Grow Report Week 14: The Final Phase of Flowering is Approaching Hello dear grow friends, We’re starting a new week, and I’m pleased to report that everything is going well. Although the rear area of the grow is not yielding as lush results as the front, I am overall very satisfied, especially with the scents. Scent and Resin All plants really smell excellent and are well-resined, which indicates a good effect. I expect that the plants will need about 2-3 more weeks to mature. Expectations and Hopes I hope that especially the plants in the rear area will catch up a bit. The next few weeks will show how the buds will develop in their fullness and potency. Everything is going great! On the 48th day of vegetation, we switched the light cycle to 12/12, and for the second week now, our beautiful Golden Sands - 1 has started flowering. She’s been growing rapidly and noticeably increasing in height. We continue to feed her with fertilizers from Xpert Nutrients, and the results are impressive. A huge thank you to Xpert Nutrients for their high-quality fertilizer, which is not only effective but also very easy to use. With such a reliable product, we’re confident that everything will turn out perfectly!

It was finally time to harvest her, what good times we had with her. Amazed with how beautiful this plant is, how easy to manage and train and how rewarding Orange Hill Special is. So we said our thanks and goodbye, thanked her for all the joy she gave while growing her. I realize more and more how I love growing them even more than the end-product. It takes my mind of all going on for a while, in my miniature jungle world in the attic. Im sure all of you just sometimes sit there and watch them, in wonder, dreaming away with a good buzz on, watching them wave in the wind of the fans. So with a heavy hart I apologize, play them their last music, sit with them and feel them and smell them, watch the glistening of the cristals. In the end we had 209 gram dried Orange Hill Special, I will know the total of the grow, in a few days, since the final big whopper still has to dry: my XtraKush, be sure to check the harvest of that one *in couple of days) and see a one-dollar seed outperform two 10 dollar seeds. After a few days I sent the plants to bloom together with others that are in the grows, I am having problems with the insects that I brought with me from the old environment where I had germinated the plants, I am trying to eradicate them but I am not succeeding , the last solution that comes to my mind is to go look for ladybugs, they are predators of these insects, I just don't know where they sell them, if I don't act immediately the plants will freeze and go into crisis!

the girl is growing very fast :) that's why I decided to remove her wedding leaves, but weak branches, after a week I will let her start blooming on 12/12 :) in some photos you can see such a smile 👨‍🌾, for me it means watering day :D:D.

Eternity Grow Cup - Week 11 VEG Report This is a pivotal week in our Eternity Grow Cup journey as we wrap up VEG and prepare to transition into FLOWER. Our goal has been to ensure that the plants are thriving and optimized for the next phase. This report will detail everything that took place during this crucial week. Mass Defoliation & Structural Training We began the week with an extensive defoliation session. Every leaf with a stem was removed to clear space for optimal light penetration and airflow. This process was done mostly by hand, clicking them off in the opposite direction of growth, while some stubborn ones were snipped with scissors. By the end, it felt like we had taken out nearly half a kilo of leaves! The room now looks clean, structured, and ready to fill out the ScroggNet. To further enhance the plant structure, branches were attached to the pots, allowing for better horizontal growth. This technique helps maximize canopy exposure and prepares the plants for even light distribution once flowering begins. Defoliation before flowering is a key step as it reduces overcrowding, improves airflow, and sets the plants up for efficient energy use in the next phase. Light Schedule & Adjustments This week, we introduced a subtle but effective light adjustment. While still maintaining an 18-hour light cycle, we initiated a 15-minute delay with the whites, allowing the reds to start first. This gradual shift signals the plants that a change is coming. Similarly, at the end of the light cycle, the whites turn off 15 minutes earlier, leaving the reds on for an extended period. This strategy mimics natural sunrise and sunset, helping the plants transition more smoothly into flowering. Additionally, at the end of the week, we will be implementing 48 hours of darkness before the official flip to flower. This method has worked exceptionally well in past grows, helping plants recognize the transition and encouraging a strong start to flowering. However, it's important to emphasize that this is a personal technique and not a universal rule. Every grower should experiment with different methods to find what works best for their specific environment. Environmental Conditions & Challenges Currently, our temperature is at 27°C with 60% humidity, resulting in a VPD of 1.50. While slightly higher than the ideal for VEG, our CO2 levels are over 1000 ppm, and the light intensity is at 570 PPFD, making it a manageable balance. The solution pH is 5.79 (essentially 5.8), EC is 1.38, and water temperature is 17.7°C. One challenge we are facing is maintaining optimal reservoir temperatures. Currently, it's a bit low at 17.7°C, and we are exploring solutions to raise it slightly. However, the medium temperature sits at 22.2°C, which is a good range. The humidifier is still in use, though it struggles to increase humidity further, so we are working with what we have to keep the VPD in check. ICL-300s Integration The ICL-300 lights are now fully active. Unlike the last grow, where we introduced them later, this time they are on from the start of flowering prep. This adjustment is an experiment to see if the plants respond better to an early introduction. Learning is at the core of this journey, and each grow offers new insights. Whether this proves to be the optimal strategy or not, it will be a valuable lesson for future grows. Day 28 of flower, all going good so far still just giving them ph water. Will be top dressing this week at some point. So far the lemon tree is looking like the winner!

Same as week 15, missing a lot of pictures in the timelapse. The storm caused part of the seal to be broken, and the person taking care of it this week was unable to fix it properly. I only got to fix it about two days after, so there has been some light pollution :(.

So this week was a bad one due to loosing 3 plants due to birds/mice. I have put the somango out in the ground which is in the video and also the special kush. The others I’m gonna give another week in the garden to get a much better root ball. Started them all on a little bit of grow this week and will water i between. That’s about it this week. Great week for the little lady in week 2! We have nice steady growth and shoots are starting to come out from the lower branches which is fantastic. Her color and leaves tell me everything is alright as far as her medium and her nutrient uptake, so yeah, I'm really loving this living soil thing. Thanks for stopping in. See you next week!

This will be my 1st auto run. Other than one time I was sent some free f1 autos from rqs and I started some but I ended up tossing them for some reason or another. I am actually super excited to try out fastbuds. I have been wanting to try out fastbuds for over a year now. I'm not the greatest with seedlings so I am doing a test run with a 2x2 tent I'm gonna try and grow the best plant I get out if the 3 seeds hopefully it doesn't out grow my small 2x2 tent . Pound cake thou looks like a killer strain with some fat buds can't wait to see how fast fast buds really are. Here we go.

17-4-2021 ON FIRE : Wow what a good growt last week was crazy and what a big ass leafs! holy shit.. i think im gonna push the nutrions up 2 650PPM instead of the 550PPM now.. also still not in flower so that is good ! i only use the fish mix and still not biogrow i will do that the second week of flower, its very uniform so thats also great to see... i think im going to do some leaf stripping tommorow because thats needit ...i will do it strategic to minimalize the stress

After 1 week of growing, the Blue Dream'Matic is doing well. I am going to slowly increase its nutrient solution strength and lower the lights to dial in some stronger growing conditions. It has been enjoying 1-2 times a day fertigation so I think the coco medium is draining well. I have included a time lapse of the first week of growth. I am working out the kinks of the setup, so the video is a bit messed up towards the end, but it shows potential that I am going to keep working on! Day 8: transplanted to a larger pot as a significant number of roots were growing out of the seedling bag. Day 9: It looks like there has been a cal-mag or root issue affecting the first set of leaves, which grew in while there was a lower nutrient EC. The new growth has not been showing the same issue, so hopefully the issue has been resolved. Thanks for reading, and happy growing!
