So I harvested on day 70, Pretty excited, I started with 12 seeds, 1 never popped, 2 got messed up in shell, but I hoped they would make it, they did, but they are embarrassing, I one the root system barley existed the other got so bushy and I didn't stay on top of it so it was all frost, no actual buds, pfff. THE OTHER GIRLS more than made up for it, I changed the light cycle to 10 on, 14 off for the last 4 days of light, and then the last 2 days no lights at all. Super happy so far, oh, I did not water at all the last 4 days, I thought that may help my rh during the dry, starting the dry a little on the plant, nope, my rh is high. still happy

Growth is super, despite having splitting and getting a break where I topped due to something falling on the plant. I quickly patched her up with some electrical tape and a cable tie and she recovered within a day! Super resilient plant. She's starting to smell and putting out a few pistils already at the end of week 1 flower!

Week 1 and the first round of testing for this recent new cross. The F1 generation of Northern Spice. Germination was a full 100% with varying degrees of development across 3 days in the towel. Oddly however, about half of the beans cracked the shell head first with their cotelydons. Stability is always suspect with F1s anyway, but this kind of sampling, this early is concerning somewhat. We’ll see where it goes. On another topic, we also made some big changes to the grow method this cycle. We’ve moved over to a grow system by the bucket company. Fairly similar to the Dutch bucket design, just without the small reservoir in each bucket that acts as an additional insurance policy. So far, she’s purr’n like a kitten👌. Strain details She’s a mix of a particularly strong Northern Lights, mixed with a Spicy Bitch sativa hybrid. The hope is that we’ll be able to combine the overtly narcotic effects in the NL and mellow it out somewhat with the quality daytime sativa effects found in the SB. Both strains feature numerous grower qualities. Both parents possessed vigour and resiliency, the SB particularly colourful in late flower.

Both girls started preflower on Tuesday and already I can see that they started stretching nicely. Scrog net will be installed by the end of this week. Week 5 13-19 Nov. 13/11 day 36 First runoff experience for girls. Loaded both pots with approx. 2.5 ltr each in 4 stages of 500-700ml. Runoff 100-150ml from each. Runoff PH 5.9. Nutrients for this watering were same as on previous week and added only calmag. Next watering possibly Friday but with new measurements. 14/11 day 37 Both 🍌💜👊 girls started preflower on same day. Xena is catching up quick to her larger sister and possibly soon they will be sharing this growing space 50/50 15-16/11 days 38-39 Just happy and healthy days 😁 nice steady growth. 17/11 day 40 Second watering for this week. 5.5l beetwen both. Runoff Ph 6.1 19/11 day 42 Most busiest day so far. Both girls got very bushy in last few days and they stretched enough to install scrog net. ok so everything has gone fantastic , no nutrient burns at all , and have been slowly creeping up the base nutrients , i have stopped the cal mag and now adding house and gardens bud XL at full strength these girls are now in full swing of flower and i bought a new ph stick this week , i have found when PHing the feed bucket that its best too have air stones in the bucket , add all nuts and then ph but do not use the feed that day as if you check the next day the ph is off again so i left it 24 hours after i add more ph down , and it seems too make the measurements alot easier and stable , i have bent down the main stems " without damaging them onto my netting too A keep the canopy all the same high so my lighting is covering all plants at the same distance and also it allowed the side stems too reach up too , the zkittlez did stay alot shorter and compact compared too the rest , but she has had the shame conditions than the rest , so she much just be a shorter pheno type i also was sponsored another new led light by kingbo this week so have added another 600watt led too the grow , so now have two 600's and one 900watt , and temps are still fine sitting at 24c lights on and 19-20 off , so am pleased with that , this lady stayed very short and compact and didn't really stretch much at all and it by far the smallest plant of the bunch ,

Things are moving right along, been doing some LST on bottom nodes along with slight leaf tucking. Less stress is best with autos they say. After reading other diaries, I am assuming this next week she’s gonna start flowering. Might raise feed to 70% of what fox farm recommends, she’s been loving it so far! Have a diy co2 generator with yeast and sugar not sure ppm it’s producing but pumping it up.

This week was an absolute scorcher with daytime temps in the low 30C, but we had no rain so I had to water more frequently. Seen a lovely burst of growth after last week's nutrients. Decided to bend and secure today to learn new technique. I'm fairly happy with the results. Think I might need to book up a scrog net worth all my girls after this training.

Week 7 Day 43 to 49 of flower I fed them half nute flush water this week. Feed this week was 1.25 gallons 1 time. I used 400ppm Bloom concentrate mix (recipe week 5). However, I also added .5ml/gal of CaliMagic (General Hydroponics 1-0-0) and 7ml of Roots Organics HP2 (Aurora Innovations 0-4-0). PH balance this week was 6.3. Since P2 looked mostly ready to harvest I decided to dry out after the first feed this week. Next week is play by ear week. Currently day 48 I plan to harvest p2 tomorrow and leave p1 for another week. So I will feed p1 once more with the same half nute flush water feed that I used this week then let her dry out again.

Great week. Nice dense frosty buds. Incredible smell. Great strain to grow. Really sticky. I went over board on the nutrients this run, buds are happy leaves showing signs. Careful with the nutrients, gonna taste great

Flush week! Actually she was flushed for 12 days, I want the best from that strain, so I'd like to avoid any nutrients left in my buds. She's a real beauty, showing her various colors upon her foliage and her buds. Trichomes are now exactly as I wanted them to be, so I'm going to harvest that lady now 😎

Hi Grow room buddies. Here we have another generous sponsors run of Zamnesia Autos. Ordering was a simple process with a great delivery and after sales welcome to the brand. A nice touch indeed. Rhe pack I recieved was well wrapped and secure with no signs of being tampered with in any way. A really nice package of goodies was found inside from plant labels to grinders and plenty of nice stickers to decorate too. I chose the 3 strains as 1 I love as a strain in the amnesia haze and the Gsc is one i have fancied growing for a while. The sticky beast looks like a great new strain to sample too. I used the cup of water soak for 24 hours to soften the seed casing and dissolve any protective coatings they may have . After 24 hours they were still all sealed but had at least sunk so I left them a further 12 hours. I then put them allnjnto a light mix to hopefully germinate under my lights but at a good distance away and in a heated propagator . Within a few days I saw a few heads popping up and signs of most being awake by disturbed soil. Sadly leaving them for a few more days resulted in 6 making the surface but the only Sticky beast that got through , opened a second set of leaves and keeled over with a stragulated looking stem halfway up ??. I recovered her in her fallen state in the hope she may still fight on but it isn't looking good. ( see pics !) With only 5 making it to this point , I have had to fill the gaps with other seeds. A little disappointed to get 4 failures but hopefully Zamnesia will ensure this is looked at ?. I now have 3 very healthy looking Amnesia Haze and 2 sprightly looking Girls scout cookies to play with. I have now got them into their 30L pots and have done on them to encourage a little moisture while they settle in. Fingers crossed........

They both bounced back but won't be letting it get that cold again if I can help. Flower sites are all over with pistols. No signs of any major issues so will keep the same routine.
