On flower day 60, it was finally time. Three days before the final cut, I did a last light watering with plain water. The last 36 hours, the lights stayed on. In the end, I had around 20–30% amber trichomes. I'm super happy with the result. Trim jail was exhausting but totally worth it. The harvest is now right in the middle of curing. As for the smell: a sharp, earthy, leathery diesel mix with hints of lemon. The fuel note is, to my delight, much stronger than expected. Incredibly sticky buds. Sparkling flowers. Day 78 - pheno 1 was cut down, id normally hang dry the whole plant but decided to do it in branches instead. Second pheno has been left in darkness as i haven't had the time to cut. Pheno one is hung up and drying.. Room Humidity 60/60. As soon as she's dry enough I'll finish trimming her up. Then put them into jars. Might use boveda 60% packs but I'll see. Smells strong! Sep 7: what a great plant. Totally love how it’s going. Flowers keep getting fatter and heavier and she’ll be done before the end of September. Sep 8: there a tree root sticking up a bit in my yard which means the plant can be tilted toward the late afternoon sun. This is helpful because the sun is getting really low to the horizon already and we’re down to 13 h of daylight. Plus now direct sun is done in my yard by about 6 pm. Indirect light is okay but you really want direct sun at all times. Videos shows use of 730 nm far red light at dusk. Just a few seconds is all it takes to set the plant into dark mode two hours faster. It’s a bloom booster because you get two bonus hours of darkness or a 26 h day. Very effective but don’t miss a night and you have to adjust the timing each night. When starting this on July 20 Civil Twilight, as listed on timeanddate.com for my location, was at 9:45 and today it was at 8:40 pm. The red light at dusk is a highly recommended trick if you have daily access to your outdoor plants. Also works indoors, of course, and on autos too. Also I think it helps ‘stabilize’ the plant by emphatically putting it into dark mode, and therefore less susceptible to stray light to cause a hermie. Have not had hermie problems in four seasons of using the red light so that is my only ‘proof’ but it is true so far, even with taking flash pics before using the red light. Sep 9: getting heavier and now more branches are weighed down and slumping against the scrog net. Nice problem to have, I know, and without the scrog net some of the branches would be breaking off now. She’s now officially too big and too top heavy to keep moving around the yard in pursuit of direct sun. Sun is much lower to horizon now and direct sun hours are dropping too. Sep 10: getting close to done and getting very top heavy. Awesome. Sep 12: raining today. Has been cool last few nights and some purple colour is just starting to show. I don’t want to overdo fertilizer near the end, but I decided she is showing K deficiency. I’m out of malted barley but I still have potassium silicate, so I used that and some cal-mag. I’m avoiding kelp and molasses or using more P at this late stage because that can make the dried bud hard to burn and that really sucks. So, potassium silicate and cal-mag it is. The potassium silicate raises the pH and it takes about the same volume of vinegar to get the pH down. A good does of acetate is likely good for the bugs in the soil too. Then a squirt of Dr Bronners soap as a surfactant and that also supplies some biodegradable carbon for the bugs in the soil. Seems to work overall and is cheap. Sorry I haven’t been posting to much been crazy busy but here’s an update of my grow using the sp 150 by @marshydro_official2 , ladies are loving it and are very happy besides the obvious heat problem I have going on in my tent. I have slowly been getting the temps of the tent down and hopefully the ladies bounce back up , they have all entered flower and I’m pumped to watch them bulk up 🙏🏽😁 I have purple punch , stardawg , strawberry cheese cake, and a pink kush Cbd . I have also just started a couple GSC and one is showing some crazy mutations as a seedling already 🤯

Hola familia, decidimos esperar y curar unas semanas antes de probarla. 19% de thc y es que esta cepa con predominancia indica no deja de sorprendernos a cualquier cultivador, es una cepa no muy complicada para cultivar pero tampoco fácil. 60/65 días de floración cruzada entre northern light x afghani . Buenos céntrales y buenos satélites. Hasta aquí el final del principio.

