Week 5 already? Plant is struggling to catch up after such that two week lag period where it didn't do a thing. Still, things are starting to get encouraging so now watering every day at 2 hours after lights on. Added a webcam to the tent to watch what is happening. Noticed that at 12 hours after lights on, the leaves would start to wilt. Flooding at that time didn't have any noticeable effect before lights out, so I added a flood at 9 hours in (half the period). Pushed the wilting back to 14-15 hours after lights on, and just a little now, but still not completely solved. Grew from 2 inches to 7 inches this week!

Week 11 day 1 Buds look good

Día 13/10/20 día 37 de floración Nuestras nenas continúan estables, el único cambio es la bajada de temperaturas, sobretodo de noche aunque con la ayuda de un calefactor la mantenemos en 23 grados. Poco a poco los días pasan y se va a cercando el lavado de raíces, por lo que ya no subiremos demasiado la ec de las niñas, no te lo pierdas!! Día 15/10/20 día 39 de floración Continuamos vigilando las nenas, hoy ha tocado una inspección detenida y un aspirado de la sala para minimizar riesgos. Por otro lado la nutrición sin cambios, sigo con el riego por goteo programado para riegos de 1,5 min cada. 6 horas durante el día. Ahora solo falta seguir controlando a espera de cosechar los resultados, te lo vas a perder?? Día 17/10/20 día 41 de floración Hoy rellenamos el tanque de nutrición, al final se queda con 1.85 ec y 6.1 de ph, esta será la ec más elevada que utilizaremos en nuestro cultivo. La mantendremos así durante unos días hasta que toque hacer el lavado de raíces para asegurarnos de cosechas unas flores con un aroma y sabor sin contaminantes (algo de lo que ya nos aseguramos desde un principio al utilizar zyco)

Bueno resumiendo cookies gelato es una variedad híbrida muy fácil de cultivar pero ojo, cuidado con los últimos riegos si no queréis perder cosecha por moho. Lo demás de 10 pegada heavy sabor increíble, cogollos duros como rocas y bañados de una gran capa de polen. El ambiente del secado se mantuvo en 23 grados de media y la humedad estuvo por debajo de los 45% en todo momento. Poco más la verdad estuve encantado de poder cultivar una genética tan potente . Un saludazo que paséis un final de año increíble y por supuesto buenos humazooos💨💨💨.

The girls are starting to get really heavy, we may be forced to cage the rest for support, we couldn't move them much this week for fear of them collapsing..not recognizing or stopping the runaway stretch soon enough has come back to bite us..lesson learned about this strain.. the canopy is terribly uneven lol, we're just kinda letting them do their own thing at this point, we did drop 1 of 2 lights to accommodate the shortest of the group. Just 3 More Weeks Until Harvest Window! Finally starting to see more stable growth, the second light was a big help and the plants are doing well after last week's pruning. Now we are starting to see the larger fan leaves beginning to yellow and beautiful sugar leaves and trichomes developing.

Getting taller, getting bushier, very thirsty girls! Feeding nutrients every 2-3 days depending on moisture retention in the soil, follwed by flushing with ph balanced h2o every 2-3 days

Tequila Sunrise - Week 7: Slug Attack! But This Señorita's a Fighter ¡Ay caramba! This week with Tequila Sunrise has been a real telenovela, growmies! Just when I thought things were heating up with the flowering fiesta, WHAM! Enter the evil-doers, the nefarious villains... the SLUGS! Seriously, folks, when I saw my little señorita on Friday, I swear I could've cried. Those slimy devils had gone to town, leaving a trail of destruction in their wake. Leaves munched, flower parts devoured - it was a scene straight out of a horror movie! To add insult to injury, I unearthed a whole gang of the culprits - nine fat, brown slugs of all sizes chilling in the soil. The audacity! But here's the thing: Tequila Sunrise ain't going down without a fight! In a stroke of genius (or maybe just desperation), I decided to elevate her to a plastic chair throne. Apparently, slugs are like nightclub bouncers - they don't like high places (gettit?! ;). And guess what? It worked! The next two nights, not a single slimy visitor dared to approach. Victory, at least for now! Despite the slug buffet, Tequila Sunrise even managed to pull off a respectable 10cm growth spurt this week. This girl's a fighter, that's for sure. Weeds are called weeds for a reason, right? They're tough as nails, and Tequila Sunrise is no exception. So, here's the plan, amigos: let's send some good vibes this señorita's way. With a little luck and some continued anti-slug warfare, she might just bounce back from this brutal attack and still deliver a decent harvest. We believe in you, Tequila Sunrise! Show those slimy suckers what a true party queen is made of! In general, similar to the autoflowers, we collected at most a quarter of the total volume. We'll take it back and do the trimming on site. Of course, you're interested in the numbers. In total, there were 14 trips to the plot. Mostly, we focused on weeding and foliar treatment. We harvested approximately 15 plants (10 autoflowers and 5 early bloomers). Altogether, we filled 4 containers each holding 6 liters. Each container fits 350-400 grams, which means there's about 1.5 kg in all the containers, plus a 2.5 kg bag of good trim. Approximate yield per plant (inflorescences with a small amount of leaves!): Early bloomers: around 150-200 grams per plant (we didn't collect the fattest buds because, unfortunately, they got moldy, so the numbers are approximate). Autoflowers: around 70-90 grams per plant.
