Hey guys, slowly we coming to an end. ☃️ The two plants on the left looking like Slurricane Phenos and on the right side like Platinum (Less purple and late finisher). The Slurricane Pheno on the backside looks most frosty and will finish most early. It's a keeper for sure and also the clones looking very healthy. The other clones i will send straight into flowering when i have space in one of the other tents. Smooth run with this Genetics and the flowers looking very promising. 😍

Week 3 :)

This week was mostly about getting everything ready for the vegetative phase. I will start to add some nutrients this week. I will first flush out most of the old water that has been running through the system for about 2 weeks now. When the plants get a little bigger I will add some nutrients and try get my EC level up to around 0.7 with the help from the very supportive people over at EHG nutrients. They have offered to sponsor me through this grow with nutrients which will be of great help. They are a local South African company, so for any one from South Africa 🇿🇦 please check them out. I have added an oscillating fan to add to the airflow en strengthen my seedlings whilst they start to grow stronger. Due to my humidity being a bit lower than what I want it to be, I have decided to add an air purifier/humidifier which will hopefully add some humidity to the tent. I am aiming for about 65% RH and will be monitoring this closely. My lights are currently at 40% strength. I am making use of a panel heater to break the winter cold and will be aiming to be at around 25 degrees Celsius (77 degrees Fahrenheit). I have added an Mycelium bag which is an alternative way to add extra co2 to your grow. This helps the plant to absorb nutrients better and handle the temperatures a bit better. I will be adding photos as the week continues.

I started feeding liquid nutrients this week. Although I’m using Nature’s Living Soil Super Soil Autoflower Concentrate mixed with Fox Farm Ocean Forest—so technically I could water only until harvest—I decided to begin liquid feeding in Week 3 at half the recommended dose. I also have a Tray2Grow Autopot system for automatic bottom feeding, but I haven’t activated it yet. When using liquid nutrients via top feeding, I’d need to turn the Autopot system off and wait until the plants absorb all the water in the tray before feeding from the top. Afterward, I’d have to manually turn the system back on. That seems like a hassle compared to just hand-watering and feeding. I could technically add the liquid nutrients to the Autopot reservoir, but that somewhat defeats the purpose of the system. The tank holds 25 gallons—enough to last a few weeks—but if I want to change or rotate nutrients weekly, I’d have to dump the remaining water and remix the solution each time. If I wanted to feed nutrients every other watering, I’d be changing out the tank every 3 days. Plus, liquid nutrients can cause buildup, so I’d need to clean the reservoir and all the tubing regularly. For now, I’ll stick with hand-watering and top feeding. I’ll only switch to the Autopot system if I need to leave town.

The temperatures, humidity, and watering listed in the grow conditions are averaged for the week. The pH listed in the grow conditions is the soil pH. Nutrients listed in that section are ml/gallon of soil. I didn't include water in grow conditions as it rained almost all week. I watered one time and listed in the daily updates. Day 1 we had sunshine and a lite breeze. Day 2 and 3 we had sunshine and a lite breeze. Day 2 #3 plant succumbed to her injuries, R.I.P 😥 Day 4 we had rain showers I'm the morning and throughout the day. The plants roots appear to have found the ferrous sulfate I added last week 💚 Day 5 we had rain in the early morning, drizzle and afternoon showers. I added an additional 50ml of ferrous sulfate top dressed. I also spread just enough peat moss to cover the ferrous sulfate to prevent the rain from splashing it onto plants. Previously the rain splashed granules of ferrous sulfate onto the leaves, burning them. I used 50ml or 2ml/gallon of soil. as I've only got about 25 gallons of soil. I'm waiting to top off after this excessive rain is done. Day 6 we had intermittent rain, drizzle, and mist throughout the day. There's a bug haunting plant #1. I can't find it, so most likely a cricket or grasshopper. It's beed feeding on this plant since day 5. Stakeout for the kill has begun. Good news on day 6. The ferrous sulfate has brought the soil pH down to 6.3. There's still a small phosphorus excess but these girls will grow into it. Day 7 we had rain all morning into the afternoon. Pots are soaked. The insect, I suspect to be a cricket, remains a pest. It ate more of #1 plant on evening of day 5. Despite the adversity these girls are growing. Plants doubled in height this week and overall the week has been a success.

