Day 40: I returned from a weekend, finding now (luckily) much slower height but an impressive bud growth. Nothing special to report except for I lowered lady #2’s lights a bit. She is now some visible cms behind her sister (who has 83 cm), and maybe that helps to compensate her (still very nice) growth. Gave them another round of fertilised water, still with some HPE, during day 40. I could see in timelapse video they immediately gained fuller leaf positions and some progress. But sadly, as it’s quite warm here, main blower kicked in often, ruining the video to be much too shaky to show. Day 42: Nothing special again. Slow height gain (84 cm), steady bud growth. Day 43: I noticed the lowest leaves getting a bit pale. While this is perfectly ok on one hand – not much light to collect there anyway –, I think I will increase fertiliser portion a bit next time they are thirsty. At the end 85 cm in tallest main bud. Day 44 concludes this week. Not much to report except for what was already said. Slow but steady growth, a tiny bit of yellowing on the very lowest leaves and thirst about 1 l/day. This week was very hot, but the last day brought some cooling. Would be nice to have a timelapse video again that does not look like camera Raspi had Parkinson’s (when main blower is active).

DAY 28 : Hi all , hope your past week has been a positive one with lots of love and affection. I am at the point now where flowering should be starting to show throughout the plants usually. Their are many tiny white pistil hairs showing their female genetics across the bracts of them all now so it looks like flowering has begun !!!! The FC3000 has really given them plenty of light on their perfect spectrum to develop those nice fat fan leaves and now will no doubt take them through a great flowering period. It doesnt produce much heat at all and you can touch it for a while and still not feel too much heat. Ideal for stealthy gardens.. The Tip Spreading has been continued up to this point and it is clear to see how it works on keeping the heights down. By using additional l.s.t that wont slow growth down like the leaf tucking and threading the growing tips above the larger fan leaves that are still being used like solar factories producing copious amounts of food for the developing growth tips. The stems on the majority are nice and thick from the close stacking of the nodes and their is very little popcorn to remove from lower down. I will be keeping them all as open as I can now that we are going into the stretch periods pre flower. The potential is there now to create very chunky bud stacks but I think the Strawberry Pie have ideas of bursting out more . ! They are certainly all a lot more happy than the bonsai Mexican that has emerged in #1. Still very short and half the size ( or less!) than her sister in the next bed. She looks happy and healthy now but her initial shock at the soils make up had a negative impact very early on. Overall it has been a good week for their tip spreading l.s.t and setting them up for flowering and I hope that our next update will be the bud porn early stages. Be well and prosperous growmies

The girls are stretching nicely and looking healthy as can be. I added the second trellis for extra support when the buds will be ripening in late flower. There’s already some early ice, on the fan leaves too, so that’s a good start! Some pheno’s seem a little quicker with creating flowers, but since these are f1 seeds it’s not so crazy that there’s some difference. It looks like I’ve got either 3 or 4 quite different pheno’s, which is exiting. I’ll do a big defolation on day 21 of 12/12 so you’ll see that in the next weekly update 👌🏻

Topped both plants 2 days ago & just watered when dry

⭐ TrolMaster tracking ⭐ I started to track my crop during week 15, when I got the Tent-X TCS-1 by TrolMaster. First impression was: this is too professional for me, I can't handle setting it up and using it well. Then I started reading some posts on Instagram, I visited their site and in 5 minutes my cultivation experience took a huge step forward with disarming simplicity, I couldn't believe it. I have uploaded tracking videos from the TrolMaster app for each week from the 15th to the 19th, as well as the two weeks of drying stage. ⭐ Controller Chronicles ⭐ Day after day I appreciated the clarity and precision for data, access to all settings and instant readings by connecting a WIFI router to the controller's LAN port. I loved the possibility to dim my lamps remotely, or even automatically based on the temperature in the box! 🌱 GERMINATION (2 days) Seeds in a glass of EC 0.4 tap water for 10 hours, then in root riots and under the lamp. They sprouted after 48 hours from dry seed. 🌿 GROWING STAGE (10 weeks and half) I decided to give these plants a long vegetative growth and this allowed me to do a lot of training on both. Starting from the 4th veg week I started with defoliation sessions every two weeks, for a total of four during the entire vegetative phase. The last defoliation was done a couple of days before the switch, in order to allow the lower parts of the plant to get as much light as possible. Furthermore I did Topping on week 6, cutting the apical branch, then on week 8 I did Topping again on several sites, as well as SuperCropping on the highest branches to make the canopy uniform. The light cycle I used is 18/6 and the last two veg weeks I lowered the light hours to 16/8 first and 14/10 then. During the veg stage I made 4 DWC change, PH was always between 5.5 and 6, about EC I started with 0.6 and was 1.4 on the last veg week. 🌸 FLOWERING STAGE (9 weeks) I started this phase after 36 hours of darkness, I then changed the DWCs solution (adding a flowering stimulator). Then I mounted the ScrOG-net about 50 cm from the base of the plants and I wove the phenotype #1 through the net occupying at least 60% of the available space; the phenotype #2 stretched shortly after the switch and I used the net only to widen the central branches. They showed the pre-flowers two weeks after the switch, then I made two defoliations on week 3 and 5 flo. During the last four weeks of flowering (weeks 6-9) I simply paid attention to the PH-EC levels to provide the roots with optimal conditions. I then kept the TEMP-RH-VPD-PPFD values ​​under control and this also thanks to the Tent-X controller by TrolMaster which allows me to provide optimal conditions also above. I chopped them when trichomes were about 85% milky and 15% amber. During the flowering stage PH was always between 5.8 and 6.2, about EC I started with 2 and was 2.3 on the last week before flush. ✅ HARVEST - From dry seed to harvest: 140 days (2 days germination + 75 days veg + 63 days flo). - Chopped after 4 days flush and 48 hours in dark; - Wet trim, removed fan leaves. ✅ DRYING STAGE - Time: 14 days; - Average: 20° C - 50% RH. - After that I made a dry trim, removed branches and sugar leaves. ⚖️ DRY WEIGHT - Phenotype #1: 230 gr buds + 25 gr larf; - Phenotype #2: 105 gr buds + 50 gr larf. So, the overall dry weight is: 335 gr buds + 75 gr larf. ✅ CURING STAGE - Curing is done after 30 days with Boveda 62%.

