Critical purple kush is such an amazing plant. I got some great phenotypes from this batch. I have placed 5 of then into veg as mother's. I am astounded by the size of the buds on many of these plants. They are easily the largest I have ever grown. The smell if amazing like pineapples and fruit salad, the colors are phenomenal and show orange deep red pink purple green and more. I used super soil and they seemed to love it. I am very excited about my next round of purple kush because this one was so great. A few of these mother's will certainly be in my grow room for years to come.

Switched to flushing on monday morning, watered 1.5 gallons of distilled water only through the soil each morning. For those who do not believe in flushing your plants, remember in elementary school when you added dye to the water of flowers and visibly saw them change colors? Same idea. I have been checking the maturity of the resin heads closely under 60x magnifying. Turned off the lights for good on her last night (Wednesday), planning to leave her in the dark a few days (72ish hours) and then planning to harvest a few hours before the lights would have turned on. For my first indoor grow, my own custom living soil build, massive amounts of cover crops, only aact (actively aerated compost tea) with natural farming inputs, and some ferments to boot I think this is one amazing plant. Looking forward to drying her for a few weeks the splitting her in to multiple jars to test 30, 60, and 90 day curing with a 4th jar to smoke from when I get impatient.

So week 8 hay .... just been loving these past couple of days, insane smell coming off of these girls, got the whole house smelling of some mouth watering skunky herbs :D Trichomes have been developing very very nicely this week, everything is just getting super frosty !! I did some added defoliation for some better light penetration as these two girls are sitting this cupboard super packed. The pistols are shooting out still and buds are starting to develop noticeably, just really hoping for some nice dense awesome nuggies. Going to add another warm 130Watt CFL soon for some extra kick during their last few weeks of flowering :) Also changed my light schedule to 10/2/10/2 On/off/on/off hours of lighting, along with watering 2L every 3rd day now:) Until next week :D

В конце этой недели я снял урожай, но сделал это вынуждено. Верхние бутоны начали вянуть (1 фото), в отличии от остального растения, здесь я заподозрил неладное... Я насильно раздвинул верхний цветок и получил психологическую травму 😢 Так как самые верха уже были размером с кулак и очень плотные,- внутри они не проветривались, там скопилась влага и завелась плесень 😭😭😭 Это выглядело ужасно!!! Настолько, что я даже не стал делать фото. Почти все прекрасные верха пошли на выброс. Слава джа, что я заметил это не слишком поздно и плесень была только в самых плотных шишках на самом верху растения. Я самым тщательным образом осмотрел каждую срезанную шишку, порезал на части чтобы рассмотреть все изнутри. И в результате пришлось выкинуть 83 гр самых смолянистых цветов, самых кайфовых 😓 Еще я не подумал о том, что мелко порубленные шишки, без стеблей, высохнут быстрей чем обычно. Итого я получил 115 гр сухих (пересушенных) цветов. После харва разрезал корневую из любопытства, оцените и вы на фото. Друзья, учитесь на моем опыте - следите за обдувом растения! И если у вас крупные и плотные соцветия - не бойтесь их тревожить и тщательно осматривайте шишки внутри, вплоть до стебля. Ну и в финале из этого растения родился ганджа-жук, защитник кустов от всевозможных вредителей 👽 (видео)

Aquí seguimos, separamos ya los machos y nos quedamos con 5 hembras de las 9 que seleccionamos. Más del 50% muy contento. Durante estas 2 semanas hemos estado luchando contra una pedazo de plaga de mosquitos que hemos sufrido. La cosa parece que mejora pero habrá que estar muy atentos. La floracion va en camino podría ser mucho mejor pero la plaga ha hecho sufrir a las plantas. Iremos actualizando. Buenos humos.

