I seem to be improving every time -based on the quantities obtained (70g of buds +15g of leaves) 😁 - this time a marvel of smells and flavors came out 😍 the apical top is decidedly fatter than GG1 (this time I avoided messing with the pH) as well as all the other buds 😍 I don't have much experience with the various strains for now, but I definitely love this one

It was at this week I realized I’m not going to have the space!! Had to set the tent in on its side and will top and lst these for the last half of veg. My dumb ass bit off a bit too much; 6 plants ; 2 autos, 2 Fem’d Seeds and the two documented here. Dropped the new carbon filter in as things are getting stanky. 6x24 Phat Carbon with cloud line line to make the tent closed except for watering only. Next week and moving forward I’ll get photos in natural light!

Not much to report this week so far. Slightly defoliated above the Scrog to allow more light penetration for the lower branches. Plants starting to stretch abit now but nothing to bad.

10/14 - Mother had to be discarded - PH burn - pulled 17 viable clones - all clones are alive and thriving - split between 2 tents (2x2 - 4x4) all clones will be moved into the 4x4 - All the clones have been topped.

Everything went good this week, having trouble keeping the humidity up but I got some plans to rectify that soon. Lol roots are all down into the buckets now except the runt of the litter in the back corner. But we are only a week in so it’s still early for her. Just been feeding plain water ph’d at 5.8 with some UC Roots added. Been scooping a cup of water daily from there bucket and pooring it over the rock wool and pebbles back into the bucket just to keep things wet and the roots moving. They are sitting around 5000 lux and seem to be enjoying it. I’m just using a phone app with a paper diffuser to test it but it seems to be pretty good and didn’t cost much. Well she keeps plumping up slowly, main cola is 7-8" taller that the main canopy, really hoping to avoid this with extra aggressive LST next time around. Taking pictures with flash on is sure a whole lot better! I'm hoping she only has 3 weeks left! Took a few leaves off that were blocking lower bud sites and preventing airflow from hitting mail cola.

I'm very happy with this weeks progress. They transitioned very well to the garden, which I'm chocking up to the row cover. They didn't need any water due to the thunderstorm we had last night, but I did make a ring around the base of each plant and gave them about 1-2 TBSP of the Coast of Maine Stonington Blend fertilizer. They also got their tomato cages.

Howdy growfessors! Flowering has begun on these ladies, it probably started last week or maybe 2 weeks ago, but oh well it's upon us now and the ladies are hungry! Training has been continued. She is developing very nicely. As of today she has been switched to 12/12, as the net starts to get busy and anticipating another stretch I thought it would be time.

420 Fastbuds Week 7 Amnesia Zkittlez Auto Weekly update on these two gorgeous girls. They are progressing amazingly and really I couldn't be happier. I did up the tds on them to about a 1000 to give them an added boost. I'll dial it back down to about 400 as the weeks come. The smell is definitely strong on them so I can only imagine as the flower sites ripen up. So far so good. Happy Growing

So in the last couple of weeks I tried to make the night time temperature go down enough for them to turn color and they did - the sugar leaves turned a deep bluish green, really nice coloring! I harvested over a 2-day period. Day 1 I hand-plucked the sugar leaves off plants # 1, 2, & 3. Day 2 I hand-plucked plants 4 & 5, trimmed all of them and cut them down whole. I hung them to dry in my closet/former grow room with a boot tray of water with a towel for evaporation. My last grow was a disappointment in the end due to me not realizing how dry it is in the house (here in the living room it's 19% RH due to it being January in Canada and the hot water heating radiators are going full time). When they were dry enough, I did the final trimming, removing all the waste and dividing the buds into 2 classes: Top tier which are the nice tops of the big colas, and 2nd tier, which are the rest. I think I'll learn to make hash with the 223 grams of wet sugar leaves. I'll be adding more to this final entry in the coming days - this has been really tiring! Final numbers for 5 ShishkaBerry plants: Top tier buds (dried not cured) 372g 2nd tier buds (dried not cured) 150g Hand plucked sugar leaves (wet) 223g Waste (Sticks, stems, burnt leaf tips) 128g I'm basing my comments on the taste by the glove-hash I smoked - wow it's really good! I'm looking forward to next month when these buds will be ready to enjoy 😁 I'd like to thank all my new friends here and the other growers that have helped me along the way 😚 Finally, I left you with an outtake video from one of the defoliation sessions 😺 Stay tuned for updates... UPDATE 1: Today I might have made some tincture or something, not sure. I slow-roasted the dried but not cured previously hand plucked sugar leaves and crumbled them up and put them in a mason jar (51 grams 100% dry weight) and added a little bottle of Absolut Vodka (375 ml). I shook the mixture vigorously for a couple of minutes then placed it in a cool area of the house to sit for a few weeks before a first test - not totally sure what I'm doing here). UPDATE 2: Possibly made Rick Simpson Oil (RSO) out of the Alsolut vodka - ShishkaBerry mixture: I strained it so that there was no plant material, reduced it in a double boiler style, not sure what to do with the gooey stuff that's left as a result.
