I like my grows to be simple, clean and efficient. The Mars 2000 plus RQS top-shelf genetics, combined with the super-simple RQS organic "Easy" line of nutes is making this beautiful grow! 6 strains, 6 healthy, thriving girls. I intentionally set 2 seeds at 3-4 intervals so I can rotate air space and have 2 harvested every 4 weeks. The organic Easy line of nutes is simple to use, clean, organic and delivers lush, healthy growth. No more mixing liquids. I feed sparingly but always give cal/mag with all waterings/feedings. I pH down water ONLY at the beginning (before feeding starts) or in between if pH runs high and I won't be feeding within 2-3 days. Feeding drops pH in coco and as nutes are consumed pH rises back to coco's neutral 7.0. Simple. I rarely water "till runoff". Lighter feedings mean less buildup. Clean. Abundant, tasty, smooth harvests is my goal and this combo delivers! I'm still enjoying last Fall's harvest of Green Gelato 😎

Plants are going smoothly into day 8 of flower.

The buds are getting bigger, two plants have started fading to yellow, while the one in the middle is severely overfed, which I did not realize at the time. Still quite happy with how they looked and that the canopy was quite even without much additional training besides the initial topping. I did bend the center plant's (the only one which wasn't topped) main branch to the side however.

It's been an exciting journey training my plants, and I'm happy with the progress they've made. I've been implementing various training techniques to encourage healthy growth and maximize yields. The plants have responded positively to the training, and I'm hopeful that they will continue to thrive and develop as planned. Fingers crossed for a successful outcome!

Day 36 Grow Diary Entry – Day 36 (Flower Day 16) Strain: Sour Frootz by Karma Genetics Plants: 4 clones Training: HST + SCROG Today is Flowering Day 16, and the Sour Frootz ladies are officially deep into the early-to-mid bloom stage. Bud sites are now well-defined, and the pistils are stacking up nicely. The stretch phase has slowed down slightly, giving a good window for structural management. To keep the canopy even and under control, I applied high-stress training (HST) by bending and tucking the taller tops through the SCROG net. I also reduced overall plant height by about 25 cm, evening out the top layer across all four plants. This should help maximize light penetration and bud development across the entire canopy. The plants handled the stress well—no signs of wilting or shock so far. With this structure locked in, the SCROG net is now fully supporting the horizontal spread, allowing more light to reach secondary bud sites. The aroma is intensifying slightly, a sweet, fruity tang starting to build up when brushing against the leaves. Everything is on track. 2018-07-17 Start of week 16 of veg. The girls is doing awesome and growing like crazy. I have topped them hard from the beginning and i will do a final topping this week. I will start flower as soon as i get my 4 x HLG 260W QUANTUM BOARD KIT V.2 that i have ordered.

They are certainly coming along. Pretty pleased. Waiting to see those lovely white pistles. :) I will definitely be checking in again next week. 😁
