Everything is getting ready to be cropped any day now. I will be cropping the og kush tomorrow for sure its had a little bud rot and its getting pretty yellow. The tyson #1 is will harvesting on sat and tyson #2 Sunday or Monday. The humidity has dropped and its supposed to be sunny so im gonna let the Tysons ride a little they haven't had much bud rot at all. Wish I could have rode out the mop and bit longer but to much rot was happening had to harvest but it was ready enough. I harvested a bud of the og kush about 3 weeks ago it smokes really well for only 3 weeks its strong tastes good I couldn't be happier it was a great grow.

Happy new year everyone! I hope everyone had some amazing festivities! 😃 Regarding my babies I think I might be underfeeding them and one might be shocked thanks to the heat and the lack of nutrients I gave them, last week's runoff water scared me and the plants might be suffering because of that! Most of the issues starts to get more noticeable later during the week! 😖 I started giving them few nutrients to see how they would react and at the end of the week it's clear that I had to give them waaaaay more 😵 Besides that I also moved them to their final pots and I topped Pistachio, out of the two she's the one that looks the best. I also defoliated them a little. I also believe they didn't get a transplant shock (I mean, they would've been worse if that was the case haha) and I added more mycorrhizas during the transplant (I heard they help a lot with hot climates and I need help with that badly) Anyway, thanks for reading! 2/1: I flushed the taller/skinnier Muscadine Wine and lightly fed everybody else. 2/4: I moved the taller/skinnier MW into the dark for a day...she and several other plants will be harvested tomorrow.

Week 6 of flowering 10/23/24 Changed nutrients to fit week 6 Buds are getting even bigger and thicker. Defoliated a little. Noticed a PH of 4.8 in runoff, same as the late stage of flower in my previous grow. After lowering feed EC, CalMag on max strength, flushing with 0.8ec nutes for 3 days in a row, nothing changed and PH stayed the same. Read in a forum thread about constant low PH in the rootzone when growing in coco. Got great info about CEC, water, nutrients and little chemistry from a detailed explanation. Used 120L total for 4 plants in 2 days. 1st day: flushed after lights on, did not water until 2 hours before lights off and flushed again. Runoff PH went up a little, but not to the correct range. 2nd day: flushed after lights on and checked runoff EC + PH, of each plant. Fortunately, PH got corrected to 5.8, and I returned to automatic watering 4 times a day (with 10%-20% runoff). Thoughts: In the last grow, I thought I had a problem because of salts buildup in the media with constantly low PH in late flower. I didn't fully correct the problem till chop day. Same problem here in the same stage of flower without the salt buildup. After reading every forum I could find about the problem, I understood that my bloom nutes were the main problem because of their chemical composition. The coco ability to exchange ions lead to the low PH in the rootzone. It got worse quickly because I did not use any tap water with the feedings, so the PH could swing easily and drastically without resistance. After I looked online for the T.A. feeding chart, I saw they used TriPart Grow till week 7 of flower, the Nitrogen type they are using will up the PH. CocoForCannabis chart that I'm using, has not enough nitrogen to combat the bloom nutes PH down effect in flower. It gets even worse with RO water because there are no minerals that can resist PH down. Now I'm using 30% tap water with rest RO water, T.A. TriPart feeding chart with calmag and silica. Hopefully I have corrected the problem for the rest of the grow. It wasn't easy, because there were lots of variables that worsened the problem quickly. Now I'm checking runoff PH and EC daily. Update on next week :)

Due to issues with my ISP, I can't upload photos or videos right now. Like, I could upload slowly but then I always get errors from th website. Grow is continueing to thrive. Both Ryu and Ken now have proper Buds growing at their tops and internodes are closing up as well. Kens biggest top bud is 3x4 centimeters. So I'm really looking forward to harvest within the next two weeks. I might be forced to harvest but more on that, when time arrives. Update: I managed to upload my photos by some public WiFi. First day went as expected. I put the paper towel in a small see-thru plastic container and put it on the table. With a bit of water and the seeds in side, the germination has now started! Day 2 no progression, moved the tray into my furnace room (pitch black and warm) Day 3 major progression. I got them out and started to prep the jiffy pellets. Shortly after I transferred the roughly half inch tarp roots with seeds into the jiffy pellets, root down, seed up, slightly covered with dirt. I soaked them in water (like a beginner i overwatered heavily knowing what I know now). I placed them back in the tray and put them at a window for light. (Note) the plan was to do outdoor so no light or tent was ordered at this point. Day 4-7 not much progression seeing as the clouds and rain showed up...

Using Blimburn seeds this round for the first time. Excited to see how they grow! 24h soak then into 500ml pots for a couple weeks. Also made a few changes in the tent, new TerraBloom filter and placement in tent, fans, watering system, etc.

First week of flower has come and gone. Had a slight PH problem in the ladies that with a little help from some growmies we got it fixed just before they started the stretch faze. Now I've done a small defol just to get rid of some bigger fan leafs blocking the lower growth. And cut out anything that was hindered from the dominant branches.. she should get one last defol in two weeks. And will be starting the PK regiment after next week.

En general me encanto cultivar esta genética, siempre fue la primer genética que quise cultivar desde que empecé en esto y no me decepciono en lo absoluto, de una sola semilla obtuve 106 gramos de flores de gran calidad 😃 increíble para ser mi primer cosecha con semillas de bancos, ya quiero ver que resulta en la próxima cosecha ya con más experiencia y mejor equipo 🤩
