Beautiful progress with this girl. Can't really tell from pics, but some of her fan leaves are turning a purple tint, like her sugar leaves. Been feeding max strength compost tea with every watering, and she really enjoys it so far. Also, a little update on the clones I plucked from her a few weeks back. 6 of them successfully rooted, and now I'm hardening them off in the veg tent. 1 is already progressing onto vegetative growth. So her legacy continues :) Update 01/27/22: Her lower leaves are beginning to yellow and i see a nice mauve color spreading onto the fan leaves. I don't believe the leaves yellowing are a result of a deficiency or anything bad. She drinks at a fast rate, prays upwards first thing in the morning, and continues to stack her buds at a solid pace. And shes getting plenty of phosphorous, potassium and a bit of nitrogen as well. Shes getting fed blackstrap molasses with every feeding, which has a lot of calcium and magnesium. So after considering all of that, I think she'll just chug right along. As it's more likely just how this strain is. I remember my first run having a rather light-toned leaf coloration. Anyways, im starting to get a slight whiff of that infamous "purps" smell when I open the tent. It'll be hard to keep my head out of the tent come week 5, because I remember this strain being such a beauty. And I think I'm doing a better job with this run than my first. So I'm super stoked for the weeks to come. Cheers everyone 👍🏾

April 19, 2024 Day 64 A new week and nothing to change. I took each plant out and separately took pics. But that's it. Banana Purple Punch A has a final height of 23". She is 24" from the light and the DLI is 43 mol/m²/d. She is the bigger of the two but has more space and less bud. The buds are still really nice and covered in trichomes. I'll get a couple pictures in when I remember to. Banana Purple Punch B has a final height of 21". She is 23" from the light due to the risers. The DLI is 44 mol/m²/d. She's the smaller, but has way more bud and it appears the size isn't going to matter with this one. I can't really tell for sure what the yield will be for them, but if they bulk up enough, I may get 4 oz out of each plant. Maybe 5 depending on the bud density. No watering today. They will be needing water tomorrow though. I may pull back on the Overdrive. I'm getting some burning tips. I'm guessing it's the dose of Overdrive. I'll drop it down to 4 ml instead of the 8 ml it's currently at. Same thing with the Bud Candy. I just don't think they need the full dose. Especially when everything else is getting a half dose. The light is obviously staying the same this week. Probably for the next 2 weeks. Unless they start to finish up super quick. So maybe another 3 to 4 weeks left on the plants total. The environment is a bit off today. The temp is kind of high at 78° and the humidity is also kind of high at 56%. I'd much rather everything be down. 75° and 50% is good for now. Still don't know how I'm going to get the humidity down to 45%. I may have to work with 50% for the rest of the grow. Grow System Environment: Temp: 74.2° RH: 53.3% VPD: 1.31 kPa April 20, 2024! Happy 420! Well, today was watering day. I decided not to add the Overdrive today. It should help with the nutrient burn. Next watering I'll start the 4 ml dose. I also dropped the Bud Candy down to 4 ml also to help with the nutrient burn. Banana Purple Punch A looks great! Her buds are super fat. I can't wait to see the end result for this lady. Great leaf to bud ratio and beautiful colors. Banana Purple Punch B is getting super fat buds. Not as big as Banana Purple Punch A, but still swelling. I'm also fairly certain that, Banana Purple Punch A started flowering earlier, so her buds are naturally further along and of course are bigger. However, Banana Purple Punch B has more bud throughout the plant. When the buds really start to swell, I may not see branch anymore. Lol. That would be fantastic. The lighting didn't change yet again. The environment is back to normal today. The temps are gradually climbing up from last night's 68° with the humidity staying happily at 51%. As I said, it would fix itself. Happy days! Now it's at 74° and should be back up to 76° in a couple of hours. Grow System Environment: Temp: 73.4° RH: 52.3% VPD: 1.30 kPa April 21, 2024 Nothing going on today with these two. I'll be taking Trichomes pics in a few days. Maybe starting next week. I was planning on starting this week, and there are tons of trichomes, but not enough to be impressive. Banana Purple Punch A has super fat