Quick update just to upload some photos, but unfortunately I don't have many relevant news to report. Leaves are yellowing, but I can't understand if it's senescence or lack of nutrients. Since she's not gonna finish within the next 2 weeks, next week I'll add some nutrients in low dosage, which shouldn't be a problem since the runoff is more or less 250 PPMs. This week there are some videos too! 🎥 Day 136: 9L of tap water (PH 6.5). Runoff: PH 6.8, 256 PPMs. Day 139: 9L of tap water (PH 6.5). Runoff: PH 6.7, 245 PPMs.

----------- Week 5: ---------- Beginning of the 2nd week of flowering. I have noticed that the 3 biotabs that went into the ground last week, released just a little too much fertilizer in these early days of flowering. You can see that there is slight discoloration in her leaves. We go from the darker green to the lighter lime green, which indicates that she is getting just a little too much P. I fear this will probably continue for the next few weeks. Fortunately, she has a good start and basis and this will not have too many negative effects. Pushing her a little bit doesn't hurt either. Although I think I might consider using only 2 biotabs in 25l soil in the next round. First, let's wait and see how this evolves. Furthermore, of course nothing to complain. Nice further development of her budsites and she also has 2 main branches fighting for dominance. . Unwards to the second week of bloom. Until next week!

Got a couple more days until day 56 (week 8) but just wanted to add a few things from this week. The flush is coming along nicely and getting some really nice colors to come out, Really excited for the finish. Just uploaded the day 56 pictures, shes looking beautiful!

07/06/2025 - Day 98 Short Facts: - 86 cm tall - VPD @ 1.0 - Approx. 900 PPFD - Fungus gnats still there - Thrips seen ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Sorry for not updating the diary over the past few weeks. I had a medical emergency in the family, which caused quite a bit of chaos. There’s not much to report — her flowers are getting bigger and bigger. The smell is really special and intense! It looks like senescence is starting. She has lost some color in her leaves and is now turning more yellow. Just to be safe, I added a small amount of Epsom salt. And of course, there are still problems: The fungus gnats are still around, although there are far fewer than before. I’d say their numbers are down by about 80% compared to the peak, so at least some progress has been made. I’m still fighting them and have ordered more predatory mites. Unfortunately, I also noticed some leaves that didn’t look good, so I took a closer look. The result: I found thrips on both plants. It doesn’t look like a full-blown infestation yet, so I hope I can get it under control. The predatory mites should help, and I’ve also ordered some green lacewing larvae to support the fight and hopefully wipe them out. This whole situation is really frustrating. I recently had to deal with thrips on one of my biggest Alocasias, and I’ve been battling a persistent aphid infestation on my largest Dieffenbachia for weeks now. I’ve never had this many issues with pests before.

Very easy strain to get some large yields out of. Thanks to Sweet Seeds for the chance to grow some great unique strains!

06/27: the small buds dry up quickly with the current climate near my house.... So I was able to taste the famous apple fritter. And I'm glad I dont know when I grow another AF. because what I like is to taste the novelties

D50/FD22 - Right, water change day (Evening). Right and proper f**ked off with the light doing me over (See D49/FD21 Comment for that epic story!!!). Where stretch had stopped (I thought), plants are back in the lights AGAIN!!! Blaming the light giving a near 24hour session and some other broken sessions of light over the last 48 hours!!! So had to pull out the extraction as getting LED burn on leaves that are touching! Blowing through the Carbon Filter and can't really smell anything so that's not bad. Everything a wee bit noisier with the fan not being muffled in the tent but need the space and got around a foot. Not prefiltering the fan as I have the new Cloudline to go in for next grow. Hopefully they grow no more and its all thickening buds from here so as I have space for the UVB in there in a week or 2! Slight change in feed. Dropped the roots booster as Wilma can't take any more...its full!!! Dunno how I am still getting 50L of water in there!!! Added PK9/18 (At half strength). Should probs drop the calmag (Or Kind Base down a bit) to drop nitrogen but am still seeing some copper spots here and there that looks like wee calcium deficiencies (Not much, but its there) - I do have some BioBizz CalMag (Which is Nitrogen Free) but it leaves the tank stinking with precipitate and dirties the roots. Think this is the 1st grow I have had where all the stems staying green so plants generally healthy. Cherry Pie still not budding up as quickly or as thickly as the Red hot Cookies but looks like its maybe running only a couple of days behind in growth so no biggie. Few weeks left for it to catch up and surprise me at the end! 😁 Now just to make sure I see no signs of re-veg...as per the D49/FD21 comment, I'll be scowling at GeekLight this week. Digital Timer in there now to ensure no bleed through - power gets hard cut like old times. Unfortunately though, when the light comes on via power-on (and not app timer mode), UV & IR comes on too so have a timer set to stop it after 1 min (Its about all the app being used for now!!! Apart from turning on my IV at midnight for 4 hours - which is, I have just seen, still working). Think that's all the s**te I have to talk for now! Happy Growing all!!! 💪

Amazing plant to grow, very easy! The smell is strong, really strong and the buds are super fluffy, fat and sticky...love love love!!! Now I just have to dry and cure! Thumbs up for fast buds genetics and Hesi nutrients

Hey Growers, end of week 6 from seed, end of week 1 of flower :) Plant #1 is looking healthy and has grown tremendously. I previously had them in a 24x24x48 grow tent but after seeing how much plant#1 was growing I went ahead and purchased a bigger tent 36x36x72. Light is about 17 inches away from the plants right now. Might have to do some LST so the top leaves don't receive too much light. P1 is filling up with pistils, looks like buds will soon begin to form :) I have not been able to figure out Plant#2 gender. It has different charateristics from plant#1. Earlier in the week I noticed P2 was not growing in height and the leaves were starting to look pale. Light is currently set to medium low 140 Lux X100. I reduced it to 100 Lux and after a few days it began growing again and its gaining back its color. P2 has given me minor problems since day 1 but its looking better now. Changed light cycle 12hrs / 12hrs I had issues trying to maintain humidity levels at 45%-55%, I might need to purchase a stronger dehumidifer cloned two plants and they are beginning to grow :) Its been an exciting experience so far, everyday learning something new about these plants. I sometimes stand and just stare at my grow tent analyzing little details about them trying make sure they are in healthy condition. My wife complains because I spend too much time with them lol. I know once these plants get more mature she will show more interest in them. Going to update a smoke report after drying. Going to do a 3 stage sampling on the cure to find the best time. Small bowl with no cure, small bowl after 1 week cure. If needed, one more test on the 2nd week of curing. Got smaller buds on this one but that is ok. Moreso excited on profile. Going to update the yield tonight

They’re growing well. Some lower leaves fade so I just pluck them off. The buds are all maturing at this point. Cannacheese is the largest lady and she drinks 2 L of water every other day, it’s almost hard to keep up with her. All the others are forming nice healthy buds. Pink kush is turning out to be the smallest of the bunch but her color is so nice! Her buds are still a little smaller than what I’m used to but I’m not surprised tbh I knew she’d likely be a smaller yield. Can’t wait to harvest!!

Coming in a day early and all is well in the tent. She grows roughly a node every two to three days. I literally watch her grow it’s crazy! I defoliated just a little bit and her smell is getting stronger, no pistils yet which means she’s gonna be huge “hopefully”. This is day 36 and I’m expecting to see some pistils by day 45. I won’t change up her nute schedule until I start seeing some pre-flowering only then I will cut back on the Gro and implement some KoolBloom alone with upping the Bloom. I’m excited to see this next week brings!
