Good week. On day 50 I Defoliated. Removed lowers, Taped up the room for light blockage Day 56 from Complete reservoir change Room temp/humidity- 67/70 Plant temp/humidity-70/65 CO2 level-922 CO-47 Water ph- 5.9 Water ppm- 1200 Water temp- 73

Nice and steady growth. No extra feedings yet, just water for now.

She's still growing well this week. 8cm growth. It's her first week on 12/12. Changed to 6-12-36 powdered nutrients now.

Good week of growth. NeXT defoliation on the 11th. Will strip near 75% of the leaves. Can’t wait for the new growth! Going to start adding Bud Candy and Carboload on my next feedings.

Day 49-56 (Day 50) I hooked up my carbon filter to the humidity controller and it is keeping the room exactly at 65-70% RH night and day. It looks like it turns on about every 45 minutes for about 5 minutes so it allows me to run the co2 bag properly. I don’t even have to use my dehumidifier. The room is 100% dark now too. Even the small red lights on the space heaters. Not going to feed anything other than foliars this week. (Day 51) Blackberry #4 & #8 #9 and white widows #2 & #3 are all confirmed males. Chopped them down and recycled the soil. White widow #1 is the first official female and I’m starting to see pistils on the m39/zkittlez too. Plants seem to be responding to the light fairly well. It’s hung 32 inches above the canopy which is as high as it can go without strapping it to the roof, which may have to happen one day. The plant can get within 6 inches of the light so I’m probably good. The ppfd output is 1800umols which is super high so I want to hang them as high as possible in veg. I wish I could rent a ppfd meter to see if I’m in range at 32”. (Day 52) Blackberry breath #3 is the first official bbb female to show. I decided to scrap BCTG #2. It sounded like a good strain but after looking at pictures of people who have grown it online, it doesn’t look up to my standards. I found a very small patch of powdery mildew on one of the leaves so I’m not even going to start with that shit again. I’m really thinking about scrapping the m39/zkittlez and the white widow too. I’m praying that I get at least 4 females of BBB. I tried super cropping for the first time today. A few of the branches I definitely squished a bit too much as they turned quite brown and looked dead within a day. (Day 53) Despite the m39/zkittlez vigorous growth, I know it will be a shitty strain that will most likely herm as it’s from a bag seed of low grade weed. I’ve decided instead of scrapping it, I will use it for experimenting with a new chemical powdery mildew preventative. If it dies oh well. I doused it and chopped a limb off a few hours ago during lights on and it seems fine. (Day 54) I’m about 90% sure BBB 6&7 are both female. #2 & #5 are looking like males but too early too tell. #1 is really tough to say. Just gotta be patient I guess. #3 has a great spread out structure, I hope it doesn’t stretch too much. The scrogging is a priority. I put up the scrog net just to see how it fits. It’s a little small around the edges but that’s fine. So it’s looking like out the 9, I would be lucky to get 4 fems if #1 & 7 would show forsure already. If #1 is a female I have my 4 and I can throw out the white widow. The white widow is just insurance at this point. Super cropped plants have recovered nicely. Going to continue doing this more. I’ve noticed that the plants that were put into my custom soil mix have very small fan leaves compared to the fabric pots of straight promix and dry amendments. Could also be the fabric pot is helping dry downs too. (Day 56) I’m seeing some yellowing so I’m going to give a foliar spray just too keep some deficiencies at bay. All of the plants are stunted except the m39 and bbb#3. Node spacing has also reduced significantly. I can’t help but feel it’s from the intensity of my lights but maybe they just need a transplant into some new soil something. Luckily the stunt and droop is only really happening to what I suspect are male plants anyway. Leaves are looking twisted and gnarled on #5. Going to move it into the veg tent for a while. I’m going to mix up and amend my Destiny/coco blend today and transplant bbb#3 and 6 & 7 in a few days. I mixed them up in contractor bags making sure to toss and turn vigorously. Here is my blend: 2 bags 40L Destiny soil 2 bags 40L coco 700ml glacial rock dust 700ml oyster shell flour 700ml nature’s pride bloom 300ml basalt rock dust 150ml langbeinite 150ml nature’s pride veg I am also going to try the Destiny top dress as it’s only 13 bucks a bag and full of good shit. I’m trying to not feed heavy in flower other than 2 or 3 top dresses and 2 teas and nothing after week 5. Because it’s taken so long for the plants to show sex, when I transplant into the 10 gallon pots, they should have more than enough nutrients too keep them going strong all the way through flower with just water. I’m a little skeptical about that though. Besides teas and dressings are fun. Everything should be broken down by week 8 or so. Will transplant in a few days.