buds and looks great! She is a tiny bit crushed against Banana Purple Punch B and it's pressing the leaves inward. No big deal, but I need to document something. Banana Purple Punch B doesn't have the fastest buds like her sister plant, but they are still fat and compact. Hopefully they bulk up like Banana Purple Punch A. Her leaves are also being forced in from the contact with Banana Purple Punch A. Lighting is the same. The environment finally fixed itself and is now at 75° and 49% humidity. Looking great! Grow System Environment: Temp: 73.4° RH: 49.7% VPD: 1.39 kPa April 22, 2024 Nothing going on today. I filled the jugs with the nutrients and they are standing by. Both reservoirs are still about a quarter full. So watering will be waiting for either first thing tomorrow or later today. The advantage is I don't have to water just in the morning. I can water anytime, so when the reservoir is near empty, I can refill it. Hell, I could do that later tonight. But I don't think I will unless necessary. I don't like to pull the plants out more than once a day, just Incase they get stressed or damaged somehow. But I take them out for inspection and solo pics. Banana Purple Punch A is getting heavy buds now. The branches are starting to sway in that way now. She looks great! Banana Purple Punch B is also looking great! She had a couple leaves snipped off today. Just a couple though. 2 leaves that were being crushed. Other than that, her structure is still great and her buds are coming along nicely. I may be expecting this to finish up in the next 2 to 3 weeks. As always, the lighting has stayed in place. Another week and we shall see if I'm dropping the intensity down. We will see what the plants are doing. The environment is doing quite nicely. A good 75° today with the humidity at 50%. I couldn't ask for any better with this setup. It has been dipping down to 48%, so that's a good sign. The night temp and humidity are still looking pretty good. Steady humidity at 50% and the temp average for last night was still 68°. I'd like to see the average at around 66° for the rest of the run, but I'm still having trouble getting the temp that low. It did drop down to 65° for a bit last night, but through the night, the temp needs time to drop and I only get about an hour or so of cold. I'm planning on cooling my room off earlier in the evening, so when the lights go out, we are down to maybe 72° and will drop even lower for a longer period of time. I'll start that next week I think. Grow System Environment: Temp: 73.8° RH: 49.2% VPD: 1.41 kPa April 23, 2024 Not a lot going on today. Just watering and inspection. Both plants got the full watering and half the dose of Overdrive and half the dose of Bud Candy. Banana Purple Punch A has great fat buds, but spaced out quite a bit. She still looks super good though. Beautiful greens and good sized fan leaves. Banana Purple Punch B is the best of the two by far. She has the most bud and the cleanest structure. Leaf to bud ratio is right on point if not a little high. But no big deal. I'll be doing a wet trim anyway, so it won't matter too much. In the mean time, I'll just leave her alone. Just watering and observation. Both ladies have a wonderful aroma. Strong and sweet. A little hint of gas as well. It's a sharp smell, the best way I can explain it. It's not super heady like diesel, but sharp like petrol. I'd like to discuss the time frame these ladies have left. By the way they look, id say another 2 to 3 weeks. Maybe less. They have tons of pistils and only a couple have turned orange. So they're still going strong. The lighting is still spot on for these two. Depending on how they look next week, I may leave it or drop the power down. We shall see. The environment is looking good today. Currently 8 have it at 78°, but that will go down to 75° in an hour. I had to kickstart my heater and bring the temp up as quick as I could. Now I just have to adjust it down to 75° simple. Also, I discovered that my dehumidifier was off. Oops. Anyway, I turned that back on and the humidity is hanging just below 50% now. The VPD is around 1.60 kPa. Should be fine for the next few hours. Honestly, I'm pretty sure the VPD should be around 1.60 kPa anyway. But that's with the temp at 75° and the humidity at 45%. Currently it's fine, but with the dehumidifier back on, I should be able to lower the temp a bit and really drop the humidity. Hopefully. Grow System Environment: Temp: 73.7° RH: 49.0% VPD: 1.42 kPa Nothing going on today. Just observation. What I'm observing is tons of trichomes. Frosty tops