Nach langer Zeit ist es endlich soweit, ich habe sie geerntet. Bei dieser Pflanze habe ich mich dafür entschieden sie gegen den natürlichen Lebenszyklus outdoor eher zum Blühen zu bringen. Ich pflanzte sie in einen Hanffasersack den ich mit Erde auffüllte. Diesen platzierte ich auf einer Schubkarre. Wo ich wohne wird es manchmal schon im Oktober sehr kalt, sodass die Wahrscheinlichkeit für eine sichere Ernte realtiv gering ist (at this point i hope the best for my other outdoor plants). Ich rechnete mir aus wann der perfekte Zeitpunkt zur Ernte ist um noch im Sommer das Resultat genießen zu können. Ab diesem Zeitpunkt fuhr ich die Schubkarre jeden morgen um 8 Uhr nach draußen und um 18 Uhr wieder nach drinnen um optimale 12 Stunden Lichtzufuhr zu gewährleisten. Während den letzten Wochen der Blüte sind ein paar männliche Blüten aufgetaucht wie auch bei meinem indoor grow. Für einige war der Zeitpunkt der Ernte vielleicht zu früh, aber ich finde es so sehr angenehm zu rauchen und auch der Effekt ist in diesem Stadium optimal für mich. Die einzige Methode die ich hier verwendete ist das Pruning. Es erspart dir einen Menge Zeit beim beschneiden der Blüten und lenkt die Kraft auf die verbleibenden Blüten, um diese zu stärken. Nachdem ich bei meinem letzten outdoor grow viel zeit beim trimming verbracht habe, habe ich mir eine Erntemaschine gekauft (look at the video). Mit dem Ergebnis der Maschine bin ich zufrieden, da ich es per Hand in der gleichen Zeit unmöglich in der Qualität geschafft hätte. Die Blüten wurden ungefähr 2 Wochen bei guter Durchlüftung getrocknet, um am Ende wurden es 255g. Für mich persöhnlich ist es ein sehr gutes Ergebnis. Die Blüten sind schön fest und klebrig mit einem sehr süßlichen Geruch. Ich habe versucht ein paar schöne Fotos zu machen und habe meine Kreativität spielen lassen (my wife also got a great idea, you can guess which idea was mine ;D) If you have any questions feel free to ask. Hello, everyone. What happened with us this week - we moved our girl to another box because her height is now over 140 cm, and she started hitting the lights. I couldn't take good photos, so here's a video. The issue is that our girl was under the net in the box, and when the net was removed, she started collapsing under the weight of the buds. I ordered supports of 150 cm in height, and when I make our girl presentable, I'll take a lot of photos. We trimmed the leaves and small branches a bit.Take notice, it's the third week of flowering, and our girl is already covered in sugar. I want to wish everyone a good harvest and easy cultivation. week intel: we reached the peak of flowering stage and need to cause a little more e.c stress from this week so e.c stress is twice a week i reduced the amount of Nitrogen and calcium and stopped feeding silicate in other hand i raised the amount of base nutrient and booster short story version: more K & P - less N stresses : a little E.C stress around 1 and 1.2 twice a week from this week feeding: i feed them 3 times this week with this order : day 1 : i feed them high with base nutrients(calcium & micros (half dose) + Bloom) about 566 ppm - 1.1 e.c to cause a little stress. day 3 : i feed them low dose of Top-Max + B-52 around 392 ppm - 0.7 e.c to let them recover a little but not fully recover still a little stress will caused. day 5 : i feed them high dose of Feeding Booster around 630 ppm - 1.2 e.c to cause e.c stress again guide of the week : e.c stress if done correctly is one of the very few ways to increase quality in all aspects ( color , aroma , taste , bud structure , resin contents ) but if you over do it , listen carefully brother : it can reduce quality in every aspect so always look for signs and never reach the red line

She still drinking a good amount of water but able to extent the waterings to 3 days apart before she gets thirsty again. Stopped feeding except one watering was with molasses and the other ph'ed filtered tap water to 6.5 and bubbled a few hours before use. Upward bud growth is stopping and the buds are starting to plump up more and becoming more dense. Sill a good amount of white hairs but most are brown now. Terps are starting to get much stronger this week. Very frosty and shiny buds are sweet and pungent. Plants are holding them self up nice despite all the weight. No signs of leaves fading color yet. Temps and humidity gave been in much more favorable range and starting to get a nice Day-night temp differential. I think the colors will start to ahow this week.

