For germination I put the seeds in a glass of water for 8 hours. Then I placed it to germinate in Peat + Vermiculite substrate. This week felt like the run really started cruising into flower mode. The smaller, darker pheno – the one that got transplanted from the 11L into the 35L pot – finally bounced back. Especially after that little defoliation session, she’s been pushing steady growth and stacking some nice biomass. She’s compact, chill, and now showing she’s got some solid drive. The bigger, lighter pheno on the other hand feels like she hit the brakes a bit. Growth slowed down, biomass stacking isn’t as intense, and she looks a little lazier compared to her sister. But that’s kinda intentional – I took off a bit more foliage on her to keep the stretch in check and slow her roll. So, nothing to stress about, just part of the plan. Hope that It works out and she'll start to be a little more on the energetic side of things next week. Funny enough, the darker pheno seems to be catching up and maybe even overtaking the lighter one now. That contrast is rad to see – like two boards riding the same wave but in different styles. Curious how it’ll play out in the next couple of weeks. I also pushed the PPFD to about 1000–1050 depending on the spot in the canopy. Bud sites are soaking it up, and the canopy looks nicely balanced. From here on out, I wanna keep it chill – minimal interference, let the plants ride it out, and bring this run to the finish line. Main focus is to wrap it clean so I can flip the space for the other photoperiod girls waiting in the small tent.

Why use cotton pads? You should use cotton pads because it is one of the fastest way to germinate seeds, it is also one of the more reliable way. This is a NOOB-FRIENDLY tenchnique, you have to respect some little and easy steps: -take one cotton pad, spray it 5 times with water; -dispose seeds in the sprayed cotton pad, remember to leave minimum 1cm of space between seeds, -take a new cotton pad, spray it 3 times with water, face it down and put it on the seeds of the first cotton pad; -now, spray the dry side 3 times. -put this/these "sandwich/es" in a sealed container of a sufficient size to store them, I use like a plastic tupperware (glass or plastic are equal) with about this size: 15x30.It contains about 8 "sandwitches". -store the container in a dark place with a temperature from 17°C and more. More light they see and colder is the place,slower will be the germination and lower will be the germination ratio. *(-If your seeds are old, not good stored and with a low germination ratio, I suggest you to use Seed Booster by Plagron. Old seeds and maybe stored in a very hot place for a long time may will be death may will not never germinate). Generally a normal cotton pad is good for 3 seeds. If you follow these steps, you will hardly have problem of non-germinating seeds. I tried all methods (except rockwool cube) and in the last two years (and I germinated a lot of seeds) I can tell that this is the faster and reliable way. I loved to use paper towel but with this metod is very easy to put too much water and it will be slow down the germination step. I really hope that this "rule" will help noob growers and maybe will help other growers to improve their skills. I personally do the step by step draw guide. This week is week three and growth has begun to pick up on both plants. They are growing branches, which is the first node beginning to form. I lowered the light to the 8” inches off of Cookie Monster, since she is the tallest at this point. Noel is growing her first node too even though she is much smaller than Cookie Monster. Right now Cookie Monster is 2” inches tall and Noel is inch and a half tall. This week they both are starting Perfect Grow nutrition and The Coffee spread. Next week I will add boost to the grow nutrient and continue the coffee spread.

I tried to tie down and make an even canopy with FBT2311 and 2312. These two plants are now starting to fill in nicely with pistils and hopefully are nearing the end of stretching FBT2313 is a very stout plant. I beleive that my lights were turned too high and the fan blew too hard, causing a phenotypic response. Much further into flower development then 2311 and 2312. A much smaller plant means ot needs less nutes, but the soil was amended with organic inputs at the beginning of the grow and I didn't cut back on supplement feeding enough, so it seems to have more P and/or K then it needs. I did not need to tie down but I used the trellis as a way to open the canopy some for air flow and light penetraion. FBT2314 ended up slightly larger and stretched a little more then 2313. Flowers are developing nicely and some signs of deficiencies and possible light burn. Otherwise going pretty good. It's difficult to trim the back part of the grow tent so I am letting these ride and see what happens.