and leaves. Frost everywhere. I'll start with the trichome pics next week. Then we should have tons of good pics. Now if I can keep my hand steady... That's the trick. Banana Purple Punch A looks great as always. Her buds are getting fatter everyday. No orange pistils yet. Well, not an abundance of them. Just a few scattered here and there. You can tell she's got another 2 weeks left. But that's a good thing. Big ole fat buds. Lots of frost and tons of smell. Banana Purple Punch B looks majestic. Her buds are coated on trichomes and she's almost at the place where I can really call her frosty. Not quite yet though. I want a full blanket of frost. Very close. And with her structure, she looks all the better. I'm not expecting to move the light for at least another week or so, and even then I may only drop the power down to 80%. I just don't quite know yet. The environment is a bit off today. The temp is fine at 75°, but it's the humidity that is a bit high today. It's holding at 52%. Nothing crazy, but definitely not below 50%. Grow System Environment: Temp: 74.6° RH: 50.9% VPD: 1.41 kPa April 25, 2024 Today is the end of week 9 and moving into late flower. Things will be changing starting next week. Lots to document. Nothing to do today. Both reservoirs are still too full to refill, so that won't be happening until later today or early tomorrow. There honestly isn't much to report at all. Everything looks the same as yesterday. The buds are bigger, but that's about it. Same thing with the lighting. Nothing to change. The environment is actually really nice. I have the heat in my room cranked for now. I've been keeping the tent around 76°. The humidity has been happy at 50%. I also managed to get the temp down to 62° last night. Not for long though. It was too cold on my room for that. Lol. The average for the night was 65°. Right where I want it. Now to figure out how to keep it at 65° without slamming it all the way down to 62°. The humidity was also nice and low at 48%. Excellent night temp. Let's hope I can keep it up. Grow System Environment: Temp: 74.1° RH: 49.3% VPD: 1.43 kPa Quick update: I totally forgot to make the end of week video, so I made one today, May 1, 2024. I only did so because I'm switching to solo plant videos for the rest of the grow. Sorry for the confusion.

This week has gone well. 6 plants in such a small space is playing havoc with the humidity but I feel I'm just about on it enough not to cause any rot. The Caramelicious is just plain awesome so far, bending the main cola 90 degrees hasn't effected her at all. She has a couple of issues but she is my favourite so far. I normally give a 90 day slot for each grow, but this one may finish a bit earlier with how rapid its developing. Notes. Extractor settings. **Party time—**all three seeds have sprouted! I’m gently watering the plants, and it turns out that the ring formed by the mulch works perfectly as a visual guide for where not to water. This helps me avoid flooding the still-fragile seedlings. Again, I’m not sure if it’s necessary, but that’s how I’m rolling for now. Now let’s get down to the stats. I’ve done a fair share of theory, and I’m aiming for an ideal VPD. For the early vegetative phase, I’m targeting a VPD of 0.5 kPa. That translates to around 85% relative humidity at about 28°C. For light intensity I am aiming for 200 to 300 PPFD. Watering is every other day to keep the soil moist and prevent it from turning hydrophobic.

Showing signs of flower. Checking for stress seeds or hermie plants every time I water. So far so good though. Feeding schedule seems to be working great. I'm gonna really hit em hard with the florabloom next week.

Hey! Just back well They are getting better and better soon need to start to flower them. Fertilization happens 3x a week with the mixture of Biobizz family (Biobloom, Topmax, BioGrow, Epsom salt, Gunokalong extract.) They grow as hell. 600W LED, 18 hours on 6 hours off, 200 ml water per plant a day, humidity approx 35 percent. Day 53: They are bushy keep doing LST on them. Day 56: I constantly do LST for them and also some lollipopping so I removed the bottom unwanted leaves especially the yellow ones. From tomorrow I provide darkness for 2 days and then Monday the beggining of the 9th week I will switch to 12/12.

At the beginning of week 4 of bloom the blackberry feminised is doing well. The hasn’t been much of a stretch as she has gained 8cm in hight in the last 2 weeks. Her leaves are stable and she is conspicuously showing signs of bloom. The white stigmas are filling up the internodes.

