๐Ÿ‘ Passion Fruitz by Zamnesia Week 7 | Finally Whispering That Flower Is Coming Welcome back to another chapter of the 8ร—8 Adventure! If you've been following this diary, you'll know that Passion Fruitz has become one of the most fascinating plants in this entire project. Not because she's the biggest. Not because she's flowering the fastest. Quite the opposite. She's teaching us that sometimes the most interesting plants are the ones that refuse to follow the schedule we expected. Every other lady in the room has already settled into flowering. Meanwhile, Passion Fruitz has continued building herself, almost completely ignoring the fact that she's been growing under a 12/12 light schedule since the day she broke through the soil. This week, however... Something finally changed. ๐ŸŒฑ Why We're Calling This Week One of Flower Technically, she's still only in pre-flower. The first signs are there. Tiny white pistils are beginning to appear. The growing tips are changing shape. The plant is slowly transitioning from producing leaves into producing flowers. Is she fully flowering yet? Not really. But every flowering journey has to begin somewhere, and this week feels like the true beginning of that transition. So for the sake of documenting this phenotype consistently, I'm officially calling this her Week One of Flower. She's finally telling us she's ready. She's just doing it in her own time. And honestly... That's exactly what makes this phenotype so interesting. ๐ŸŒฟ The Bush That Never Stopped Growing Standing at approximately 66 cm tall, Passion Fruitz remains one of the shortest ladies inside the tent. But don't mistake short for small. She's become an incredibly dense, wide, and vigorous bush. Large fan leaves. Thick stems. Strong side branches. Beautiful spacing throughout the canopy. Instead of stretching vertically, she's invested her energy into building a broad, healthy framework. Looking at her now, I can't help wondering just how enormous she might have become if I had given her several weeks of vegetative growth before flowering. Considering she's been under 12/12 from seed, her ability to keep producing vegetative growth for so long has been remarkable. ๐Ÿƒ Healthy, Lush & Full of Life Every time I look at this plant, one thing immediately stands out. The colour. Her foliage is rich, vibrant, and beautifully healthy. The large fan leaves almost glow under the lighting, while fresh new growth continues emerging from nearly every branch. She may be taking her time to flower, but she's certainly not wasting that time. Every day she seems to become stronger. Healthier. More prepared for what's ahead. Sometimes patience really does reward the grower. ๐ŸŒฑ Low Stress Training โ€” Guiding, Never Forcing Low Stress Training has continued playing an important role throughout her development. Rather than forcing the plant into an unnatural shape, LST simply encourages branches to spread out, exposing more growing tips to light while maintaining a level canopy. Combined with occasional leaf tucking, it allows airflow to improve naturally while opening the plant without causing unnecessary stress. It's one of my favourite techniques because it works with the plant instead of against her. Passion Fruitz has responded beautifully. Her canopy is open. Balanced. Healthy. And ready for flowering whenever she decides it's time. ๐Ÿ’ง Feeding & Consistency This week's feeding remained exactly in line with the rest of the flowering room: โ€ข Terra Bloom โ€“ 2 ml/L โ€ข Pure Zym โ€“ 1 ml/L โ€ข Green Sensation โ€“ 1 ml/L โ€ข Sugar Royal โ€“ 1 ml/L โ€ข Power Buds โ€“ 1 ml/L โ€ข pH adjustments using Lemon Kick and pH Plus when required. Even though she's only just entering pre-flower, consistency remains the priority. The goal isn't to force development. It's to provide everything she needs so she can continue progressing naturally. ๐Ÿ’ก Under Canopy Lighting From Day One One thing I'm particularly curious about with this phenotype is how she'll respond to the Lumiflora under canopy lighting. Unlike most of the other ladies, which received the additional light after flowering had already begun, Passion Fruitz has been benefiting from it while still building her structure. Although she doesn't yet need extra support for developing buds, those lower branches have been receiving additional light from a very early stage. Will that help her build stronger lower flower sites later? Will the lower canopy develop differently compared to the other phenotypes? Only time will tell. That's one of the reasons I love documenting projects like this. Sometimes the biggest discoveries are the ones you never planned to make. ๐ŸŒก๏ธ Environmental Conditions The environment continues providing the stable conditions shared by every plant in this project: โ€ข Day temperature: 29ยฐC โ€ข Night temperature: 25ยฐC โ€ข Relative humidity: 60% โ€ข pH: 5.8 โ€ข EC: 1.95 mS/cm โ€ข Solution temperature: 25ยฐC โ€ข Root zone: 21ยฐC โ€ข COโ‚‚ concentration: 636 ppm Keeping these variables consistent allows the geneticsโ€”not environmental changesโ€”to tell the story. ๐Ÿ“ธ This Week's Gallery This week's photographs perfectly capture the personality of this incredible plant. The full plant images reveal an impressively dense canopy despite her relatively modest height. The close-ups showcase beautifully healthy foliage, rich green colour, vigorous new growth, and those very first hints that flowering is finally beginning. Every picture tells the same story. She's been slow. But she's never stopped growing. And now she's finally preparing for the next chapter. ๐Ÿ”ฎ Looking Ahead Over the coming week, I'm hoping to see more white pistils appearing across every growing tip as pre-flower gradually develops into true flowering. I'm not expecting explosive bud formation just yet. Knowing this phenotype, she'll probably continue doing everything at her own pace. The stretch may begin slowly. The first clusters of calyxes should become more noticeable. And I'm especially curious to see how the Lumiflora under canopy lighting influences those lower branches as flowering finally gets underway. One thing is certain. Whatever she decides to do... She'll do it on her own schedule. And after watching her these past weeks, I've learned not to rush her. ๐Ÿ’š Thank You Thank you so much for following another chapter of this 8ร—8 Adventure. Passion Fruitz has reminded me that growing isn't about trying to force every plant into the same timeline. It's about understanding that every phenotype carries its own personality, its own rhythm, and its own way of expressing its genetics. A huge thank you to: ๐Ÿ’š GrowDiaries for providing an incredible platform where growers from around the world can learn, share, and inspire one another. ๐ŸŒฑ Zamnesia for providing the fantastic genetics that make this phenotype hunt possible. ๐Ÿ’œ Plagron for supplying the nutrition supporting every stage of this journey. ๐Ÿ’ก Future of Grow LED for delivering the light powering this entire project. ๐ŸŒฟ TrolMaster for helping maintain a stable environment every single day. โœจ Lumiflora for providing the under canopy lighting that's helping every branch receive the best possible opportunity to perform. And finally... Thank you to everyone following these diaries, leaving comments, asking questions, sharing knowledge, or simply enjoying this adventure with me. The first flowers may only just be arriving... But sometimes the slowest journeys become the most memorable ones. I'll see you all next week as Passion Fruitz continues writing her own unique story, one leaf, one pistil, and one flower at a time. Growers Love, and happy growing everyone! ๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ’š

