Week 4 of flower and it’s been a week for the books. The males gizzed all over the females and we spent the better part of a week harvesting the males for pollen, then defoliating and spraying the pollinated females, then going full sanitize on the entire tent… (that part always sucks). Either way, they’re off to the seed making and generally showing a brilliant, yet subtle pink across most phenos. Gonna be pretty cool seeing how the colours develop on these👌. The fact that the pinks are prevalent amongst all plants is very encouraging. Still early for sure - but… potential for something special👍. Terp. Profiles are becoming quite pronounced now too. So far, we’ve got one that smells of a very sweet sorta pine in female #3 and a definitive baked berrry scent in female #1. The hope was always to balance out the earthiness of the Kush which is classic to the strain in terms of taste, just not overly tasty. Again, still early but we might’ve achieved that here on crossing🤞👌. All told and as long as we keep ‘em alive to the finish - we should have tons of seed and a well defined set of partially drilled down traits. Counting 3 discernible potential phenos so far and can’t wait to see what the clones reveal🤟. Background This project has been a year in strain selection (and another year in the actual making) to get to this point with a viable potential cross. It’ll be a true polyhybrid with a mix of sativa and indica leaning properties for each. We’ve combined an especially powerful hybrid sativa strain of Strawberry with an equally manageable and hard hitting strain of indica dominant Skywalker OG. The hope has always been to combine them and boil out the best characteristics of each. The strawberry is phenomenal in terms of terp profile and a mix of strong head and body effects while the Skywalker is a mind bending, body butter kind of indica with that earthy Kush profile and flowery undertones. The strawberry is prone to botrytis and fasciation but features excellent terps and yields if grown correctly. She’s Also stretchy and somewhat unruly when she gets going. The Skywalker is a contrast in growth characteristics with a squat structure, medium sized buds and excellent resilience and resistance. The plan is to seed out the available females and take cuts of what we can post-stretch to get a closer look at any differing phenos. Still very much early stages for a stabilized new strain but we’ve got the right foundation of solid genetics. Now we just gotta get it off the ground to the next generation👍. We’re predominantly focused on the plants that demonstrate that hybrid vigour and wasting no time with any problem plants or runts. Hallo und willkommen in Woche 7 der Blütephase Anfang der Woche haben wir zum letzten mal Größere Blätter und Kleinwuchs entfernt. Somit haben wir ihr Kraftnehmer genommen und geben ihr somit alle Kraft dahin wo sie benötigt wird. Nämlich in ihre Blüten. Das Blätter bzw. Blütendach befindet sich auf einer schönen recht gleichmäßigen Höhe und in der Technik/ Gestaltung, händelt sie sich zugleich sehr pflegeleicht. Sehr übersichtlich und kein übertriebenes beschneiden bzw. Entlauben. Die Calyxe prägt sich schön aus und die Buds schwellen immer mehr an. Day 79: Second Grow We've decided against using additional nutrients and have completely stopped fertilizing. The light cycle has been reduced to 11 hours, and we're already starting to give them cooler water. Starting Monday, I will be watering with ice water to stress the plants further, aiming for higher yield, more terpenes, and increased frost. The adjustment to the light cycle should also help the plants ripen evenly. The lights are hanging about 20 cm above the buds, which are getting thicker every day, soaking up the light intensely. In about a week, most of the plants should be ready for harvest. We plan to stop watering them for about 100 hours before harvest. During this period, I'll place ice cubes on the soil to shock the roots one last time. 48 hours before harvest, I will turn off the lights, giving the plants two days of darkness. After this period, the plants will be cut and hung to dry.

Het is zover, ze is aan haar eind gekomen. Na een moeilijke start heeft ze zich ontpopt tot een prachtige dame met mooie kleurrijke toppen als resultaat. Ik hoop dat ze smaakt zoals ze ruikt want ze ruikt heerlijk zoet bloemachtig. De toppen zijn niet echt compact maar luchtig. Ze heeft het ook zwaar gehad met veel temperatuurverschillen. Ze heeft mooie paarse suikerblaadjes. De smaak is lekker licht, tropisch aardeachtig en het effect is een couchlock. Stoned als een moederneuker. Dit was mijn eerste wintergrow en heb er veel van geleerd. The flowers develop very quickly, we can clearly see its autoflowering genes. A strong tropical smell is felt. The tips of the leaves are a little burnt Because of the strong sea wind loaded with salt...but not worrying for the future.

Looking forward to this lady developing, she has given some more height this week after a slow start, FIMed the top on this one to see how she goes, transplanted her to a 12ltr pot as i'm short on space, hopefully this way i can control the size of her a little. Flowering has really taken off. Kolas are thickening up and smelling amazing... The plants are still a little short. I think I may have stunted them in veg, possibly by giving them some bloom nutrients too early. Was a recommendation from "Mr. Canuck's Grow" (not sure that it was a good one).... Brewing a fungal-dominated compost tea for flower rn, going to administer tomorrow and show the results next week... also trellis didn't make much difference with the uneven canopy, maybe I installed it too late 🤷‍♂️

Trichomes look done, put a fork in it. The smaller plants, pheno 3 and 4, may need a little longer, but I am chopping on day 72 of flower, 112 days since they sprouted. I will be back in a couple of weeks after they dry for weights on each plant

Expecting a awesome top shelf smoke from this girl, smell is mid way, a lot less than other strains, so it make a good option to stealth, but not the best. Superb strain, will update on the effects after dry and fully cured, high is supposed to be mild and functional, this is my first medical strain with high CBD, super curious. ---WET WEIGHT--- 421G ---DRY WEIGHT--- 95G just flowers000 ---UPDATE 2 . After harvest--- -A -Jaring After drying till the stems almost snap, in a rack, I separed the flowers, weighted and jared for cure. -B-Vape report. Vaped with a Davinci IQ, about .5 from the uncurred buds, from 350f to 430f max temp. Since the begging of the session you feel this is a special strain, taste is 5/5 vapor production is insane 5/5, and the effect as discribed by RQS, a stress killer that allows you to funcione normally, think it as a mild relaxant, is what i was looking for so super satisfyed! As you increase the vaping temps you feel the effects stronger, basically is a good body sensation and head tranquility, no paranoia, no confusion, no psychoactive stone. The side effects i feel is the classic dry mouth, not too strong though. -C-Joint smoke. Nice and smooth it hits with a mild sensation, very relaxing, no couch lock, mental trip or anything, i’m certain is similar to canna-tonic some how, very enjoyable, sweet taste tones of citrus earthy and woody. -D-Bong hit. Not a fan of bongs, i feel vaping gives a better overall experience, though for the sake of the diary, i did a bong hit to check, filled a full bowl and hitted mutiple times, the smoke is smooth, no harshness, though is a bit more intense than smoking a joint. ---UPDATE 3 . Final— Well guys, this concludes my diary, with this final update. After two weeks cure, i feel is already cured for the most part, one more week and all the cruise part will be done, after that it continues but slowly. It was fun to grow, and top shelf smoke. Note that is not a recreative smoke, is functional and enjoyable, i feel that if you have a super strong strain you can dilute in to this one and have a more controlled high. Smoking, vaping in multiple temperatures and i could still function, work, speak on the phone and think clear. Looking for a Stress Killer, high in CBD, that will melt your stress and concerns so you can go on with your duties and enjoy a nice smoke, give this strain a go, and let me know so i can follow your diary and know your opinion.