Grow Journal – Week 4 Week 4 of veg. After last week’s transplant, the plant is showing its first signs of recovery: a new set of leaves is forming, which suggests it has likely adapted well to its new substrate. I had kept the dome closed until now, but slightly opened it to lower humidity, and the plant seems to be responding well to the change. Inside the grow box, humidity stays between 50 and 55%, with temperatures ranging from 25 to 30 degrees Celsius. Higher peaks are expected next week, which may make it harder to keep the climate stable, already a bit inconsistent at the moment. For feeding, I’m continuing with the Athena line. Current doses are: • Athena Grow A: 1.5 ml/L • Athena Grow B: 1.5 ml/L • Athena CalMag: 1.2 ml/L • Athena Cleanse: 1 ml/L EC is holding at around 1.3–1.4, with a target pH between 5.8 and 6. I’ve noticed a few pH drops this week, possibly due to working with small 5 L volumes. The main highlight for this week is the visible vegetative growth recovery, an encouraging sign for what’s ahead. The goal now is to keep monitoring closely, especially with the upcoming temperature fluctuations, to keep the plant in the best possible conditions.

started flush on nemo on left, probably getting chopped in next week to 10 days, V still has a few more weeks to finish, after harvesting tops of nemo, I'll reweave V all around the tent to get more airflow, better light usage, and allow them to fill in and finish up. watching trichomes on Nemo, feed is just RO water with 20 ml of finish all the way til shes ready to get cut down. going to add a few ice cubes to outter edges of pot to slow trickle and cool the feed to bring out some blue, purple and silvers in fade

Grow log entries are usually posted 3 weeks later and are for my learning reference. ««| Introduction - Week 17 Summary - Ensign's log, stardate 17553.9, Another incredible week in the garden! First week of flower and already my best grow cycle yet! Wow these girls can stretch! Did not expect the canopy to double in size! By the end of the week, had to super-crop the top growth. Buds are also starting to swell up and everything looks really healthy. Ca-Caw! Let’s go ladies! Decided to reset the veg garden. All mother plants were cycled out and pots were reset and re-amended. Transplanted the Heady OG and TKO clones which are looking healthy and vegging along beautifully! Also transplanted the spare Heady OG clones. Still need to transplant the original mother clones into solo cups. Still have lots to do! Onwards to next week Ensign! Looking beautiful my girls! --- Wow the netting is full and healthy! --- Both Heady OG and TKO are perky and soaring upwards with more vertical growth! --- Still waiting for the stretch to stop before I try to defoliate. --- Keep on growing ladies! - [+00:39]: Checked the Ecowitt soil moisture sensor data: ------------------ [ 4x4 MAIN TENT ] --------------- ------ 45% - [CH01 FT » G30 - Heady OG BX1 #1] ------ 48% - [CH02 FB » G30 - Heady OG BX1 #1] ------ 27% - [CH03 BT » G20 - TKO] ------ 49% - [CH04 BB » G20 - TKO] ------------------ [ 3x3 VEG TENT ] ---------------- ------ 40% - [CH05 BL » GR7 - Garlic Budder OG#1] ------ 41% - [CH06 BR » GR7 - Garlic Budder OG#2] ------ 40% - [CH07 FL » GR7 - Gorilla Goat #1] ------ 40% - [CH08 FR » GR7 - Gorilla Goat #2] --------- Veg: 38% - 45% | Flower: 45% - 55% --------- General: 30% [Dry] «| 45 - 60% [Moist] |» 70% [Wet] --- Swapping out the soil sensor really seems to have affected the moisture levels for TKO, but going to leave everything as is for now. --- Anyways! - [+00:43]: Checked the 3x3 veg tent. --- Mother tent is looking great! --- Veg growth is recovering and looking good! --- The extra mother cuttings could be healthier, but not bad for just RO water. --- Both the Heady OG and TKO clones need to be watered! - [+00:47]: Here are the starting initial watering ranges: ------ Heady OG BX1 » 261.4g → 301.2g ------ TKO » 240.9g → 301.4g --------- General Solo Range: [Dry] «| [Initial Cup Weight] + ~55-100g |» [Wet] --- All cups were last watered 3 days ago. --- Took the starting weight of both clones before watering, ------ Heady OG BX1 weighed 245.9g ------ TKO weighed 231.4g --- While on a scale, --- Gently misted the straw mulch of both cups with RO water. --- Focused on the straw and sprayed as evenly as possible. --- Misted 10-20 sprays. Waited a moment, then misted again. --- Made sure to reference the watering weights. --- Repeated this process for both