Today’s date is June 11th, it has been 6 days since my last update. So far the Dolomite lime seemed to have helped with the yellowing of my fan leaves and the only “yellow” ones left look like they have a fade to them but I’m not sure if it’s due to proximity of the harvest or from the magnesium deficiency I had earlier. Either way I have to be more on top of my nutrients and my macros too. They chunked up a decent size and the branches are even toppling over from their density! Trellis was definitely needed for this one. Nothing special but watering when needed, temps have been as high as 84 and as low as 67, I’m really trying to master the environment but due to my location it’s getting harder to do so without hoping I don’t blow a fuse with all my equipment running, haha. Overall I’m happy so far and hopefully next run I’ll dial in more perfectly, if you have any tips for me please share!

Chopped on Day 70 (September 6th, 2020) 9/6/20: Hung her to dry after taking off most of her fan leaves. I decided to hang the whole plant this time around to see if it helps my dry quality. Will update with pictures soon. 9/12/20: Trimmed her up today after feeling that the nugs were crispy and dry. First couple days of dry we were experiencing a bit of a heat wave and high humidity levels (fluctuating from 60-75%). During the final days of drying we had rain and then it cooled off and dried out lowering my rh in the tent to around 50%. That crisped the nugs right up in 2 days and I decided it was time to pull her out and trim her up. The nugs were so incredibly sticky and smelled of chem. They are really dense despite their look especially the main cola nugs. Still smelling a bit like hay but I'm confident that the curing process will take care of that. I am curing with Boveda 58% rh packs in each jar and a hydrometer as well. Not going to test a nug until at least a week or two of curing or until I run out of Sour Crack lol. Will update with a smoke report. 9/28/20: So it's been just over 2 weeks of curing so far. When I first put the nugs in the jar, I was worried they were a bit too dry/crispy for what I was hoping for, but after 2 weeks of curing the nugs aren't as crackly sounding in my hands. I cured with Boveda 58% rh packs and mason jars as seen in the pictures. **SMOKE REPORT** 9/28/20 - 2 weeks of curing: The smell of this strain is a really unique one, or maybe the pheno that I got is. It smells fruity for sure but it has this gas smell to it that almost smells chemical but in a good way. I marked down tropical above because the combo of pungent fruit almost brings out a sweet cocktail aroma. After really thinking about it, I've never smelled weed with a scent quite like this one! The smoke was smooth in my freshly cleaned bong and I'm decently high. I feel pretty tired but I'm ready to do something like game or make music. I don't feel hungry (yet) but my throat is begging for a drink. I'm happy that I have now smoked my own home grown weed twice!

I took off some leaves that were blocking some bud sites to increase light penetration. I’m still giving them only water with calmag due to the nitrogen toxicity from veg… I think they are 4-5 weeks away from harvest but we’ll see🙏🏻

You can grow easily by “just adding water” to your soil for the entire growth cycle. It creates a “living soil” so your plants thrive from seedling all the way through flower and harvest. Earth Dust represents an organic dry amendment method of gardening, it’s made of a natural powder of ingredients. 🔹Because you only need to water your soil with Earth Dust, you can concentrate on caring for your plants and getting a healthy crop “on autopilot”. Now you can grow without spending hours of your life mixing chemical nutrients, and you can do it naturally. What’s more, is you will enjoy the cleanest, most aromatic, and flavorful harvest you’ve ever experienced when a plant grows in a rich, organic web of living soil. Product Highlights 🔹All-Natural Ingredients – Mostly plant-based – Safe around children and pets. 🔹Packaged in kraft paper bags that are recyclable and compostable. 🔹Easy to Use – Just mix the powder into the soil 3 separate times – then water only. 🔹Packed full of rich microbe food & contains billions of beneficial fungi and bacteria! Creates a resilient, living soil that defends against pests and diseases. 🔹Rich in trace minerals and nutrients for full plant expression. Sourced from rock dust, sea-farmed kelp, and land-grown crops. 🔹Soil Conditioners help balance pH and make nutrients more available in the soil. Achieved with ingredients like bat guano, worm castings, limestone, molasses, and humic acid. 🔹The correct balance of N-P-K nutrients for each stage of growth: 🔹Earth Dust Base (3-1-2) contains key nutrients for sustained vegetative growth. High nitrogen (N), Low Phosphorous (P), and Medium Potassium (K). 🔹Earth Dust Boost (2-3-6) contains accelerated-release nutrients for powerful flowering growth. Low nitrogen (N), Medium Phosphorous (P), and High Potassium (K). 🔹Re-use soil harvest after harvest by simply adding more Earth Dust Base to begin again. Switching to full flower nutrients, she loved the transplant, starting with half the recommended doses, growing some hairs so its te perfect moment to apply some Big One 1ml/l + TopBloom 2ml/l twice a week, to boost hairs growing and to create more bud spots. She really is turning in to a little bush i really like the structure ^^
