Hey now, this week went pretty well, she grew another 6" to 28" and I decided to flip her to flower as I am running out of space in the 4X4 and I only have about 12-16" of total usable vertical space as well, so she started 12/12 today. I have been defoliating her probably 10 or 12 leaves every other day but when I wake up the next morning, I can never even tell a difference. I did have to re-arrange everything in the tent as far as the fans and cameras and lighting just to better fit the shape of the plant., and I took her out of and cleaned out the tent, and sterilized her runoff container and fertifigation hoses Etc, because I don't plan on moving her again until harvest unless it's an emergency. I took the humidifier out last week as her leaves now provide more than enough humidity in the tent and I am running my 8" AC Infinity the rest of the way, I just set it keep the heat below 75 degrees and the humidity below 55%. I also have one medium sized fam blowing underneath the canopy and two small fans blowing above the canopy. I believe good circulation prevents pockets of humidity which lead to mold. I am still feeding straight Armor Si/CalMag/Veg Nutes, I will continue this into next week and then probably start transitioning slowly to flower nutes by mid-week. Hello Guys and Happy Easter🐰, Week 4 of flowering is over. One plant got a polyploid mutation i got the same mutation on an earlier grow so i know this will look interessting at the end. I did my first cuttings on the Slurricanes 8/10 are rooted so im quite happy with the outcome but unfortunately the cutting from the frostiest pheno at the moment didnt make it. I did a little bit to much on the more PK nutrients so they got a little bit buned tips but in overall im very happy some of the plants already smell so fruity and sweet cant wait how this Tent will smell at the End 😋

June 15: going good and will do second round of topping tomorrow. Adjusted tie downs. June 16: adjusted tie downs and watered with soluble seaweed extract and a bit of Epsom salts. June 17: topped this morning leaving four bud sites on each side. Leave first and third node growth tips, but remove them at the second node. This will now be 8 colas, but I’ll top once more for 16. June 18: adjusted tie downs and did foliar spray of Extreme Blend in the evening. June 20: released tie down in the morning. Started the second batch of compost tea. Video shows the recipe I started using last year. Leave overnight and use within 24 hours. It should smell fresh, and if it smells ‘off’ or sulphurous it’s gone anaerobic and should be thrown out. Use whatever you want in your compost tea recipe. Key things are blackstrap molasses (sugar and trace metals), some fresh compost, and I use coco coir to provide a substrate or matrix for the bacteria to grow on. Seems to work.

