Still forming her delicious buds had a lot of heat problems can’t seem to keep them down below 34 reaching 36c highest! 😮 I’m trying different things everyday but I think if I don’t fit ridge vents or tile vents I’ll be having more dramas with this heat! Unless typical UK gives us rain then I’ll be happy lol I’ve added some examples of my heats in the tents the blue one (blue illuminate) is the bananan glue the first yellow one is the fast flowers second is the autos! I have 2 coolers an extraction fan and another fan to blow the heat towards the extractor but still can’t bring it down! I think I’ll go back to my old way until the summer passes on the next ones which are in germ btw! Looking to rotate a harvest every 4 weeks from when I harvest the autos! Wish me luck please buddies the struggle is real!

hello we are in the second week of growth I have just planted them in new cups which are a little less than 1 l. I started using root growth fertilizers and a little microbial. For the moment they seem to like it so we will continue to fatten them once a week and in the meantime we will use the silicate from T.A. This Green Crack was my 3rd round of started seeds in my perpetual garden of auto's. I decided to get a little experimental and try topping and bending this girl at the beginning of the flowering stretch (about a week ago). So far she has not missed a beat, she just keeps stretching and growing. Starting to see the bud sites develop. One branch did take a little damage from the bending, but I put some blue painters tape on it and expect a full recovery. Growing in organic composted 'super soil'. Have not added any additional nutrients yet. Looks great to me so far. Day 85 - first day of Week 13 and she is going into darkness for 48 hours. Hasn't been watered since 2 days. Even though she looks the least done of all three, her trichomes are now a good 20-30% amber with the rest milky and some tiny bits of clear. I checked her buds on the calyx all around, from top buds to middle to bottom. She really shows a lot of heavily swolen calyxes, which I have never seen like that. I can now add that to the things I learned/experienced: calyxes swell a lot before the plant is finished. Let's see. My Girl Scout Cookies does not look like she even has calyxes. Funny individuals. Happy wedding cake day, almost 😍 Day 88 - out of darkness. She was in there for 2,5 days. Opening the drying tent she gave off a really strong smell of hash 😍wow. She has some nice looking buds and looks def. more done, but below her dress, she has some light fluffy buds. I have hung all of them now in the dry tent, after I removed some of the bigger fan leaves. One part of it, I think I want to low and slow dry in the fridge. I am interested in finding out about the difference in taste, when a more wholesome profile is retained. I bought a small tent (40x40cm), a small oszillating fan hung over the buds/on top of the tent. Due to size limitations, I have the filter on the bottom with the duct leaving the tent at the bottom connecting to an exhaust fan. Inside the tent I have a humidity sensor from an Inkbird Humidity regulator. Connected to that is a mini-dehumidifer and a humidifier. I have set it to 20°C (68F) and 50-55% humidity. I'm excited to see how long my dry will last this time. My first grow was drying way too fast in the middle of the heat wave last year with 30% humidity. The overview added to the pictures, I started making over Christmas. It was when I noticed, that I'm a so impatient, and that something must be wrong, especially in the first weeks. I get so obsessive, that I tend to overcare. Which she showcases beautifully in this overview. I hope this will calm me down the next time. Oh my haha Let's see what the final dry weight is. My guess is about 25-35g. Any other guesses? Happy Wedding Cake day 😇

This week I made the decision to remove the ScrOG net because the plant has stunted growing and the leaves were droopy before and after watering . Given the fact she is an indica dominant strain, my approach to training wasn't the best. Also the light intensity has been adjusted to PPFD level of 700. The light schedule is 18/6, so the DLI is about 45, which is the recommended maximum for autoflowers. I will keep my eyes on her, how is she will react.

Both Barbarian (=AK-47 x Barbara Bud) plants have developed well and carry hefty top buds on each side branch and also the main cola. The lower regions also carry buds, but those are a little more fluffy and not so big and dense as the top buds. In total the two plants harvested 91,3 grams. Every bud is COVERED IN TRICHOMES and the plants glisten in the light, they are FROSTY AS HELL! The plants have a STRONG AROMA now, which is sweet and peachy with hints of sandalwood. They smell ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS and the dried weed carries the flavor of this aroma also in the smoke! VERY PEACHY! All in all I can only recommend this strain, its not the biggest yielder, but definitely delivers connoisseur grade weed. Hats off to Mat from House of the Great Gardener in Canada, he has made another GREAT cross and I hope he will release this variety soon! 👍😍😎.