08/29/2018 Been a hot week but the girls don't seem to mind,90s in the day 82° at night and sticky,muggy weather. Their leaves all pointing ☝️,lets me know they are happy ☺️ .watered with plain water they were pretty dry pots weight was very light. Will feed and water in in morning sleep well and medicated😎 08/31/2018 Just a note today #1 is very green compared to the other 4 plants, could be potted plants running low on nitrogen? My soil has plenty according to soil test. I know last year's crop in soil was pale like other 4 plants, maybe biochar is helping soil retain it's nutes better? Year 2 for biochar, first year could have tied up some nutes....hmmm? Ps Last feeding today Fox farms big bloom at heavy feeder dose 1/2 cup per gallon, should see nice gains this week! 🙏🙏🙏. Pss. G GTH #4 loosing her smells, #3 smells of Skunk and coffee ☕,#2 minty chlorophyll orange,#1 menthal,skunky but very lite scent. Should I pollinate a branch of each? Oh my God the pressure! day 50 - everything going OK. im using only water right now. day 52 - today I was in the local Grover's store where I was given a trial package of supplements 10 grams of powder feeding PK Booster. so today will be the first day of irrigation using PK Booster. dosage is 0.25 g per 1 liter - total ppm 140. (pure water ppm is 70) day 54 - another defoliation

Just starting the 3rd week, I’m at 1/2 strength on the nutrients, will be changing water and nutrients every Saturday. Looking good. Roots coming thru. So far so good coming into second weekend of clean water and more food on Saturday. Really starting to get full. 8/18 Fresh water and nutrients today and both topped. Finishing out the 3rd week all topped and ready to bush out.

She’s cruising through late flower now with strong stacking, steady trichome development, and some beautiful natural fading. The canopy stayed balanced and open this week — no new LST applied, but I did remove a few large fan leaves (3–4) to improve airflow and reduce the risk of moisture buildup. Buds are visibly frosting up across all sites, and I’m starting to see early signs of purpling on some of the upper fans, which matches what I’ve seen in the breeder photos. Lower fan leaves are beginning to fade and crisp at the edges — normal end-of-life senescence, nothing widespread or concerning. I continued alternating feedings: watered with Big Bud (5 ml/gal) mid-week, then gave Cal-Mag (1 ml/gal) on Day 63 along with a refill of the auto-watering base. Temps ranged between 86–88°F with humidity steady around 39–42%, which seems to be keeping everything dry, resin-rich, and stress-free. Week 10 starts tomorrow — I’ll begin checking trichomes more closely and start prepping for flush and harvest. Still smelling sweet and staying strong!

Week 7 of Veg for these beautiful ladies! It was a stressful week for the girls but they made it❤️ Day 44 I decided the girls had outgrown their 2 gallon nursery pots and were ready to move on. After a quick cleanup of the undercarriage, they were ready to go. I like to keep my soil in a Rubbermaid bin, either with a fan lightly blowing, or the exhaust line from my tent blowing at it. Since I started doing this, I have not had any gnats or pests in my grows, of course with regular cleanings and IPM… This time around, I decided to use some Dynomyco to increase the mycorrhiza count of my Promix HP. This will increase root development and allow for better uptake of nutrients overall. Within an hour or so all of the ladies were transplanted ❤️ 2 in 7 gallon fabric pots, and 1 in a 5 gallon fabric pot ( the 5 gallon will finish in my 2x4 tent) Once the girls bounce back and take hold of their new forever pot, I will be setting up my custom “floating” SCROG net and allowing them some time to get bent and tucked all nice snug before I flip to a flower schedule. Ayyy, look at her growing! i was away for a weekend and look at this jump. The first broken off stem attached itself after taping it. the Second branch i broke off, i tried to attach a cutting from another branch, fixated it with tape and a metal clamp. Which did not work but i think it's because i let too much green on it, so i dried up before it could fix itself. MAYBE. It's just my observation but i want to try every method i can think of, trying to attach a broken off stem again, and I will be successful finding the best technique for me. And i will share it, if i found it! Next time i will remove almost any green so it's just a little stump, i think the shorter the cutting the better. What do you say about the Training so far? (:

Es bilden sich immer mehr Trichome und das Aroma nimmt zu. Die Sonnensegel wurden nochmal ausgedünnt.
