🌱 Week 1 Update: Terpyz Mutant Mentha de Croco Journey 🌱 Hey Grow Fam! The Mentha de Croco sprouts are officially a week in, and they’re already showing off their unique personality, each one growing at its own pace. They’re rocking some funky vibes and loving life inside the dome! Here’s a full update on their progress, care, and setup for Week 1. Living Environment: The Humidity Dome Setup The seedlings are living in a humidity dome, where we’re keeping the relative humidity (RH) close to 100%. This level of RH mimics a tropical environment, creating the ideal conditions for delicate young plants that need extra hydration support as they begin to develop roots and leaves. Why High Humidity? • Encourages Strong Root Development: At nearly 100% RH, plants focus on root growth while pulling in moisture directly from the air, helping them establish themselves early on. • Protects from Stress: The high humidity reduces transpiration (water loss through leaves), which prevents drying and keeps seedlings hydrated. • Promotes Healthy Leaf Growth: With constant access to moisture, the leaves expand smoothly, giving each plant a strong start in the vegetative phase. Growth Status & Observations 🌱 These little mutants are showing some funky characteristics and growing at their own unique pace—a perfect reminder that no two plants are the same! Each seedling has sprouted its initial set of leaves, and I’m seeing great promise in their vigor and resilience. Key Observations: • Color: The seedlings are a healthy green, with some displaying slight variances in shade—typical of unique genetics like Mentha de Croco. • Structure: Leaves are developing steadily, with short internodes (the space between sets of leaves) that hint at nice, compact growth patterns as they continue. • Energy: Each plant seems to be finding its rhythm, which is a beautiful thing to watch! Some are taking their time, while others are diving right into rapid growth. Nutrients & Supplements 💧 For this first week, I’m keeping it light on nutrients, letting the seedlings draw what they need from the Root Riots and the remaining seed stores. However, I’ve continued using Aptus Holland’s Regulator and Startbooster, both at 1ml/L, to support foundational growth. Why These Nutrients? • Aptus Regulator: Adds silicon to fortify cell walls, giving the seedlings extra strength to handle environmental changes. Even under the dome, this helps build resilience. • Aptus Startbooster: Supplies essential microbes and root stimulators, setting up these little ones for explosive root growth once they’re ready to venture outside the dome. Lighting: FOG LED & Environmental Control 💡 I’ve kept the Future of Grow (FOG) 600W LED dimmed to around 200 PPFD to avoid overwhelming these tender seedlings with too much light. They’re getting just enough energy to support healthy photosynthesis without stressing them in their early stages. Lighting Benefits at Low Intensity: • Prevents Stretching: With the lower PPFD, plants stay compact and focused on root and leaf development rather than reaching for the light. • Supports Early Photosynthesis: The FOG LED’s balanced spectrum provides all the wavelengths these seedlings need to kick off photosynthesis and grow with vitality. Controlled through the TrolMaster Tent X, the lighting schedule is consistent and stable. With this controller, I can manage humidity, lighting, and temperature settings all from one place, ensuring the environment stays perfect for these little ones. Reflection & Tips for Fellow Growers 💡 Week 1 is about creating a stress-free environment for seedlings to adjust and establish themselves. Here’s a bit of wisdom for anyone embarking on a similar grow: 💧 Humidity & Hydration: High humidity is a seedling’s best friend. Keep your dome or grow area humid for strong, happy plants. 💡 Light Management: Keep lighting low to encourage compact growth and let those roots dig in. Adjust lighting gradually as they grow to avoid any shock. 🌱 Patience with Genetics: Each plant has its own rhythm, especially with unique genetics like these. Let them show you what they’re made of without pushing too fast. Shout Outs & Community Love 💚 Much love to Terpyz Genetics for these incredible seeds, Aptus Holland for the nutrients, Future of Grow for the stellar LED, and TrolMaster for the environmental control. Big shout out to everyone following this journey—it’s always a blast sharing with you all. Let’s keep the positive energy flowing and watch these seedlings turn into something amazing together! Stay tuned for Week 2 updates—more growth, more funk, and more growers’ love! 2020-07-24 (Day 129) This girl and her GSG sister have cow manure mixed in and this is the first week I’ve added nutes. Leaves weren’t yellowing but I felt that overall the plants were pale throughout, especially compared to her clone. From here on out I’m more or less letting her do her thing. I’ll likely have to add supports once she starts bulking up with flowers. I’ll also have to move her and her GSG sister in my yard once flowering initiates as the sun will be blocked more by my hedges come that time. It’s been sunny and warm with little rain, so far knock on wood an amazing summer for growing outdoor. Stay tuned, flowering is just around the corner!