cups. --- There was no runoff. - [+01:11]: Took the saturated weight of both clones after watering, ------ Heady OG BX1 » 360.7g ------ TKO » 365.1g --- Marked the final wet weight on the back of each cup. Also marked the watering date on the front. --- Placed both phenos back into the tent. --- Plan to transplant both tomorrow! - [+01:16]: Quickly checked on the propagation dome. --- Looking great and all cuttings are looking green! --- Both Heady OG clones are slightly starting to yellow (can also see a root on the one on the left). Will do a proper root check tomorrow. - [+01:19]: Checked the humidifiers. --- Tanks are still full and no leaks found. Day 04 - Thursday - 08/14/25 - Total Days: 123 ----------------------------------- Daily Averages ~[+01:00] - Temps: 83.3°F [28.5°C] - Humidity: 84.3% - VPD: 0.63 kPa - Soil %: [49, 48, 31, 52, 40, 39, 43, 40] ----------------------------------- - [+09:47]: Quick morning check on the 4x4 tent. --- Looking great in the veg garden! --- Both Heady OG and TKO clones are looking healthy and more than ready for a transplant. --- Mothers are recovering, but have decided to cull and cycle the tent out. --- The veg tent is getting cluttered. --- Since lights are about to turn off, going to wait until the next day cycle (in ~6 hours) before cycling out the mother plants. - [16:44]: Okay! Time to start the mother cycling process. --- After the culling, will also top dress each pot. - [16:59]: Took the floor rack, floor fan, clones, and cutting out of the tent. --- Will transplant both Heady OG and TKO clones before watering. - [16:01]: Using a basic hacksaw, --- Cut the base of each mother and mulched the entire plant. - [17:21]: Done! --- Mulched all mother plants into a paper bag. - [17:34]: Time to top dress the first pot! --- Starting with the front right pot, --- Disconnected the auto watering system. --- Took the pot out of the tent and placed it on the floor. - [17:59]: Removed the rootball. --- Temporarily removed the soil sensor and swapped the AA battery with a new one. --- Also temporarily removed the straw mulch. --- Tilled and removed the larger roots as well. These will be added back later as part of the mulch. --- Continued until the top 5-6 inches of top soil was loose and soft. --- The soil moisture felt great and smelled earthy with no foul odors. --- Also glad to find worms in all pots! - [18:03]: Time for the soil amendments! --- Top dressed: ------ 1/4 cup of Kashi Blend ------ 1/2 cup of Craft Blend ------ 2 cups of BuildASoil Worm Castings --- Sprinkled each amendment evenly. --- Using my fingers, gently tilled the amendments into the top few inches of soil. --- Also dug and loosened the center area. Made sure the area was deep enough for a solo cup and had some of the top dressing mixed in. --- Dug a hole and placed a solo cup into the center of the pot. --- Made sure the sides of the cup were tucked in and each cup has drainage holes. - [18:24]: Placed the larger roots as mulch. Spread the roots evenly. --- Placed the original straw mulch on top. - [18:33]: Placed the Ecowitt soil sensor back into the pot. --- Also re-connected the drip-ring rig. --- Set the pot aside for later. - [19:36]: Repeated this process for each pot. --- Alright all pots have been reset! --- Time for a bit of cleanup! - [19:53]: Cleaned the tent floor. --- First sweeped and removed the larger leaf debris. --- Then sprayed the floor with distilled water and let it soak for a bit before wiping with paper towels. - [22:48]: Placed all pots into the tent and connected the drip-rings to the auto-watering system. --- Also placed the floor fan back. --- Ca-Caw! Time to transplant both Heady OG (BX1 #1) and TKO into the (7-gallon) pots! --- Let's go! - [22:59]: Gently removed the left two solo cups from the fabric pots leaving perfect holes. ------ Sprinkled 1/4tsp of Great White into each hole, --- Dusted the sides of the hole. --- Also sprinkled a bit around the top soil. --- Great! Time to transplant! --- Going to start with TKO since she is going to be in the back left quadrant. --- It’s been a day since her last watering. --- To loosen the rootball from the cup, I gently squeezed the sides before pressing the bottom upwards. --- Vulcan-gripped the base of the plant and flipped her upside down. - [23:09]: TKO easily dropped straight out of her cup! --- Nice! Roots look healthy and white! --- Did not break up the rootball. - [23:15]: Gently placed her into the pre-inoculated hole (back left