Day 37 We started with nutes today Then all day long outdoors From 6AM to 6PM Plus CFL afterwards They rest for 3 hours and then CFL again Btw accidentally snapped one part of one big leave but that okay Since we don't do defoliation on her We guessing it's okay she will recover soon Day 38 Since she's such a queen we wanted to upload a video showing how she starts flowering for the record, thanks a lot You can Always follow me at Instagram @cannagrowersiriuz Also don't forget to add your comment below, it is important to us! We want to learn, any tips, suggestion, more than welcome my friends Happy Growing Day 39 Some mins before installing ScroG Day 40 Wonderful, she's out of there already so huge, full of buds Day 41 she's actually doing great full of buds but those 2 first leaves are a little bit sad looking weird plus those black dots idk and it's turning yellow in between I decided to remove it and well, I'm hoping she's doing well what else I could think of guys any help or concerns? At the end of the day, she's overall healthy and strong Day 42 Time to feed the babies, so we added 900PPM (300ml) floranova grow Followed by 1590ppm (300ml) flora nova bloom to make sure she's got all nutrients balanced well, also added 400ml of plain water after that so they could get a nice run off. I think they're happy and we gonna check on them in a couple days to see how they go, Ph is around 6.2 which is great Temp outdoors from 7-@ 1pm around 25C to 36C Then back indoors Temp is 28C and drop to 22 at night and dawn so they're good and comfortable Keeping humidity lvls around 40/65% top Nice AC and Fan for air circulation Thank you all for your support

Week 3 - Day 15 - She's still looking good, and starting to take off! PHing a little every day and watching her water carefully for signs of algae/cyanobacteria. Things are still looking good, so I think I may have this DWC thing under *some* sort control.

