9/16 - Did some light defoliation today and adjusted the LST. With the Nature's Living Soil Autoflower mix, I don't have to feed them. So these have been SO easy to grow. I just water with RO water and organic blackstrap molasses (unsulphered). 9/20 - Watered and adjusted LST. All 3 GSCs have begun to flower! They are now on their way.

Quebec Blast grew pretty well. Buds are rock hard and frosty. She is not known for large yields so I am very satisfied with my results I learned a lot during this run. Was first grow with photoperiod plants in DWC. I grew her underca Spider Farmer SE5000, in a New Level Hydro bucket. She came out great. Started to foxtailing at end. My room was getting too hot. I will be waiting to try it for sure. The buds smell very tasty and look very good so I'm really excited. The trichomes are 70% milky and 30% amber. As always, it came to the darkroom 48 hours before harvest :-). There it will now remain after harvesting at 62% humidity for 8-12 days before it is put into the jars for fermentation with 62% boveda packs :-). Sour wiz came out amazing. Not many problems during her grow. Each pheno came out really different but that’s from my doing. I trained each plant differently to see what the difference would be. Responds really well to stress and training. I can’t tell you in words how great the flowers are. They’re literally coated in trichomes and smell and taste so damn good. Fruity sweet gasoline. The uniformity of the leaves just stunning - would be a good mother - did try cloning a few cuttings but 3 wks into flower... This was a good week, Its was my first learning experiment that an under watered plant=dry, droopy, unhappy leaves. A properly watered plant= happy smooth, fluffy, lush leaves. I hopefully won't mess up again. The presence of a missing bit of leaf indicates that a bug was enjoying being on my leaf..I had caught an elm bettle and immediately grabbed it, but it must be had lunch first. I hope it was an isolated incident. However probably a good washing/wiping of the leaves is overdue. I added the @Foxfarm Open sesame into the nutrients as I read a couple diaries that reported an increase in bud sites. I also added an additional cfl light to keep trying to bulk the middle. Ill need to start hardening off the plant as outdoor planting time is roughly 2 weeks away. I added a short video of my very basic and simple setup, for anyone anywhere to begin a grow. My apologies at not having one on my first week documentation. Happy growing to everyone, and best of luck to the outdoor crews.

Finally got some videos up (I think)! One shows the canopy, the other gives an idea of the training under the screen. Shes finally showing signs of female and pistils are popping out like crazy. Decided to not tuck the final days of the stretch so the buds won’t start in the screen and start right above it, seems like I’d be easier come harvest time