10/14/19 - manim baked. Time to feed them. Going to start flushing this week! Enjoy a video :) UPDATE* Life happens and we make mistakes. Little too much to drink with a good smoke and a long day at work.... ended up not finishing putting my girls all back in the tent so they were out for a few but only interrupted with light for 3 hours.. Not a big deal since we are this far but live and learn.. Rule 1. Dont get shit faced while taking care of the girls 😂👌😅🤦‍♂️💁‍♂️ Anyways will take pictures tonight and then feed the girls. 10/15/19 - watered the girls tonight. No signs of slowing down! Buds fattening and ripening. 10/16/19- updated pictures. Checked the buds. No feeding tonight. Trichomes are mostly milky with a few clear and a tiny amount of amber. Should be around next week when we hit 8 weeks of flowering, we will then determine harvest week. Shooting for 2nd week of November. Girls should be around 11 to 12 weeks in flowering. 10/17/19 - Watering time and updated pics. Milky and clear with a amber here and there. Shes close but needs I'd say 2 weeks more then a flush. Harvest is close. Her buds are getting fat 👌 10/18/19 - Updated pics Day 50. I'd say 2 weeks from now I'll begin flushing. So by mid November these guys will be dried and jarred 💨 10/19/19 - no watering needed. Buds are looking good. Hoping for 3 oz between the 3 bf phantoms. 👌 seeing more cloudy, amber here and there. I believe by 8 weeks we will begin flushing for 1 to 2 weeks. Then 48 hours of darkness before their chops. Will start setting up my tent for drying once it gets closer. Want to keep the rh at 50 to 52 while keeping the air at 70 to 68. I want them to slow dry and depending in how we run the tent, i will trim either on day 3 or 7. I want to give them 10 days of drying for a good fluffy cure. Top shelf bud is the goal for my first phenos. 10/20/19 - Fed the girls. I think this may be the last week and a half of nutrients then flush.

Hi guys its week six and the girls are doing great. The two on the left stopped stretching and beginning to fatten up. The two on the right seems to have another week or so to finish stretching.

hey Guys, I've been away for 2 week and luckily a trusted friend of mine came almost daily to check the situation and add a pre mixed solution I made before leaving and fix the ph. when i came back I could not believe what happened in the grow box, before living i made a scrog net and positioned it about 15cm above the plant, when i came back the plant grew at least 4x!! i set up the room where the grow box is so I have now the perfect environment!!👍 the girl is now drinking at least 3/4 liters of water per day. As you can see from the pics she's super healty. did some heavy defoliation a few times. hope you enjoyed the update. any suggestion or critic is welcome

What's happening. There is a light midst in the atmosphere this morning. I set WISDOM up to the drip system and it worked out perfectly. WISDOM was planted this past winter. She actually grew up in a window seal most of here life. It was a slow progression but she still came out on top.

Day 57, very happy so far, plants are just taking everything they get, a very easy strain to grow. Added Bud Explosion this week as flower has kicked in, really looking forward to the next month as temps drop in my part of the world. Thinking of letting temps be a little cooler in grow area as they seem to enjoy it. Thanks to those who comment I enjoy hearing from other fellow growers, learning new things and becoming better at growing this magnificent plant. Happy growing ✌️

The Supercheese girls are kicking off Week 6 after a smooth transplant into 5L grow bags. They've settled in well, showing healthy new growth and bouncing back fast. Started topping to promote a bushier structure and stronger branching — they're responding beautifully. Keeping them in a sunny spot during the day and under the 100 W LED at night to keep those winter temps in check. Looking forward to shaping them up over the next week. Let the training games begin! #Supercheese #Week5 #ToppedAndThriving #VegPhase
