Grow Journal Week 5: Bloom Phase Progress 🌼 Hello dear growers and growerettes, I’m thrilled to share the fifth week of the bloom phase in our grow journal! Here are all the details for Week 5: Weekly Progress It's been a typical week of development for the plants. Not much has happened aside from the usual growth. However, I had to reset my watering system due to an error, which involved removing the mulch layer. Since then, I've been closely monitoring to ensure the watering remains consistent. Watering and Control Systems After resetting the watering system due to an error, everything seems to be back on track. I'm observing the system closely to ensure its consistent performance. Challenges This week, the defoliation process has been particularly challenging, even though it usually goes smoothly. There are just too many fan leaves with trichomes this time. Goals and Expectations I am curious to see how the plants will continue to develop over the next two weeks, as this period will give me a good indication of what to expect at harvest. 6/22 Some pictures didn't upload but that's probably a good thing. As long as the video went up its good. I need to take less pictures. I'm glad I watered the plants in the back with a premixed gallon last night as we didnt get nearly the rain I thought we would. It's small showers throughout the day. The plants are getting enormous. A couple have revegged. Mostly the 10th planet. The others aren't anywhere near as impacted. Boy are some of these stalks thick. I chose to keep a couple plants that could be grown naturally without topping or fimming. I like to see the structure of the tree bit with humidity like this 98%rh it's easy to get botrytis. That's why it's good sometimes to have multiple bid sites so your proverbial eggs aren't all in one basket. But you do end up with a massive cola. I think that mk ultra with the big fan leavescis just going to be one giant bud. That's what it's looking like. Oh and today is the summer solstice. Longest day of the year. 6/23 WATERED EVERYTHING. USED FIVE AND A HALF GALLONS. EVERYTHING GOT AT LEAST A HALF GALLON. Despite the rain we got and the bags still having some heft I decided to water. It's 80 at 9am. It's supposed to he in the upper 90's today and coukd break 100° tomorrow. I hate that the grow bags are black. That's way to hot for the plants. I should find some empty soil bags and wrap the black fabric for a couple days. A sunscreen might help but I doubt much. We'll see how it goes. 6/24 It's 90° at 9am. It's supposed to break 100° amd stay there a while. Up to 106°. Plants looked awesome this morning. I wasn't sure what I'd find. Today is the worst of the days. If it didn't break 100 yesterday it was damn close all day and the girls look GREAT. I WATERED AGAIN TODAY. I USED 6.5 GALLONS TO WATER THE GARDEN. It was nice cool well water too so they should like that. Branches are getting longer and I'm training as the get bigger. I need to put up the trellis but I'm not doing it in this heat. EDIT: 90° @ 6PM WENT OVER AND AS PREDICTED THE TWO TENS WERE DROOPING. IM WONDERING IF THEY WILL BE ABLE TO FINISH IM THOSE TENS. LAST YEAR I HAD ONE THAT WAS HUGE IN A TEN BUT IT JUST DEVELOPED INDIVIDUAL CALYXS WITHPUT CONNECTING. CHECK IT OUT ON LAST YEARS DIARY. IF THATS THE CASE I SHOULD KIGHT DEP THEM BECAUSE THEYRE GETTING BIG. I WATERED THE TWO TENS WITH ABOUT A HALF GALLON AND I USED WHAT WAS LEFT OF THAT COLD WELL WATER ON THE 10TH PLANET IN THE 30. SHITS LIGHTER THAN USUAL BUT LOOKING PRETTY GOOD. THE REST CAN WAIT UNTIL THE MORNING FOR THEIR WATERING. TOMORROW TOPS OUT AT 85° WHICH WILL BE MUCH BETTER. IM LOVING MY STRAIN CHOICES RIGHT NOW. 6/25 It's super humid out but much cooler. I think it's like 80 at noon time. I had to water the two tens this morning. I didn't really HAVE to but I did. I filled up my watering can that says it holds 1.5 gallons (but it seems like more) and watered the two tens at least a half gallon and focused the rest on the 10th planet in the 30 and the other one up front that gets lighter than the rest. I was fully planning on watering EVERYTHING this morning but I could feel moisture in the soil and they had weight. I'm pretty sure I made the right decision. Especially with humidity so high. Either way I'll check tonight. EDIT: WENT TO THE GROW AT APPROX 2:30PM. I HAD BO IDEA HOW HOT IT WAD OUTSIDE. IT WAS 87° BUT THE HUMIDITY IS DAMN NEAR 100%! I HAD WATERED SHIT A KOT LATELY AMD WANTED TO WAIT UNTIL THE MORNING. THE TWO 10'S (WITH GIANT PLANTS THAT IM NOT SURE CAN FINISH IN TENS) WERE DRY AND LIGHT. A COUPLE SPECIFIC PLANTS WETE A "LITTLE" LIGHTER THAN THE REST. I MIXED UP THE WATERING CAN WHICHVIS 2.5 AND ANOTHER GALLON. I USED THE WATERING CAN ON THE PLANTS IN THE FRONT. THE CHEMDOG #4 WAS SIGNIFICANTLY LIGHTER THAN THE REST SO I GAVE IT MOST OF A GALLON. THE PLANTS THAT ARE STILL HEAVY ARE GOING TO HAVE TO WAIT LONGER BEFORE I WATER THEM.

june 27: Start flowering the plants arent too big, they will end each with around 50-60 grams like this i am also vegging a sativa that im going to flower with them under the same light once shes big enough so i need the space. the light used is the Optic 4 (gen3) 410watt i am growing in coco without perlite i lost track of the real veg time but that doesnt matter i just look at my plants and flower them once they get a decent size, i will update this every saturday so the week by week comparison is easy to follow.