Hi guys, At the end of the story, I am very happy with the whole cycle and finally the outcome, since I almost killed everything in there 😂 The Z&Z is a well balanced 60% - 40% Indica - Sativa dominan strain with a short flowering period. I did have problems throughout the cycle overfertilizing the plant. This is on of the strain that did notice more my mistake, can be clearly seen on the final product. Iinfact, a good part of the flowers, went for bubble hash. I topped them, and then practiced LST training to help them growing wider. Probably If I wouldnt have messed up with the ferilizer I would have had a much better final product, this time, talking about quantity and quality. The whole plants were dried for 18 days after which they were finished in jars for another 6 weeks, if I dont fell sooner. Really looking forward to grow this strain again Indoor, I'am amazed by the terpene profile and the amount of resin they've produced, even under my multiple attempt to screw em!! STRONG GENETIC! Thanks to everyone who stopped by and looked at the diary, squeezed the like button or comment the diary. 13/12 I'VE MADE MY FIRST RUN OF BUBBLE HASH! Very very happy with the end result, did not weight anything yet because is still wet big time, I lightly squeezed it a bit, before let it drying on parchment on a cardboard. The smell it's just absolutely crazy. I can smell strong citrus notes in the 120µm but the 90µm and 73µm explodes with crazy-sweet note. While the 25µm (did not use the 43µm) where I did collect most of the hash, smell like good and sweet hash, nothing crazy like the previous ones but a very buttery like consistency that makes me want to eat it like this...dont ask me why...even though I know you all probably felt this way too... Anyway, the paper sheet says it all about timing, washes and µm used for the extractions, but just in case I'll explain it down here. I have done 3 wash with different timing. 1º wash: 5 min only to get the most brittle trichome heads 2º wash: 10 min stardard 3º wash: 30 min to stock up a bit 😅 I could have done an extra wash for sure and get more out, but I was running out of time so...I will update with the dry weight, it was not the only wash I've done, that were just too many grades to weight up..so I chose to do it once all dry! This week we had to go on a destination wedding and had to have friends house sit. Again 😔 I hate having to do that, but this time everything went very smoothly. We didnt lose any plants lol. Before we left I was able to get #2 transplanted in a 7x7 nursery pot. Man was she ready too! I've decided since I am only growing 2 Choc Mknt OGs that i will be training one(both high and low stress) and this plant(#2) I will be leaving completely alone to do her own thing 🤞 Watering has went smoothly this week. Both plants only wanting water once in this 7 day stretch. I think because the transplant soil was already very moist. #1 has rooted and already started taking off from her transplant last week. Tent update: Our ES300 by the green sunshine company arrived this week!!! I was able to get it I'll installed before leaving. So now in my Vivosun 2x4 tent I have 1 es300. I moved the viparspectra to my large flower tent. The Choc mint seem to absolutely love this light. I started it at 70% power(its a dimmable light fixture) and am slowly moving it up over the course of a week. Day 12: my friend reported great growth on #2!! So she is rooted as well and doing good. Also, the heat in my 2x4 is in the low 80° getting up to 85° even 90°(for a few minutes) I'm mostly running Sativas which love the heat, but I have noticed Choc Mint OG prefers it a little cooler. Jetzt freue ich mich noch auf zwei Dinge, zum einen die Ernte und zum anderen die neue Upgrades für mein Set-Up einzubauen und den nächsten Run zu beginnen, mit Pflanzen die ich von der Pike auf gezogen habe und nicht einen Run mit dreibeinigen Hunden zu fahren.

I'm excited to try my first Photoperiod indoor. I figured this strain would be an excellent choice to grow. I like White Widow and I like Haze in which MOBY DICK is crossed between the two.

Outside of issues that were due to my learning curb definitely happy with the results. The plant that is actually dolato has such a wonderful scent. If it was certain that I would 5 of 5 dolato plants instead of 2 out of 5 with a Gelato I would do it again

Las hojas amarillas aumentan no tengo claro que es. Despues de leer y observar veo que tiene que ver con las luces, el día 21 subo la potencia al máximo y el 22 bajo la potencia de 440w a 350w.

Esta semana tocó un par de podas de bajos y sus hojas y mas adelante un último repaso y poda de hojas abanico si lo fuera necesario y a seguir floreciendo tranquilas, sin más estreses.

I am absolutely stunned with the last week. You may think 40 degreees (c!) and exposure to the scorching sun would be a problem for a relatively young plant? Quite the opposite. I’ve never witnessed a growth like this in only one week. The plant decided to flip into flower already. I mean… this I call a fast bud. Nutrient wise - just the selfmade wormtea and ph water. Pests: thrips:( no counter measures yet because there seem to be some insects that keep eating them. Happy growing everyone, will update you soon with week 3

10/16: She is basically already done. I changed out the nutrients for water and Flawless Finish today. She is now flushing. I have been so surprised by this plant. She entered flower and finished quicker than i expected. I will be harvesting her this time next week. I am not blown away by the smell. i expected it to be more fruiting and sweet, but it just smells mostly earthy at this point.

Well, this is certainly a special strain. MASSIVE colas and rock hard nugs combined with an earthy flavor is an instant winner in my books. 124 dried and cured grams from one plant in a 3 gallon hand watered soiless mix, so this genetic definitely has the potential for more greatness. Smoking on this now and it is a smooth smoke with a relaxing and uplifting body feel to it. A long lasting stone and a very pungent smell. Fastbuds did a great job on this product.