Are these autoflowers doing ok my first grow week 4

Day 27 flower: I love the Gz strain with a passion. The colours that are beginning to shown on all of their buds are beautiful already and they are not even half way through yet !!. #1 is by far the biggest girl with so many tops going for her final yield weight. #2 is plodding along still in her indica stout kinda way. forming ok too #3 was the tallest of the 4 and had to be supercropped to get the lower buds some light down there. gave 5 mains a 90° bend. #4 is still a little lady but is making nice bud stacks for the party too. They are getting sticky icky now too and smell really fruity when rubbed a little well done Barneys Farm

Today is Day 50 !! We have started flower an they are just looking amazing! We have switched up the nutrients for flower, instead of 1 tsp bloom and 3 tsp of veg , we just swap 3 tsp of bloom and 1 tsp of veg !! Can’t wait to see what these laddies do this week!!

I hope she recovers well from my LST and defoliation, like the previous times. Watering 2l, pH 6.4 on day 26.

Day 24 , showed sex day 21, the plant has doubled in size over night and the stem is already twice as thick as the four in soil. Water change tomorrow and you ppm to 600

This week she has grown quite well. Not as tall as the gorilla glue but she has great form and lots of new growth tips. Also regretting not scrog’in her too, but it is what it is now so I’m kinda happy with it. My tent is a nice size so not a problem, I have the light on adjustable rope so I’m not gonna worry about it. I’ll do some de-foliation on her and take about 50% off from the bottom. No point keeping them as they don’t get as much light anyhow and besides to many branches will affect my top growth. I’ll switch her to 12/12 this week as I’m happy with her size now. Hopeful to get a massive condense bud on the top. A big fatty will be awesome. She’s been enjoying the nutrient schedule so far and I’m happy with this. I don’t normally veg out a plant this long but ah well it is what it is eh. She has a potent smell amd she ain’t even in flower so hopefully this is a good sign.

Had a productive week for growth and made a few improvements. Bud development has been great this week. The buds are filling in the gaps mostly and creating nice colas. My plan is for the next 2 weeks to feed AN Overdrive. Then flush for 2 weeks i think. She is very sticky and has a sweet smell of candy grape. Still not a blast of smell when i open the tent but smelling her close she's sweet :D I re tied all the outside colas to make them have even spacing again. The red poles were in need of some better reflection so i foil taped them. The sealed box for my carbon filter was made when i was using the cfl. The way i needed to hang the light meant the outlet from the sealed box into the tent could only be 4 inches in diameter. With the Cob Led, it's attached on the side poles, so decided to max out the outlet. It is the full 6inches and cooling is more efficient now. (Maybe i should try origarmi) The black clip on fan was touching the tent so not drawing air as well. Also made an annoying vibration if touching the tent wall. I used the extender i had on the side vertically and mounted it horizontaly. Has opened the tent out a bit and have free space behind the fan. Have add photos of all improvements. Checked on the outdoor grow and is looking good. Did improvements on it last week by adding a 'gate'. Had spotted deer when visiting previously so didn't want to take any chances. Attached photos from visit yesterday. Video is from week before when i did the gate and surround supports. Left plant Glue Gelato Auto is my friends. It's the same age as my Wed Cake but grown outdoors it's whole life. Right plant is Purple Punch auto which is mine. 4 weeks younger than my Wed Cake and Glue Gelato but started indoors and then planted outdoors. This spot was only for 1 plant originally but after the situation from the other spot we had to take the GG there. Thanks for checking my diary See you next week and happy growing

Trichromes are starting to be produced and buds are starting to form and get sticky, each plant is developing a nice smell but the strawberry is out performing the rest by a mile definitely a vigorous strain that just wants to go go go! Inter node spacing is crazy and looks like the girls are setting up to make some fat buds hopefully
