Hi Growmies I hope your week had been as productive and fun as mine and that your flowering is progressing. It has been a very easy week to manage their needs. Nicely set and with lots of light per plant , we have a lot of clusters of pistils throughout their whole structure. Keeping the humidity lower now is helping to reduce the risk of bud rot with so much vegetation and fresh pistils to feed it. It will also help raise the oils needd within the girls to keep them supple amd attractive to those buzzy friends they hope to attract. The smell of sweet pineapple is so strong in the room now and their stickiness from resin is really starting to show itself now. It is evident that the plagron products have had a substantial effector the progress now with so.mamy sets of flowers lower in the canopy too. Seeing other grows of the Biscotti not using the products , there is a difference in node lengths between flowers without doubt. The flowering plants are nice and stocky compared to most of my previous grows sonit has been easier to keep them well within the lights sweet spot With just 2 weeks left that will hopefully be the adding weight and second flowering sets kicking into play too , a good yield could be on the cards. I do seem to have 2 phenotypes off the Biscotti running so it will be interesting to see how they differ at the end for yield etc.. I have added a small greenhouse heater to bring the temp up a little and help with the humidity control too as we are experiencing a very cold snap again in good old Blighty. All in all a great week with a more to follow hopefully. 😀 Be lucky and stay safe among the chaos unfolding.......

More calm this week, not a lot of people mention on here that the work load reduces a couple weeks after the big stretch. Not had to do too much except a little bending as she’s still getting a bit too close to the lights again. Most of the fan leaves are off now, that I can reach that is. No more reservoir changes now until it gets the chop, as my nutrients stay fairly consistent for the next 3-5 weeks. At around 950 TDS @ 0.5 or 1900 PPM. Still no nutrient deficiencies, the longest stretch I have gone without at least some spots or marks on leaves. Would be interested to know what you guys think she might yield now she’s just about into her 5th week of flower?

Week 7 with 3 plants... all three show different characteristics 1 is full n bushy, 2 is short and bushy, 3 is a bit stretched and showing burned tips

Day1: Tent is getting a bit crowded so I had to flip the switch and let the stretching begin! Raised the lamps about 10cm to get some more spacing between the nodes and removed a lot of the leaf mass to promote the lower branches grow. Sunset Sherbet #1 had its newest growth tips turning a little yellow and I'm not sure yet is it overdose/deficiency/heat issue or just a little pH mishap from overwatering.. gave her a little less nutrients to see how it responds. Gonna wait a little more time between next watering to let the soil dry up a little better (saw a fungus gnat flying in the tent and I don't want those f*ckers to overpopulate.) Day3: Some training, all seems fine Day4: Raised the lamps a bit again, not sure if the other Sunset Sherbet and now OG Kush too is suffering from mild nutrient burn or light stress Day6: My hydrohomie fucked up the Gelato#45 cuts I gave him so I took Peyote Critical as my next mother victim. Took 12 good sized shoots from below which I would've lollipopped anyways.. Hope she wont mind since I wasn't planning on defoliating/lollipopping this soon. Planning on training at around day 10 and 20 give or take and then I'll let them grow stress-free. Stretching ain't so crazy at least yet and the canopy is staying pretty much at the same height. Next defoliation/lollipopping I think I will remove all the bindings to avoid snapping the stems. All girls are now showing at least few pistils. Tried using the blooming leds on Viparspectra for two days and the temps are staying pretty much at 28C at most but switched back to just blues since not sure if there's a bit of light stress on SS/OGK. Will switch to full power when the stretching ends.

Tester 2313 is doing very well, we've started the mainlining and topped twice this week! I'll most likely keep her at 4 colas for the remainder of this grow. Really excited to see this project out! 3 dny po posledním tréninku (53 dní od vyklíčení) jsem změnil světelný cyklus na 12/12. Nastavil jsem SCROG síť do finální výšky a nyní zbývá jen čekat až holky vyrostou 🤩 snad se mi podaří vytvořit rovnoměrný baldachýn. Blumat zavlažování funguje skvěle a rostliny jsou s ním velmi spokojené. V substrátu se mi rozmnožili springtails. Beru to jako dobrou zprávu poukazující na dostatek organického materiálu kterým se živí. Ale i tak budu jejich počty hlídat a redukovat postřikem substrátu pomocí nimbového oleje (1 polévková lžíce na 1 litr vody + 3 kapky mycího prostředku na nádobí) vždy když mi přijdou jejich počty moc vysoké.

LET THE DIARY START OFFICIALLY: 10/06/2020. planting. I have prepared everything I need for planting. The 11lit fabric pot I got from RQS, also Organic Boost Nutrition and Mycorrhizza from RQS, Soil is Light-Mix from BioBizz and of course the seed of the new strain Green Gelato Automatic. After adding 50g of pellets from Organic Nutrition and 5g of Mycorrhizze, I mixed everything well in the pot. After that I watered well and soaked the soil, I dug a hole with a wooden stick about 2-3 cm, I first put 1g of mycorrhize and then put the seeds inside. I lightly covered the hole with earth and put the pot in his new home. The temperature was about 25 degrees and the humidity about 65%. 14/06/2020. She sprouted. After 4 days, Green Gelato came out. In the meantime, I sprayed the surface of the earth a little twice. The temperature is still around 26 degrees, thanks to the summer and the high temperature that enters the apartment anyway. I regulate the humidity with a humidifier, I maintain it around 60% -65%. 15/06/2020. It is developing nicely, its conditions are almost perfect. Green Gelato will also have two roommates in the box, HulkBerry Automatic. week four flower everything looks fine so far :D I water them with 1.5l every 48h the light I use was set to 100% and it hangs 80cm away from the tops

Wow what a strain! The flowers are absolutely caked with trichs, making the flowers look heavily frosted. The smell is pungent and pretty dank smelling. The taste I find to be pretty mild. Where this strain stands out is the very powerful punch it packs! WOW lol this one will have you staring at a blank tv screen for 30 minutes before you remember what you were doing lol no complaints on this strain, have it growing again this run too! Solid week. Very fast growth despite topping. Amped up the light a little bit and will begin some LST soon to try and spread the plants horizontally. Updates as we go. -8/10/2021 - Did some LST, HST and a little cleanup of some lower crap that wasn't too promising.
