I'd give that 14-21 more days of veg mate. You want your nodes 30-15 cm long from bottom 2 top minium when going into/thru pre flower. So you need good nodes with at least 3 points with internodes. Or else females when flipped will take 10+ days to show sex. You know when a fem is ready to flip when you start seeing pistils (signs) of sex where you'd see bracts these are signs ur plant is optimal for flipping. Imo.. Plants looks like they've a lovely base. And will fill out really well needs more development time though. Enjoy