Hey ZAMNESIA has sent some more seeds to rock under the new lights X2 Vipraspectra lights 200watt total 400 watts These new lights (LEDS) where sent by Vipraspectra to upgrade me to newer LED lights with the sunlike full spectrum lights , the room is brighter no doubt and the spectrum of light outperformed the HPS running at 400watt the same running power as both LEDs . As you can see I'm already a fan of this light and I haven't even been running it under plants yet I've just had it on to see what the running temps where of the room and at 19oc does a pretty good job at keeping stable temps . I do plan on adding another P2000 in for flower The leds themselves run with 3000k 5000k warm white and cool white IR AND DEEP RED giving of a full spectrum of light , running there pretty bright and a recommended hanging height of 20inch , I've hung the lights at 5foot with the hps also and will not move my hanging height instead I'll start from 100% light and increase towards flower the amount of leds. These lights arent over expensive considering there dimmable with a great functioning dimmer switch, also I notice there built quality is superior in this category of lights and price, there solid heat sink is amazing giving the light a solid build finish the driver is mounted on the top but raised away from the board to maintain better heat dissipation from the driver and board . Approx 6 foot cable hanging rope also include with a very well thought out hanging kit .the only thing I think was a downside is having no stickers I'd love to see these light come with logos corresponding to the size of the light , 2x2 = 2foot sticker would be amazing ๐Ÿ˜‰ If your interested USE CODE : IGROWNEIL at checkout an get 5% off and also help this channel There's also the link to join and become an affiliate https://partners.viparspectra.com/create-account?ref=jursrsaof8 Back to the seeds these girls where the frist to pop above ground on my last . I didn't get out of the frist week and the timer failed so ZAMNESIA quite happily sent the same batch of seeds to start again with which is pretty class of them , big thank you These genicitis are top class ๐Ÿ‘ I'm glad to be running them again as I do love gorilla glue they also have sent Runtz and GSC which in themselves are another couple of great strains with amazing genetic potential locked up in there seeds ๐Ÿ˜€ Started on 14-11-21 , I was planning on using hps along with this run but instead I'm gonna aquire a xs4000 from viparspectra 480watt and have the two p2000 hung at either end leaving us with 880watt LED grow ( will be insane) The seeds are all off to a great start but I'll always have great exceptions for this strains. The last time all 3 gorilla glue where frist above the soil , nows there a wide selection of strains growing and will be multiple plants also I ended up dropping 20 seeds I total 3 of them being the GLUE

Hello. this is the end of week 7 and the beginning of week 8 of veg. What good luck... I've got 7 females and 1 good male out of 9 plants. I killed 1 male and 1 seed didn't pop. Things are going well... The last undecided plant turned out to be a female. So I'm already to repot them and put them in the tent. I've got a 5x5 tent with a Spider Farmer Light, SF4000 in there. I think I'll have to get more soilless soil. I use Sunshine Mix #4. I usually get 4 bales to get me through a year. Lots of big spiders in my yard this year. The bees are sure taking a beating though. I haven't seen one in days. No wasps or mosquitos too. Hope your enjoying the comics. Have Fun. Chuck.

another big day for pHresh Farms 001. moving into mid-veg (week 4) with the family and all of them are now in 5-gallon pots with 70/30 coco perlite, fed on GH trio plus calmag. Calmag has been lower then ideal, grape stomper has been affected by nitrogen toxicity due to an early experiment with worm castings in the coco. leaving the coco amendments for another time, going with what I know now which is the GH trio. runtz Grape stomper and black ice gelato are older then the rest (gorilla zkittles, bubblegum, amnesia haze), and our topping efforts are bearing fruit. Will continue to optimize this juice mix for mid veg. oh yeah. we're now using our GrowGen 720W LED. intended for flower only but as this is batch 001, it deserves some luxury. Runtz Muffins, Blueberry, White Widow coming soon... will upload gd for batch 002 when they're germed and in 1-gals. we continue on this journey. happy to see these beautiful plants happy. till next week ...

Flower Week 11! Chop week! F71 chop day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Harvest results: Plant 1 = 246g wet, dried to 64g Plant 2 = 345g wet dried to 103g Plant 3 = 338 g wet dried to 93g Plant 4 = 256g wet dried to 64g Plant 5 = 248g wet dried to 63g Plant 6 = 240g wet dried to 75g Plant 7 = 330g wet dried to 91g Plant 8 = 302g wet dried to 88g Total = 2305g wet so Im guessing 575 g dry, or just over 20 ounces. This beats my goal of 1lbs. EDIT - Updated dry weight is 641g!!! or 1.43 lbs blowing away my goal. These nugs were dense!! Picked a bunch of finger hash from the trimmer, and there is so much more left. I got a nice load of sugary trim which is drying out now and I will be doing dry ice and dry sift extraction. Stay tuned for cured photos and taste review

Overall Iโ€™m happy with how the Blue Dream from Crop Kings came out, despite losing one plant to some odd characteristics likely brought on by being a new grower, but upon receiving input from others, the genetics of that particular plant may have been a little off. I picked a small bud 1 week prior to harvest, and let it dry for 5 days, the wife and I smoked it while camping and thoroughly enjoyed the high it produced. Obviously the on the scale weight is way off at 1338 G, lots of moisture and tons of stem weight. Will update with a total next week when drying is complete. After drying for a week I have now jarred and weighed the final result, and the final tally is 140.77 g or 4.969oz. A very energetic and long lasting high.