Tag 112: Zeit zum Spülen bzw. Ich gebe keinen Dünger mehr. Weil die Shogun doch schon recht hell/gelb ist, aber gebe ich noch Alg a mic dazu um noch etwas grün zu erhalten. Das Wetter hier spielt mir mal mehr mal weniger in Karten, der Sommer dieses Jahr ist sehr durchwachsen 😬

Hey hey hey Growmies 😘🤗🤩 Thanks for stopping in! I hope your week has rocked! 💪🏼So far so good over here! Today is day 49 for my set of G14s from 420Fastbuds and they are kickin ass! 🤩 The first plant was topped early on at 3 nodes and we also did some LST, we now have 4 beautiful main colas that are getting so thick!! This girl is smelling so so good and is really doing great! 💪🏼 The second plant pictured is the same age and was not topped. This girl we did LST early on and it is also doing very well and has a good smell! Both girls are receiving a few different types of bloom nutes and also cal mag. We did some more defoliation on day 47 so the bud sites are sure to get plenty of light! We’ve been using the spider lights and so far are very happy with them. 3 gallon pots that are super breathable. Like I said, so far so good 😊 We are leaving to FL soon for 10 days 😬 so hoping everything goes smoothly while we are gone. Any tips for that (leaving plants while on vacation) are welcome! This week I've had some technical difficulties and busy finishing my dry room since these girls are getting closer and closer. The colas are frostier and getting weightier. So hard to be patient but love seeing them grow.

Gorilla Zkittles going down friday looks awesome! Gelato is gonna get one more time nutes and then to flush till day 70. Pretty happy with these.. Gelato smells like blueberries and GoZKi has that fruity dank smell nice 😋

********* Week 12 - February 24 to March 1, 2020 (Days 78 to 84 from seed coming out of medium) Well this is not the update I was expecting to provide! She did go into darkness on Sunday night and came out on Tuesday evening. Everything was ready and did the final video and pictures. When scanning the pictures though there were still a lot of clean trichomes!!😩😪 So made the decision to keep her going for another week and back into the flower tent and fed her some sweetener again😀😀 If I had another seed of her I would have stayed committed for comparison but I didn't want to pull this one too early and will ride it out. For the most part then the week was really just about keeping her in a dark part of the tent and gave the medium a couple of feedings. She has responded well to this extra time and when reviewed on Saturday she had become more frosty and the trichomes finally went all cloudy. There are more amber in her now as a result of waiting but the trade off was that more now became cloudy than became amber👍👍 Next update will be a harvest!! Green Poison has been wonderful to help along as she has aged. She has many stems with a lot of bud sites that have filled out. Her smells have been more earthy and floral and I am excited to see how they change as she cures. Three week flush👍😁😁 Thanks for the opportunity Sweet Seeds! Again, not much to add as this was simply a week of letting her ripen, keep environment cool & dry, and not worry about nutrient issues😀 Little more detail: Feb 24/20 - Day 78 - In the dark today Feb 25/20 - Day 79 - back into Flower tent.....she is not ready for harvest yet. Feb 26/20 - Day 80 - 3L water with Rezin & Liquid Weight @ 1.5ml/L = 80ppm and 6.1pH - Some of her hairs have turned a dark red. They are drying and not much can be done. Feb 27/20 - Day 81 - Nothing today Feb 28/20 - Day 82 - 2L plain water. No additives and didn't pH. Feb 29/20 - Day 83 - nothing today - take down tomorrow. Week 7 – Day 51 (BT27) A quiet week for RedPure#4 – mostly just watering, observing, and removing an occasional leaf 🍃 The stretch seems to be coming to an end. Height is stable at 40 cm, and space is still manageable 😅 Her buds continue to swell and look very promising 🍇 However, the drain pH remains low at 5.7, which might explain some of the issues she’s showing. After some digging, I suspect the combination of BioBizz soil and Advanced Nutrients is the cause. BioBizz relies on microbes for pH buffering, unlike Plagron or Canna, which use dolomite lime. On top of that, I’m feeding the microbes with Bud Candy – which likely lowers the pH even further 🔬 📌 Takeaway: If you're using Advanced Nutrients, a substrate like Plagron Growmix or Canna Terra might be more compatible. With BioBizz, the pH in runoff stays constantly low despite using water with pH 6.6. RedPure remains the most sensitive strain in the tent – but also one of the most aromatic 🌸💜

I'm thinking this is going to be my final week of veg, I'll be switching to hps 12/12 for flower, looking forward to seeing these girls bud up. 5/29 Switched my bulb from MH to HPS, to let the ladies adjust by the end of the week. Starting next week, that'll be on a 12/12 schedule for sure.

7/7: Transplanted plant to final pot! Roots showed out of tray. Accidentally pulled a root off during transplant 😢. After transplant I top feed/watered medium with a half gallon of treated water. I mixed 2ml of Rapid Start in 1 gallon water hub. Poured half in half gallon jug then poured half gallon over medium. Added 2 gallons of water into reservoir (1st white line) to promote root growth to bottom and to begin capillary reaction. 7/8: Bumped light intensity dimmer to 30%. 7/9: Left for Vacation.... Praying for my baby!🙏🏿 Going to be gone for 4 days. 😅 ***** For this Grow****** “Day Air Temperature” will be the max temp of tent for the week. “Substrate Temperature” will be the average temp of tent for the week. “Night Air Temperature” will be the lowest temp of the tent for the week.

So she got the chop 2 weeks prior to what I wanted, but I did not lollipop enough doing this Scrog and suffered high humidity, lack of airflow and as a result lost 4 tops... Out of 16 big ones. But I have harvest, wet trimmed and left to hang dry in a room on clothes drier. Room circulation fan on low, and temp is 22c with 51% humidity. Aiming for a 10day dry it maybe sooner.
