This is the last week 💀 There are less pictures than usual but nothing special happened except the yellowing of the plants due to the nutrients cut. Wait for the "Harvest" week for the final photo shoot 😎

Harvest: Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup. I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil. 08/27: I removed the humidity domes and moved then to the tent earlier this week. Usually when i do this I expect a day for them to look rough and have to recover to the change in their environment. These however took like 3 days to bounce back. And there are clear sings of their struggle in the leaves. Hopefully this is not an indication of them being weak in their resistance. Looking forward to seeing how they do this week now that they have recovered and started to grow new foliage.

grow room adjustments this week. plants are now more spread out under a total of 5 600w HPS lights. 3 fastbuds plants have an additional 45w LED light. by week 3/4 they will occupy my whole grow space and an additional 3 600w HPS lights will be added. Plants are looking healthy and 10 or so have been topped for the first time on day 8. dinafem cookies are looking very good in structure. will upload pics every day until harvest! thanks for looking. I am running a hybrid philosophy when it comes to Medium and feeding. 70/30 Coco/perlite with the following added in for a "living coco" environment: worm castings, bat guano, kelp meal, alfalfa meal, mycorrizhae, and then I'm giving keyword LOWDOSE GENERAL HYDROPONICS FloraGro,FloraMicro,FloraBloom to supplement any nutrients the amended coco can't or isn't providing. Anyone with experience with this?

These ladies are developing very nicely, the left and middle one already started to bulk heavily over the course of the last week, while the one that got wind stress is trailing a little behind and will probably take a little longer. For the other two I would guesstimate that I can start flushing by the end of the week. The trichomes on the two are completely milky, however with no signal of amber yet

Hello Diary. It ended the third week of flowering on my little Farm. Lots of changes to Mimosa #2, but before that a few words for Mimosa #1. It has reached 110 cm which is a couple of cm more than last week which means it will no longer grow in height. The plant has a nice shape, I cleaned the lower branches earlier so there is good air flow through the plant. This is helped by two fans that blow constantly. What I noticed is that the flowers are kind of weird-small. It’s as if they’ve shrunk, even though they’re full of trichomes and stick to your fingers, they look a lot different from Mimosa #2. They didn't shed any hair at all. I will see how it develops further. Otherwise the plant looks healthy, the leaves are dark green and it looks beautiful. Mimosa # 2 has grown to 117 cm which makes it currently the tallest on the Farm, and it was a few days late and was the smallest for the first 4 weeks. As it grew abruptly, the lower part of the plant was again blocked with branches and leaves, so I removed the lower branches again. The other three are bending clips that move the lower branches away from the stalk to receive as much light as possible. The flowers filled in nicely and began to spread the scent. I hope she also stopped growing because she exceeded the height that is ideal for the height of my grow box. I water the plants every two days, they drink really a lot of water. This week I added Bio Grow, Bio Bloom and Alg-a-Mic from BioBizz to one watering. The temperature is around 29 degrees, during the day it even rises a little above 30 degrees, but so it is in summer, I hope it will not cause stress to the plants. Here’s what it looked like last week. 20/06/2021 - Day 36. Watering. I added 1ml / lit CalMg to 8 liters of water, I lowered the p.H. at 6.5 and with that amount evenly watered all three plants. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 28 degrees and 47% humidity. 24/06/2021 - Day 40. Watering. I added Bio Grow 1.5 ml / lit, Bio Bloom 1 ml / lit and Alg-a-Mic 1ml / lit. p.H. I dropped to 6.4. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 31 degrees and 52% humidity. 26/06/2021 - Day 42. Watering and photography. p.H. I dropped to 6.5. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 28 degrees and 45% humidity. Forgot to take pics when I cut her down, so I took her out of the drying space for a few pictures. Haven’t tried the smoke yet but she’s so frosty!! Can already tell it’s going to be fantastic!

Moving forward, blooming nice, this second gen is taking form and gaining weight. A few weeks and we will have a nice harvest. Tent is nicely populated and filled. Once i have setup the “semi scrog” it has conformed to it in a couple of days and did a massive difference. It really opens the canopy and create a huge surface to take advantage from the light as opposed to letting it go naturally. I’m defining the technique as semi scrog because i did not setup the net in a traditional early way knitting in veg... It was done later.