Day 15: Watermelon Zkittlez is looking strong. A little discolored but it is early growth and should work itself out. Kind of resembles watermelon rind to me which is quite the coincidence I think. First big feed: 4ml FloraMicro, 6ml FloraGro, 3ml FloraBloom, 2ml CALiMAgic, 1ml RapidStart, 1ml Floralicious Plus and 2.5ml Armor Si. RO water PH 6.0 Temp: 75ยบ RH: 63% PPFD: 450 VPD: .53 kPa Day 16: She's looking about the same with some new leaf growth. I can't tell if she just has funky pigment in her leaves or if there is a deficiency going on. Her leaves look just like watermelon rind! Kind of weird but also maybe genetics. Will leave for now with no adjustments to nutes and see if new growth changes. No water no feed. Temp: 76ยบ RH: 61% PPFD: 475 AVG VPD: .46 kPa Day 17: Happy, healthy, let grow! Applied first LST bend this morning. Should take nicely. Will feed tomorrow. Temp 77ยบ RH: 55 % PPFD: 500 AVG VPD: .6kPa Day 18: Watermelon Zkittlez looks really funky. Something is going on with her but I'm not sure what exactly. There is clear pigmentation issues but again, why? Same nutes as all the other girls who all seem to be thriving. Can't figure it out unless it's genetic. Moved up and turned up the lights. Fed 250ml of 4ml FloraMicro, 6ml FloraGro, 3ml FloraBloom, 1ml RapidStart, 2.5ml ArmorSi, 2ml CALiMAGic and 1ml Floralicious in RO water PH 6.2 PPM: 750 Solution Temp: 69ยบ. Tent Temp: 77ยบ RH: 60% PPFD: 575 VPD: .44 kPa Day 19: Looking good. Tent Temp: 77ยบ RH: 60% PPFD: 550 VPD: .44 kPa Day 20: Still looking good. New growth. Fed another 250ml RO water with 1ml RapidStart PH: 5.7 Tent Temp: 77ยบ RH: 60% PPFD: 550 VPD: .44 kPa Day 21: End of Veg Week 3! Looking strong and healthy so far despite the extremely odd leaf colors. Close inspection shows some sort of deficiency or disease but all other ladies are receiving the same nutes in the same soil and grow conditions. All are very healthy. Has to be a genetic flaw in the bean. Will grow it out to see if it persists or corrects. Almost feeding/watering daily at this point, will up the solution volume and see if it will last a day or two longer. Fed 350ml-400ml of 4ml FloraMicro, 6ml FloraGro, 3ml FloraBloom, 1ml RapidStart, 2.5ml ArmorSi, 2ml CALiMAGic and 1ml Floralicious in RO water PH 6.2 PPM: 750 Solution Temp: 69ยบ. Tent Temp: 77ยบ RH: 60% PPFD: 500-550 AVG VPD: .44 kPa

Hello. I've harvested the Mega Mouth. WOW!!! I'm very impressed with this strain. Over 1.5 k for 5 plants. and it was finished by Aug 20 with the tents help. I'm trying some new (for me) categories to add to my report. Plant Stretch (PS) 1 to 5- 1 is hardly any stretch. Bud Mutation (BM) 1 to 5- 1 is a beautiful normal bud- 5 is big weird growths like foxtails. Trim- How easy or hard it was to trim up 1- you blow on the branch and hang it up. 5- Is very hard to trim takes a long time. About- Best guess on the THC % (I've been smoking a long time) Resin- 1 is super slippery 5- is very sticky like Gorilla Glue. Size of Buds (SOB) 1- is very small 5- is the biggest buds Dense- 1- is the lightest or fluffiest 5- is the rock hard buds your bud buster has trouble busting up. Plant #1 Wet Trim 1647 g PS. 3.5 BM 3.5 Trim 4 About 21% Resin 4 SoB 4 Dense 4 Finished Dry Weight 289.5 g or 10.33 oz. Plant #2 Wet trim 1606 g PS 3,5 BM 3.9 Trim 4 About 22% Resin 3 SoB 4.7 Dense 4.3 Finished Dry Weight- 302 g or 10.78 oz. Plant #3 Wet Trim 1635 g PS 3.7 BM 3 Trim 2.8 About 20% Resin 2.8 SoB 3.7 Dense 4.5 Finished Dry Weight- 314 g or 11.21 oz. Plant #4 Wet Trim 1753 g PS 2.5 BM 2.5 Trim 3 About 22% Resin 4 Falls off easily- Clumpy Dense 2.5 Final Dry Weight- 343.5 g or 12.26 oz. Plant #5- Wet Trim 1787 g PS 3.5 BM 3.7 Trim 3 About 24% Resin 2.5 Dense 2.5 Finished Dry Weight- 355.5 g or 12.69 oz. The taste is sweet and smooth to go down with a nice balanced buzz. There was some pests around. I found thrips damage in veg and got some Spinosad to take care of that. Saw some fungus gnats around but they didn't do much damage. Easy to grow and trim. This is a recommended strain. Chuck.
