my experience, this technique helps the plants transition more smoothly and accelerates their hormonal shift into flowering. It’s a method that has consistently worked well for me, and I encourage growers to explore different approaches to find what best suits their setup. The Power of Reds - Far Red & Deep Red As part of this transition, we have introduced far red and deep red lighting. These are turned on 15 minutes before the main whites and stay on for 15 minutes after. The reason? This simulates the natural sunrise and sunset effect, which helps optimize the flowering response and enhances overall plant development. The red spectrum plays a crucial role in promoting stretch and enhancing bud formation early on. Light Schedule - 11/13 Cycle From the start of flower, we are running an 11 hours light / 13 hours dark schedule. Over the years, I’ve found this lighting strategy beneficial in inducing faster flower onset, increasing terpene production, and ultimately producing better-quality fruits. This is something I personally swear by, but as always, I encourage others to experiment and see what works best for their unique environments. Spending Time with the Girls One of my favorite parts of the grow is spending time with the plants, enjoying some good medicine, and simply being present in the garden. The connection we have with our plants is invaluable, and I believe they truly respond to the energy we bring. It’s a labor of love, and every moment spent with them contributes to their health and vitality. Monitoring with TrolMaster TM + App All data is being closely monitored using the TrolMaster TM + app, and I highly encourage everyone to check it out. Gear Spotlight - AeroFan Extraction Let’s talk about one of the essential pieces of gear in this setup: the AeroFan Extraction System. A good extraction system is key to maintaining ideal airflow, temperature, and humidity control, and this one has been doing an incredible job. Current Environmental & Nutrient Data Water pH: 6.0 Water EC: 1.36 Water Temperature: 16°C (a bit low, will be adjusting soon) Soil EC: 1.44 Soil Temperature: 20°C (decent but could be slightly higher) Maintaining the right balance of temperature, pH, and EC is essential for a successful flowering phase, so I’ll be keeping a close eye on these numbers and making any necessary adjustments as we progress. Coming along really nicely, I did have a defecancy early on in this week but quickly got that under control

trichome development is coming along however I am worried that they might not make it until harvest. I will be starting 2 photoperiods along side 1 other auto on my next grow with suitable nutrients for my medium.

Today was a special day for me… My babies got flipped to flower.

Increased Buddy to 1mm p/l. Really impressed with these nutrients so far, there's been no problems or defeciences the entire grow. All plants look happy, healthy and green. This plant is at the back of the timelapses.

Welcome to my Sour Strawberry scrog diary, sponsored by SPIDER-FARMER & Barneysfarm. Days 22-35 weeks 3-4 off veg Veg Days 12&13 25&26(seedling stage was done in germination week) Both plants had difficult with a bad PH imbalance that hit my plants across the board. All suffered from 2x Terpinator & Pure Zym PH 4.5 feeds. Lessons learnt you get no 2nd chances growing co2. A light def can be a serious looking one a few hrs later even though fix was applied. Growth can't keep up with uptake. So Foliar sprays I've been using a lot in these grows. It helps with the fixes much quicker. I've started training the plant and moving things to spread it out. I reckon if I flipped her after the stretch I'd fill 60-70% of the net. So, it needs a few more weeks in veg. I have done a lot of fresh toppings. So, they'll need a few weeks of growth and training and fixing to the net. All nodes are in the strip process so it'll help fatten up the stems as if there's too much growth below the main tops and if left late (stripping them late) you'll end up with weak stems, so the stripping needs to be done, and then you need to train your nodes/shoots you want to focus on growing your colas. Any input is welcome this is my 1st scrog. I used 2 seeds 2 different phenos, 1 is a lot taller, big mistake. Itll take time, lots of training and she's gonna look awful for the next few weeks but, their will be a method to the madness. I'll flip when I see 60/70% of the net filled either by attached to the net or trained so that'll it sit under where the stretch will go when flipped. Giving me 85-95% of coverage. Again, this is my 1st scrog so any input is welcome.. SCROG / DEFOLIATION / LST / NODE STRIPPING Only started in the 2 week of this update. Through a pro scrog frame over her. As this will be the easiest way to deal with it in my 1m2 tent. It will take up a lot of space for just 2 plants. But, I'm planning on doing a long one, or at least until I get it right so it'll be a proper scrog with an even canopy. I stripped the nodes to premote them to grow some mass i did semi removal of shoots that are deep into the canopy. Didn't wanna do to much stress that and she'll still need a lot of that growth to get her to grow out. Next wk I'll readjust and start pulling her in areas needed. 1 pheno is much shorter. So, I'm thinking I'll just train her so she at least gets right underneath the net, and then when i flip it'll help reach the net. But, them areas will need lots of growth, and I'll have to weave the bugger one abs pull her nodes down and maybe lollipop her a lil more so there'll be an even canopy. Major issues with calcium def for no reason and a weird re veg, and the utter lack of mould resistance. Plant was tall and buds are huge and dense, let's hope the taste is phenomenal.

Start of Flowerweek 2

The weather in my country suddenly got warmer unexpectedly. That's why I'm having problems with the temperature. Still, it seems to be going well for now. I watered on the 51st day. I will do it again today and with full fertilizer.

This week has been extremely hot! Inside the tent reaching up to 30C ! So I’m going to need to get that in check this week, she seems to be handling it like an absolute trooper though!

Everything went smoothly. Just have a little bit of water around the root every other day or so. Gradually giving more as it grew and the soil dried out.
