Start of week 2 flowering. This girl is hungrier than her round 1 sister. Probably because of the extra veg time, she has developed more root and plant mass that needs more nutrients. The plant itself is growing nicely, stretching a little and filling out.

Nine weeks since the switch and the Runtz have had 7 weeks of actual flowering. I've noticed more trichomes were produced, wich I checked and most of them were still clear, maybe 10-20% was getting milky and very few were amber. I want to see way more amber before harvest, so +/- 70 days of 12/12 will be needed. This week was the last time I gave them nutrients. That was on the first day. The rest of the week I gave them ph adjusted tapwater every other day. (ec 0.5 – ph 6.24) Next week I'll start flushing with ec levels of 0.3 For that I will use a mix of tap water and demineralized water. 3 liters(0.8 gallon) tapwater and 2 liters (0.5 gallon) of demineralized water gives a 0.3 ec level. The distance between the cobs and the plants got a bit higher, from 48cm(19inch) to 55cm (21.5 inch) and the power of the cobs was reduced to 300watt. Le 4 piante di Red hot cookies si sono dimostrate veramente forti. Colori stupendi a fine fioritura, non rossi come speravo, profumo di terra, dolcezza e aspro mescolati con note di gas, un profilo terpenico molto interessante. Lo scrog effettuato da me, non credo abbia dato il massimo potenziale di queste piante, con il tempo migliorerò anche questo aspetto, ma spero di stare su 1 hg a pianta di media. Aggiornamento a breve con peso a secco, foto dei fiori ripuliti e rapporto sulla potenza di questa varietà. Ringrazio tutti quelli che sono passati a vedere il mio diario, a tutti i like i commenti e ai consigli.. un grande love a tutta la community di growdiaries 💚🙏

Just a perfect outdoor grow, after last year I wasn't very confident that the plants would finish, but the dry weather helped a lot. It's about the journey too for me, just love to see them grow everyday, combat problems and have a big community here that's always willing to help!

This week was a real breeze! She's gaining a ton of weight on the bud sites and she's really growing nicely! She's starting to bud around the flowering sites and really finishing nicely. The formation of buds is my favorite part because that's when you get to see somewhat of the final picture and the time the flower is most colorful! Now the second best part is harvesting the flower for smoking which will be occuring soon! The smell on these girls is very invigorating!! She's putting out a smell of a bakery. You can smell sweet cakes when you open up the tent! I can't believe how big she's got and how beautiful they are coming along! I have to say that this is one of my favorites to grow and my favorite smelling strain! I also love the way the flowers are stacking on the colas!!! The frost on top of the cola leaves is insane! During the day I drop the humidity down to 45-50% and then at night I raise the humidity up to 60-65% which helps a ton with flower promotion during the flowering stage! Also, I raise the temperature during the day to 80° and at night I lower the temperature to 55°-60° which helps mimic the autumn temperatures that aids a ton in flower production in the flowering stage!!! Soon I'll stop giving the two Pound Cake Auto's any synthetic nutrients because they stop taking nutrients in and start to self canabulize as a normal (ending) part of plant life. Then I'll give the two ladies plain pH balanced H20 for a week to flush any and all nutrients out of them. Then three days of darkness. Finally I'll chop them down to hang in my harvesting closet for 7-14 days with a dehumidifier on at 65% humidity. Then I'll place the flower into the trimmer and then into the grove bags for the last step in harvesting! The grove bags will keep the flower at 58-62% humidity. They also help keep the flower fresh longer, the Terpenes fresh, the Terpenes flavors, and from becoming moldy or dried out! I've used both these and the mason jars with boveda humidity packs but to me the grove bags are a must!!! Thanks and as always stay safe, stay high, and stay blessed!

Willkommen zur dritten Woche der Wachstumsphase.💚🌱 Hallo zusammen! Es ist großartig zu sehen, wie sich die Dinge entwickeln, und ich freue mich, euch auch diese Woche wieder ein Update geben zu können. Heute, an Tag 22, haben meine beiden Runtz-Ladies die Marke von 17–18 cm erreicht und sehen wirklich prächtig aus! Beide entwickeln sich nahezu gleichmäßig und wirken gesund und vital – genau das, was man sich in dieser Phase wünscht. Um den Fokus auf das obere Wachstum und die kräftigeren Triebe zu legen, habe ich die untersten beiden Nodiensätze entfernt, da ich die Erfahrung gemacht habe, dass diese ohnehin keine nennenswerten Ergebnisse liefern. In der letzten Woche habe ich beide Pflanzen zweimal mit jeweils ca. einem Liter destilliertem Wasser gegossen. Mit dem Düngen warte ich noch – damit werde ich erst beginnen, wenn die Damen in die Blütephase übergehen. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem bisherigen Fortschritt und gespannt darauf, wie sich die nächste Woche entwickelt. Everything is starting to flower nicly. I Think they are a week behind because of the L.E.D. Light but starting to get sticky and stanky. PPM run off is a little high with slight nutrient burn to some fan leaves. So flushing them for a few days. always seems to happen week 5 of flower with foxfarm and me pushing them as far they can go befor they cant handle it