Not exactly sure what day this plant is on but she is a monster! Getting very close to harvest time will probably chop her in the next week or so have been flushing for about a week now. Thanks for following & happy growing friends!✌️🏼🙏🏼🌱

Hey everyone 😃. This week she has done great 👍. It was done again on all the drifted topping and sprayed one last time with neem oil so that the last trips are finally gone 😁. We haven't had any pests for so many years and all of a sudden we have such little shit parts 😅. This week it was poured twice with 1.2 l of water. GHSC enhancer was added during a pouring (1 g per l) The tent was cleaned every day this week and the plants were checked for health. The humidifier is filled once a day. Dear diary, Week 2 done and on the books! Everything went mostly fine up until the very end of the week were I noticed some strangeness with another one of the strains in the tent. More info on that will be in my other diary for Gorilla Cookies and will be covered more overall in next weeks update as I try to fix any potential issues. 🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀 ⏰ Day 11: Calmag foliar applied 2 times during the day at 0.8ms and corrected ph to 6.3. They also got their regular feeding at 1.27ms 6.4ph with me increasing the light to 250ppfd. ⏰ Day 12: They were given a foliar and watering of calmag water at 1.13ms and 6.3ph early in the morning as issues had not cleared up. Later in the evening they got a regular feeding at 1.41ms, 5.9ph and lights were increased to 275ppfd. ⏰ Day 13: 2 calmag foliars, gave feeding at 1.54ms 5.8ph and increased lights to 285ppfd ⏰ Day 14: They have reached 3 nodes marking the end of seedling stage and beginning of veg! They were fed with 1.53ms 5.8ph and four 3 liter airpots was prepped with 75/25 coco/perlite and watered with the same feed until runoff before transplanting. As I can only grow four plants W.C #1 and #3 were selected as the final two. Temps are around 26 and RH 75% with lights on and 24C 80% off. Will be taking down the RH slightly over the coming few days to 65%. ⏰ Day 15: Gave the girls a feeding at 1.57ms 5.6ph. Also increased light to 305ppfd and they do look a bit droopy, but that’s not to surprising after the transplant. ⏰ Day 16: Daily feeding at 6ph 1.59ms and increased light to 320 ppfd. Aiming for 465 ppfd by the end of next week as that would move us up from 20 to 30 DLI. ⏰ Day 17: Sprayed a foliar coat of Leaf Coat from Biobizz as prevention for pest in the morning. For the evening they got their feeding at 1.58ms 6.2ph and foliar spray of calmag as a plant of the other strain in the tent is looking a bit odd.

Week 6, slow growth but now finally starting to kick on properly and look like decent sized plants 💚

The stretch came in with a bang. Gonna have to stay up on my training. Ladies look lovely no complaints as of yet. Smell pickn up quickly. I think the new amendments and bigger pots are payin off. Cant wait.

Flowering Week 8

Well, it was my first diary here, and I'm really happy to had found this amazing community that is so eager to help! 5/21/25 beautiful plant. Yellowing is starting. Thinking it may be a magnesium def from using new Nutrients. Took some clones and should be putting her into flower soon 5/22/25 not sure whats going on with her but shes nooot happy at all. Sprayed with spinosad. Top dressed uprising foundation which is a calcium magnesium sulfur and iron amendment. Hoping that may be helpful

19.08.2024 officially D140... the additionnal week, have been benefict to this fat lady. as i can see some ambering trichrome on the remaining cola. so far so good she get is second harvest. the 3rd and final harvest should be in 1 or two week, as i will need space in the tent for the camperberry clone, and will give the time to the leftover small and unripped nugget to finish their job. the 1st harvest is dried a d have been trim for total weight of 121.5g. it already smell more fuity that its little sister, it have been put in a growbag for a nice curring. the 2nd harvest give 1454.6 g of wet sticky bud expecting 180g of dried flower as they are more leaffy and have more stem comparing to the 1st harvest. the 3/4 pound is still in sight.

Started the flushing few days back. Cut plant at 260ppm. Currently drying in the dark box. Wet weight is 238g. Will be another week or so for this to dry

🌸 Week 3 Flower — Bud stacking begins! 🌸 This week was a turning point — stretch finally slowed down and the plants are now fully focusing on bud formation. The tent started getting really humid due to the extra leaf mass and transpiration 🌿💦. That’s when I realized: a dehumidifier is a must. Without it, RH would climb over 70%, which is dangerous at this stage. Temperatures are still steady (27°C day / 20°C night), but now I’m working on dropping humidity to ~55–60% for safer flowering. Nutrient-wise, I reduced nitrogen even more, focusing on PK boosters and bloom nutrients. Bud sites are stacking nicely, pistils are shooting everywhere 🧡, and the first serious trichome production has started ✨. Mistakes from earlier (too much IR, uneven light distribution) are still visible on some plants, but overall the crop is healthy and vigorous. Next week should be the start of real frost explosion ❄️.
