Day 100 - Harvest time! Will hang her completely upside down. RH=58% and 23ºC at almost midday. Hanging them in my bathroom Day 105 - Drying finished today! Was faster then i expected but im mid summer so its hard to maintain proper drying temperatures Im SUPER happy with this diary, @Fast_Buds and the Grow Diaries Team! This website has helped my improve my growing skills in a way i couldn´t imagine. Having a clear, imaged, reported diary where you write everything you do, really helps you understand your mistakes and see where you could have donw better comparing to how others did! The Papaya Cookies are smelling great and developing nicely.I gave one last dose of recharge today and just going to give plain water until they finish.Some are developing faster than others so I won’t harvest all at the same time.The buds are getting really dense and full of trichomes.Around half of the pistols are turning bright orange giving this buds an awesome look.Ill update some pictures later on this week as they getter closer to the finish line. Day 64 removed the bamboo scrog and decorated for the fast buds Halloween contest.These girls smell so amazing and the buds are super dense loaded with trichomes.I will be harvesting one of the plants in a few days I’ll let her dry out and sit her in the dark for a day or two in another tent.Most of the trichomes are all now cloudy 🔥🍪.

week intel: we had some dear guests of family from foreign country to meet again after years so i had to make some free space for their stuff therefore girls are going to be gusts too for a week in their neighbors home :D some times unpredicted things happen you must be ready to change at any time , so i moved some and chopped off weak ones stresses : E.C stress around 1.2 3 times per week feeding: replaced b-52 with Bloom base nutrient i feed them 3 times this week with this order : day 1 : i feed them high with base nutrients(calcium & micros (half dose) + Bloom) about 631 ppm - 1.2 e.c to cause a little stress. day 3 : i feed them high dose of Top-Max + Bloom Base nutrient around 600 ppm - 1.2 e.c to let them recover a little but not fully recover still a little stress will caused. day 5 : i feed them high dose of Feeding Booster around 630 ppm - 1.2 e.c to cause stress this last week guide of the week : we are in the final phases of this run , i'm happy about quality but depressed about quantity :D

Fat Bastard sure looks pretty fat👍 I'll try drying for at least a week with both temp and humidity between 55-60. I may go check the wet weight, but😕 I'm curious to see how fat bastard turns out. Smells skunky/sweet-fruity, can't wait. Hung a wet towel in the closet to help keep the humidity up there and it seems to be working.

Hey folks, I have been checking the trichomes, and they have all glazed over white now with some turning Amber. So I am starting to flush with water. I am hoping for a 2 week flush 😀 Some of the branches are falling over with weight, hopefully a good sign. 😅

Voilà après 1 saine de séchage enfin la mise en bocale et le premier joint 😀 La plante est passé de 371g humide à 88g sec (mais il manque à peut près 10g de test ;) Je repasse après curring pour vous donner mon impression sur l effet et le goût je peut déjà dire que l effet est vraiment méchant se n est pas une weed pour la journée ;) Je peut déjà dire qu avec 371g (humide) la recolte n est vraiment pas mal du tous avec des belles tête de taille moyenne mais bien dur et surtout une cristallisation et une odeur de fraise 🍓 la folie j ai hâte qu elle seche^^ voilà voilà on se reçoit très vite pour la suite et fin de se journal ..

Pineapple Express leaves are all losing color at this point, she’s getting close. Not sure how much longer to let this one go... she’s on day 57. Online recommended harvest date says day 55-65. Trichomes appear cloudy to me already but she’s shooting new white pistils everyday. The bud that was pollinated appears to be the most done. Its sugar leaves are beginning to yellow. The other buds seem a few weeks behind this one, I’m still trying to wait so the seeds fully develop. I don’t want to chop her too soon and not have fully developed seeds. The other buds I am trying tic heck trich’s on. Berry white is chugging along still, it’s still not as far along as the others but appears to be more frosty even though she’s a small plant. Looking forward to seeing how she develops further... I suspect the buds on that plant to be very tight. Thanks for reading and happy growing! 👩‍🌾🏼 🌱

She’s still being babysat by a friend and so far she’s growing strong. Have a good stretch so the light was moved up a bit as well, also implemented some LST. Can’t wait to see her again.

Ladies are getting fat! As of day 69 (Feb 12) we have started CropSalt CAKE feeding. Time to get even frostier and fatter. They are still drinking over a gallon a day each easily. If you have any questions for me, please feel free to ask! I want to help others grow Autoflowers like this.

When should they start flowering?

This will be her first full week in flower. She has started to produce sugar leaves. It's pretty exciting to see trichomes this early in bloom.

Ginger Nut Cookies & Aussie Music Videos Week 16 Harvest 17 th April 2020 This Entire feminised seed making and growing project was a very good learning experience for me. Right from the very start, when I successfully got a Cutting ,taken from a Barneys Farm Red diesel female plant to produce feminised pollen after treating it with a silver thiosulfate solution. I then used it to pollinate a Fastbuds Girl scout cookies auto plant and let it grow to maturity. This only produced 3 viable seeds one of which is the subject of this Diary. I made up the name "Ginger nut cookies" after a variety of cookies we have here in Australia that are made with ginger. They are the same colour as the distinct red hairs on the red diesel buds. And would you believe those same vivid red hairs were passed on to this plant so I wasn't too far off the mark with the strain name. Her flavour however is nothing like red diesel or girl scout cookies and infact as taken on a smell and aroma all of it's own. She has a lovely tropical fruit like taste and the smell is a bit like fruit yoghurt. It has an unreal after taste on the exhale and the lingering second hand smoke smells very sweet and enticing. She has a pretty well balanced high too not as potent as the GSC nor as energenic as the red diesel but just a pleasant mix of the two. It was a very easy to grow and undemanding plant that didn't seem to require a lot of extra feeding other than the 100% organic nutrients that were within the soil and a few things like compost teas etc. The other element of this diary was of course the weekly Aussie music videos That I provided the links for and put up a little video clip preview of each Artists song. The temperature and humidity listed above are averages for the week. The above listed nutrients are dry and, with exception of ferrous sulfate, pre mixed at the listed rates of ml per gallon of soil. On day 3 I top dressed with ferrous sulfate monohydrate at the rate of 2.5ml/gallon of soil as listen in nutrients section. On day 3 the #3 plant seemed off. It never straightened up. 'd really like to save it even if it falls behind the others. I dug it up after pictures and placed it in a perlite filled clone chamber. Day 1 and 2 we had heavy dew. Afternoon on day two we had cooler temps and intermittent rain that continued into early morning Day 3. Day 3 was overcast with thunderstorms and rain that evening and night. The morning of day 4 we had a rain shower, but the sun came out mid day. 2-3am early morning day 5 we had very heavy thunderstorm. There was a lot of wind and rain. On day 6 the rain forecast was reduced to 5%. Despite this we had a thunderstorm with heavy rain and wind around 9.30 a.m. and a second round that evening.The soil in these pots has been soaking wet all week. Fortunately day 7 we had lots of sunshine and a light breeze that dried the soil out. This week presented a lot of challenges. I lost one plant to either my not mixing the nutrient thoroughly or the excessive moisture. If the dry fertilizers premixed into the soil are concentrated in an area of soil they can bring the roots. The excessive moisture can do the same. All that said the lost plant is still alive and we will see if it survived the intensive care unit. The two plants remaining are looking fantastic and have weathered these storms with vigor. Overall this week was a success.