Girls are doing well with the LST. Kosher cake was topped last week and now has what looks like 8 heads. 3rd of June have given the girls living soil veg.

I have spent the week bending and tightening all the bondage straps to maintain the even canopy I'm after and allow for maximum footprint. I expect during this week she will get a net slung over her as I am running out of pot circumference to keep using ties. I need to work it all outwards now . She got a spray of boom boom spray this week after the heaviest HST session. It's a Foliar biostimulant that helps the plant recover from stress.. mixed 100ml to 0.5ml of boom spray and applied at lights on Still feeding just plain untreated tap water. About 1l a day ATM. Lights are at 60% and environmental figures are spot on. This is a super healthy plant . I am very very impressed with biotabs as a product. So easy ..

On day 1 the rez is at 6.2. The highest cola is 8.5" from the light. On day 2 the rez is at 6.2. The highest cola is 7.75" from the light. On day 3 the rez is at 6.1. The highest cola is 7.5" from the light. On day 4 the rez is at 6.3. The highest cola is 7.125" from the light. On day 5 the plants are smelling and doing well. On day 6 I changed out the rez and PH to 6.1. The highest cola is 7" from grow light stretch is deff slowing down and should be over shortly. My avg PPFD at canopy is around 800. On day 7 the rez ph is 6.0. The highest cola is still 7" away from light 😅 close but not too close in my small space.

This week I only watered the plants as needed due to planting them in the Fox Farm Ocean Forest soil. From what I've been told and read I don't believe I "need" to feed them for at least 3-4 weeks but I will watch them closely. Some explosive growth this week! I'm super excited to see 2 of them take off. The third is quite a fighter! I won't give up on her if she won't quit! I'm already having to rethink how I will dry the first 2 plants as the third one will be at least a week, if not 2, behind... I think! I'd love to hear from those who have had an autoflower go through a hard first 3 weeks of sprouting! Pistals are browning, trics are mostly cloudy with very little amber yet (60x microscope). Leaves are still green, but fading to lighter colour now. A tiny bit more frosting is happening BLOODY Skunk! She still smells of cat piss urine and hasnt been fed anything but Flawless Finish for over a week. I suppose the amount of greenery leaf she had is keeping her fed all this time. The buds are pretty large but considering I used the entire lineup of Advanced Nutrients PH perfect and added in Terpinator, had her under 375watts of intense Vero29 COB lights and 250W of Mars Hydro epistar LEDs... I just do not understand why more frosting didnt happen. Next week will be the kill update and we will see how much WET weight she has. Total days above ground: 70 Total flower nights: 31 Vege growth stopped around FD25. Started feeding 1/2 strength fertilizer FD26 (last 6 irrigations including today). Excellent development across the canopy. Tried to get some pictures showing how the colas are stacking up along with a couple shots of terminal buds. Included some photos and videos of irrigation setup, drainage and other half of the tent setup that is not often visible in weekly updates. Also, a video showing the canopy with some grateful dead background music. Last week including progression pictures as they are full size. Well, I still don't like the structure, but this plant has really turned on the jets in mid flower. More bud sites than I expected but because I had to HST it, It is crowding AM3 and probably not helping the runt of the litter by doing so, lol. The smell on this plant is a mix of fuel and a hint of mint at one time, but the gas smell is overtaking it at this stage. The aroma is a big reason why i'll use it as a pollen-donator and hope that the lanky trait gets toned down with hybridization. My bets fem-seed outcome was two lanky plants and that most certainly got toned down in the offspring. I think it's related to too much inbreeding because of the much better structure found in the F1 offspring. Smell is starting to ratchet up. Bud sites are mostly formed at this point and we will see some noticable ripening by next week's update. Might see a hint of fattening calyxes in the bud pictures this week. 2026-2 starts in 8 days. Will have some Blue Cookies and Pineapple Express from MSNL running along side some Vanilla Creme Pie from HSC. Can't believe winter-2 is already starting. Time is flying by. Breeding cycle is doing well. Will update that when the pollen-receivers join the pollen-donator on a 12/12 light schedule. Side note -- looks like I avoided any issues from accidentally leaving port hole opened about 8 or 9 days ago. I have it marked in notes and will feel 100% confident 2-weeks out from the incident. So far, so good. The lung room is mostly dark and light would have to travel a difficult path to get in the tent, but still mildly concerned about it.
