Ever since I turned to mars hydro I have double sometimes nearly quadrupled my yields I first had with eBay lights (meh) I have never looked back since and gained so much respect from the community and the breeders too! I started Flushing two plants as there nearing the end of there days. I'll start Flushing the others this week apart from the kalimist indica pheno as it started flowering 3 or so weeks after the others even though they were all forced together. (alkward bugger) Some of the plants are showing red /purple colours a little bit 👍

Week 5 for the Purple Lemonade went great feel like I didn't see her all week from being so busy but she has been growing great shooting up tops everywhere as shes in full flower mode loving the medic grow fold 6

End of week 6, came across a bad nute burn in my opinion. The grape pupil looks like it has a cal-mag problem from looking up the damaged burned leaves online. Also still having a height problem but gonna keep pushing forward due to not having nothing to rise my leds.

So far all is well. Left plant is looking great still. Right plant is still the same as it was, kinda "off." I cut the top off the main cola due to light burn. There's just no way that the plants energy it was directing to it was being used well. I'd rather it go to the rest of the plant because there's just no way that initial top was going to produce anything. It was gnarled. I've also noticed something odd going on with a couple of the buds on the stressed (purple) plant. I posted one of the pics in the pics for this weeks update. Looks kinda like bud rot to me but this is also my first grow so I could be wrong. It looks like it's only affecting the pistils. I may ask a question in the question forum just to be sure. It's odd though because conditions in the tent seem to be too dry maybe for bud rot (averaging in the 50-60% RH range and there is plenty of air circulation in that part of the tent. I'm thinking it could either be the plant negatively reacting to me cutting the main top off the other day or it's just the fact that due to the plant being stressed out for the entire grow that it's lost resistance to things like bud rot, etc.. essentially, I'm not sure at all lol.. Both plants are already showing a good amount of trichome production as the plants have almost switched from stretch flowering phase to pure on flowering/bulking phase. I can't wait to see the buds really start to mature and grow and get stinky. Carbon filter so far is working flawlessly. A week ago I was thinking it wasn't keeping up because when I'd come home from work I could smell pot but it turns out it was just my cannabutter supplies that I left out lol. D'oh. I've also been monitoring conditions in my basement over the past few weeks and have noticed that rain or no rain, the conditions down there are an average 66 degrees and 60-64% RH. With my dehumidifier if the conditions down there remain in that range, I should be able to achieve perfectly optimal drying conditions for when I harvest in 4-6 weeks or so. :) I am having a blast so far and can't wait to harvest and then really apply what I've learned online from youtube, here and reddit combined with my hands on experience from this grow to really fill out the canopy next time and also ensure both plants are the same height for some great yield. I'll probably mainline 2-3 plants for my next grow. I also want to eventually get into building my own soil and amendments but for now I'm just focusing on not learning & applying too many things at once. I just know that at some time I'd like to switch from synthetic nutrients to organic. I'm hooked for life to growing though!

This week has been a good one all round. The sun has been beaming down all day for days and I still due to continue for a while. The gorilla 🦍 has now started to get to a nice bushy size, unfortunately outgrowing the original tent position. After the mistake I made with the Rhino Ryder I grew by taking the bold move to leave permanently in the elements, the cold temps at night really slowed bud production. I have had to improvise and make a shoddy attempt at lifting the tent to allow the room needed.

Going great so far for this girl. She’s progressing along quickly compared to the Cement Shoes growing beside her. Buds are already looking like there plumping up and most of the hairs are beginning to turn. Haven’t put the scope to her yet but It’s looking like she’s gonna finish earlier then I predicted. Gonna try and push it 8 weeks but all depends on my tricombs. Getting low on supply as well so that will also going to have to effect my decision unfortunately. But we will see, still got lots of honey left from the shake so gonna be a week of just dabing maybe to let this girl finish rite...lol Been keeping the nutrients pretty much the same this week as the last 2, trying to keep the reservoir around 750ppm and letting the ph swing from 5.8-6.2. She’s loving everything so far. Got a bit of heat stress showing on some larger leaves in the middle of the screen but light is maxed out higher wise and DLI is in the 65-75 range directly under the light at the canopy top but the light mover helps keeps things from heating up too much and gives them breaks like a cloud over the sun does. Day 1, Week 4 of Flower – Things Are Getting Real We’ve officially hit day 1 of week 4 in flower, and it’s starting to get real in here! Buds are growing fast, stacking up nicely, and the aromas are straight fire — it's getting stinky in the best way. The terps are really coming through now. PPMs are sitting steady at around 1000, pH is hovering around 5.8, and everything’s been pretty dialed in on the feed side. I do wish I had defoliated a lot more before flipping. Honestly, my whole training kind of went sideways when I switched to flower. I went a little too hard with the LST, and now I’ve got a jungle of leaves with loads of bud sites — way more than I expected. It looks like a big bushy mess up top with some nice buds, but quite a few lowers aren’t getting the light they need. I’ve said this before, but I won’t say it again — lesson learned. Next round, I know exactly how I’m going to approach training, and I won’t be making the same mistakes. But all in all, things are still looking good. If everything keeps going as it is, I’m hoping to pull around 7 ounces of some solid, dank smoke