It sprouted on the 27th of October! And it’s a auto flowering seed so I need what stage it is on and I just started feeding nutrients when should I stop and do a flush 2 weeks before it’s done!?!

Hello. This is the end of week 11 and the beginning of week 12 of veg. The plants are filling out their spaces out nicely. I keep pushing down the branches, under the rungs and spreading them out. Still got a few weeks till I'm going to force flowering by closing up the tent at 8 pm and opening it at 8 am. The plant has a tangy smell to it when I work with it. OK. Keep Growing Straight.

Happy new year! I switch to water in a week and then rinse for 2 weeks. Everything looks good so far. The only thing that worry me a little is the high humidity. In the small tent I have almost always under 50% humidity in the evening, In the large tent it is rarely below 60%-65%. Although my filter is supposed to make 243m³/h, my tent construction is probably too much for it. With 90% outside humidity since weeks, it's really a battle against windmills. I hope nothing gets moldy.

The end of the fifth week of flowering and there is nothing to talk about... There are still problems with SSH. I thought it was a calcium deficiency so I gave her an extra dose but it's hard to say if it helped much. I read that calmag from biobizza is not very strong. I don't want to give too much because too much calcium will block phosphorus. PK got quite a lot and I'm wondering if I should give her more or maybe she is sensitive and I should give her a rest from fertilization? It certainly doesn't help that they are dry all the time...

9/15 - I missed my 4 week feeding of my Purple Microdots 😑 Didn't catch that mistake until I noticed some yellowing. Ugggh. But, I gave them each another feeding of Bad Bunny Nutrients, as well as some @rootsorganics Uprising Bloom & Foundation for that added boost now that they are well into flowering. I also watered them with my Roots Organics Terp Tea Bloom Compost tea that I brewed for the ladies in Flower in the 8x4 tent! So, now they are bouncing back and becoming green and lush again. 9/18 - All four are coming along nicely. They are very low maintenance and are well into flower now. These Purple Microdots continue beat all my other autos to the punch and she continues to hit EVERY milestone weeks before the others as well. She's quickly becoming my favorite auto to grow. I've decided to pop a few more seeds, identify the female, then plant one in a 3 gallon pot to see what she can really do! 9/19 - Did a lot in the garden yesterday. Since everyone is in flower, I top fed the ladies with @rootsorganics Elemental for calcium and Seabird Guano for phosphate. Followed this with some RO water and molasses.

Nice big stretch happened this week. Literally overnight my shorty plant jumped up to almost the height of the other two. I was so excited when I went out to find that but I let my rabbit out to hop around and she chewed a hole into my greenhouse and ate a shit ton of stuff off my plants. The video I posted on this week shows the extent of the damage but what really killed me was the shorty plant had just stretched and she fuckin ate 3 main branches off it and all the sides so now it’s a plant with 3 mains and little ass middle branches that have come up after I did some LST to open her up and try and make up for that loss. This week was good and it sucked. FML. I added Big Bud coco and carboload to the nute list this week so hopefully I start seeing some jump in bud production. Surprisingly I had no stunting from the rabbit eating the plants so stuff is still moving along nice for the branches that still stand. I did find some mite looking fuckers on these so I got the mighty wash out and blasted a couple rounds during the day and bought more so I can follow up but they had done no visible damage so I found them just by being active in my garden and paying close attention so go me for catching that shit before mites killed me off. 8/25/23 - Day 73 - Another week down. We did a water change today. The buds are getting fatter and WAAAAAAY smellier. I have had a couple of times now where I lost a battle to the Skunk BOSS. I have had to reach in to move some buds around because they are too close to the light on some bud sites. You can see one of the buds up top, it has some white to it, I think that's due to being too close to the light. But once I move the buds around, I smell EXACTLY like a skunk. The smell is crazy strong. It's taking several full showers and it's still all over my fingers. Gloves will be an ABSOLUTE must when just reach in for a second. 8/28/23 - Day 76 - The buds are starting to grow even more, that the buds are growing buds out of them. That sounds weird but it's the only way to describe it. It looks like Romanesco. The buds are getting more dank, fatter, and more crystals are forming. 8/29/23 - Day 77 -I did some trimming today. I push some of the buds down and really got my arms in there today. All of the buds have gained so much mass to them when I squeeze them, they are really dense. I left a time laps video of me doing some late trimming, I was noticing some of the cannabis leaves were taking some of the light from the buds. 8/31/23 - Day 79 - The trichomes are still see-through and crystal clear. Hello growers Lost the White widow to nanas, probably the 4th herm from 10 WW seeds i got. Others still looking good, feeding in nutrients this week. 3 part mix with calmag solution. 2ml of each into 6L of water. 580-600 PPM at 6.5ph. Feeding in 500ml every 3 days. Special queen in veg still will start setting up the net soon. Wont flip until the end of the month

I actually harvested Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday. First harvest was tallest buds only, they were probably 30% amber. Second harvest was the rest of the upper canopy three days later. Third harvest was the lowest buds.

Weather is really bad. I've moved her inside to avoid mold :s taking her out whenever rain stops to get some light. Hope she pulls through. Some leaves are getting grey, not sure if it is because of environment changes or what. Grow question asked said mg deficiency, but after looking at symptoms it is quite different. I'm leaving her and assuming it is ok