quadrant). --- Pressed and evened out the top soil. - [23:22]: Repeated this process for Heady OG (front left quadrant). --- Looking great my ladies! --- Okay! Time to water the new mothers and re-amended pots! --- Since most of the time these girls will be receiving straight RO water, going to water in a diversity of microbes to start off the initial breakdown process. - [23:57]: Filled a pitcher with 8 cups of RO water, ------ Added 1/16tsp of Quillaja Saponaria Extract ------ Added 1/16tsp of Beauveria Bassiana Plus ------ Added 1/8tsp of Recharge ------ Added 1/4tsp of Horticultural Aloe ------ Added 1/4tsp of Horticultural Coconut ------ Added 1/2tsp of Mycrobe Complete ------ Added 1/2tsp of WDG3000 Extra Strength BTI - [+00:04]: Mixed the solution before pouring 2 cups straight into a pump sprayer. --- Misted the solution onto the straw mulch of the back left pot. --- Tried to avoid spraying the solo cups. --- Repeated this process for each of the pots in the veg tent. --- Misted the straw mulch evenly. - [+00:22]: Done with the tent reset! --- All pots are fully re-amended and clones have been transplanted! --- The tent is ready for another veg cycle! - [+00:25]: Checked on the propagation dome. --- Growth is looking great! --- Heady OG cuttings have probably both rooted, but will leave them in the tray for a bit longer. The Heady OG (BX1 #1) mother is clearly going to survive and the genetics has been preserved. So going to wait to transplant the extra cuttings into solo cups at the same time. --- Did not mist the top growth. --- Opened the right side vent. Now only one vent is open. - [+00:27]: Oops! The extra mother plant cuttings still need to be placed into the tent. --- Earlier in the day, refreshed the RO water. --- Also while culling the mothers, took a few more cuttings from each to root in the cup. - [+00:35]: Instead of using the floor rack, decided to place the cup of cuttings on top of the propagation dome. --- Placed the cup on top of an upside-down drip tray. Since these cuttings don’t need a lot of PPFD, hoping the in-direct bounce lighting will be enough. - [+00:42]: Quickly checked on the 4x4 tent. --- Ca-Caw! Woah these ladies are still stretching! --- To my surprise, Heady OG has stretched taller than TKO and may need to be super cropped soon. --- This grow cycle is starting to get pretty wild! Permant marker the one seedling I could not be more happy with. It has a distinct different look to it than any other plant in the tent with strong growth going on. I'm sad about the other seedling thou the 1st set of leaves were kinda deformed and it has like a spiral thing going on where new growth comes from. Hopefully it comes back around, I always like seeing atleast 2 phenos of a strain I feel it gives you a better idea of what a strain is. It's looking like a good start to a week the plants are strong they are getting to the point I can let the dried dry out completely. I'm thinking by the end of this week the plants will be starting to be sold. Last week I put all the plants into my bigger 2x4 tent with my medicgrow mini sun 2 the 500w version. Only a few of the plants were ready for that light. Seems like the only plants that really have good resistance and have a strong start are the weedseedsexpress.com seeds. Shout out to weedseedsexpress.com for the strong plants. I ended up putting all the plants back into my 2x2 tent with the 55w amazon light it has alot more blue light in its spectrum. It's kinda weird b4 I switched the plants to the 2x4 tent they were getting 220umol under my amazon 55w led then when I put them under the 500w light 25% strength about 50in from plants and they were getting only about 195umol in that tent but it was stressing most the plants. I assume a larger light has more side lighting hitting the plants. I think when useing larger lights it's good to measure umols from the top but also coming from the sides. I think durring seedling stage they only need about 50% the umols coming from the side the plants as the top is receiving. When I put the plants back in the small tent about the same umols as they were getting b4 the switch and they were still a little stressed. So for a few days I put the small light at the top the tent giving them 100umols for a few hrs then 130umols the rest the day.

This week has been wild. I had to cut the sides of the greenhouse as the plants had it bursting at the seams. These girls are all flowering beautifully and starting to frost up. Happy