Hablando mas del cultivo en si, coseche al día 64 de floración, es decir, 9 semanas completas. Saque 307g de cogollos grandes y lindos, y además otros 120g mas de popcorns y manicura fina que irán para hacer extracciones. Por lo que el peso final total es de unos 416g aproximadamente. Para el secado, puse a secar las colas luego de una leve defoliación (solo hojas satelite grandes), en un espacio ventilado, oscuro, a temperatura aproximada 20ºC y humedad 55%. Tardo 10 días en secarse completamente. Si bien en mi opinion las condiciones optimas son 60%H / 15ºC, no cabian los cogollos en el espacio que tengo preparado para mantener esas condiciones. Para el curado, luego de manicurar los cogollos se pasaron a frascos grandes con termo-higrómetros dentro. Se fueron abriendo en principio 3 veces por día, y a medida que la humedad fue bajando, se fueron abriendo menos, hasta llegar a la humedad deseada, que a mi gusto es 62% de humedad. Siempre se van rotando los frascos para que los cogollos rueden y vayan tomando forma. Espero que les sirva esta review. Saludos!!😘

Day 71 - Starting week 11 and this is most likely her last week, she might only make it till this weekend. She’s definitely plumped up and I haven’t seen a single clear trich anywhere, she’s about 90-10 milky to amber so I’d like her to get to about 25% amber before chopping. Gave her the last drink of water tonight and just letting her dry up from now until chop day. Day 73 - Just waiting another day or two for her to finish drying up and then she’ll get the chop. Leaves are really faded now and it’s making her flower colors pop. Pictures really don’t do any justice. Day 74 - Looks like I’m gonna give this girl another day or two before chopping, she doesn’t quite have the amber trichs I’m looking for yet.

🌿 Woche 16 – Mentha de Croco 🇩🇪 Die beiden Mentha de Croco entwickeln sich weiterhin fantastisch! 💚 Die linke Pflanze hat inzwischen etwa 180 cm, die rechte beeindruckende 193 cm erreicht 🌱. Beide sehen wunderschön aus und wachsen weiterhin extrem säulenförmig nach oben – echte Wolkenkratzer im Garten! 🚀 Leider gab es gestern ein schweres Unwetter mit starken Windböen 🌩️🌬️. Dabei sind beide Pflanzen umgekippt. Durch ihre hohe, schlanke Wuchsform sind sie einfach etwas anfälliger für solche Wetterlagen. Ein schwererer Topf als die 30 Liter hätte hier sicherlich für mehr Standfestigkeit gesorgt. Zum Glück ist der Schaden überschaubar geblieben. 🙏 Lediglich einige Blätter sind abgebrochen, ansonsten haben beide Pflanzen das Unwetter erstaunlich gut überstanden und wirken weiterhin kerngesund. 💚 Beim Wiederaufstellen konnte ich außerdem sehen, dass die Wurzeln den Topfboden bereits vollständig durchwurzelt haben – ein gutes Zeichen für ein kräftiges Wurzelsystem. 🌱 Morgen gibt es wieder einen frisch angesetzten Komposttee, um das Bodenleben weiter zu fördern und die Pflanzen für die nächste Wachstumsphase optimal zu unterstützen. 🍵 Ich bin gespannt, wann die erste Pflanze die 2-Meter-Marke knackt! 🌿📈 🌿 Week 16 – Mentha de Croco 🇬🇧 Both Mentha de Croco plants continue to perform beautifully! 💚 The left plant has now reached approximately 180 cm, while the right one is an impressive 193 cm tall 🌱. They both look absolutely stunning and keep growing in a very upright, column-like shape—true skyscrapers in the garden! 🚀 Unfortunately, a severe thunderstorm with strong winds hit yesterday 🌩️🌬️, causing both plants to tip over. Their tall, narrow structure makes them naturally more vulnerable to these conditions. A heavier container than the current 30-liter pots would definitely have provided better stability. Fortunately, the damage was minimal. 🙏 Only a few leaves broke off, and overall both plants came through the storm remarkably well and still look incredibly healthy. 💚 While standing them back up, I also noticed that the roots have already fully colonized the bottom of the pots—a great sign of a strong and healthy root system. 🌱 Tomorrow they’ll receive another freshly brewed compost tea to further support the soil biology and keep them thriving. 🍵 Now it’s only a matter of time before the first plant breaks the 2-meter mark! 🌿

Vabbè ora sto esagerando, perché cnq non essendo l'ultimo modello Smart che si poteva collegare WiFi, quello si sarebbe stato un verrò doppio passo in avanti per gestire al meglio le mie ragazze da una sola app sullo smartphone! Spero in futuro magari un altro upgrade del controller ssmart sarebbe davvero una cosa che apprezzerei tantissimo dalla collaborazione con questa grande azienda Mars hydro! Nice progress this week with the left plant. The right one is showing some deficiencies on some leafs. A few bugs were also spotted, nothing major but I placed a couple of sticky traps. The smell inside the box has increased quite a bit, but still no smell outside.
