week intel: its time to harvest some of plants the ones that is mature enough. indica dominant plants will done first always so we should harvest them first because my base nutrients and one of boosters was salt based, i'll do flushing this week to get some relieve to plants in the last days stresses : flushing Drought stress via watering only one time with flushing this week feeding: day 1 : i flushed them with Advanced Nutrients Flawless finish and adjusted ph day 3 : no more feeding from now on day 5 : no more feeding from now on guide of the week : i harvest in 2 parts : first i harvest top of the branches and will let the lower buds to ripe another week then ill harvest the second wave. indica dominant plants will get done 1 or 2 weeks sooner than sativa dominant plants that will often takes more than 8 weeks so be aware to harvest them sooner. my dry and cure style is this: 3 days of hanging upside down to get water activity lower to around 0.6 in 50% humidity and 26 C temp (i know its a little high but we are in a hot summer right now and i cant get it lower even with air conditioner) and then after 3 days of drying i remove leaves and stalks, trim buds and move them to jar for the rest of their life :D . and in the first 4 days of curing i open the jar door and let hem get some fresh air in the jar for about 5 minutes and close the jar door again, after 4 days of curing like that buds are smokable but they will get better as they getting cured about 1 month. im happy as hell with this harvest :D.

She is on a 12 /12 light cycle as she is in a tent with some photo period sisters that are in flower at the minute. So she won't have such as good a harvest if she was on a 18/6 light cycle.

Final amount is 285g dry at 64%RH after 5 days of drying and some hours of trimming. Now i’ts time for the curing process but anyway for now the smell is extremely fruity. I will be focusing this diary on the smoothie strain but you’ll be seeing some other plants in the tent that are not the same strain. I only have room in this tent so bare with me. There are 2 Smoothie, 1 CNC, and 1 Stardawg (dog). The smoothie are the two bigger ones in the back of the tent. Now, the Smoothie from FastBuds is just killin it right now. Since I popped the beans they have done nothing but show signs of greatness. I don’t think this one is gonna slow down much either. I’m going to push these plants harder than my last harvest. I had a really really amazing harvest last time. I was even able to pull sap out of all 4 plants. 2 Zkittles and 2 LSD-25. This was all done by feeding at the right times and keeping a “moist” soil. Also I want add that I ran pretty much the entire line of Nectar for the Gods at a little less then the recommended ratios. This time I plan on going a tiny bit over the recommended ratios just to see what these plants will do. Trust me, if the plants have a bad response I will go back to the recommended ratios. The reason I want to do this is because I really think these auto strains can handle a lot more than a regular flowering cycle plant would. They can handle more stress, that’s for sure. When do you think I should add a compost tea into my regimen? Soon or wait till the plant is a little larger?

Welcome to my new diary! I'll be chronicling my experience growing Runtz photoperiod by Zamnesia. This is actually a grow I just finished, but I'm excited to share the journey with you now. As always I'll grow in a DWC system, this time in a 2x2 grow tent. To manage the environment, I'm using a Vents TT100 for air extraction and an Hailea air pump to keep the 20-liter DWC pot well-oxygenated. That 20-liter capacity should be enough to let the plant cruise for a few days without needing a refill, even when it's deep into the flowering stage. Lighting will be provided by a 150 watt lamp, which I'll run on an 18/6 schedule during veg and switch to 12/12 for flowering. As for nutrients, I'll be using the Plagron hydro line. To keep a really close eye on all the critical parameters like temperature, RH, CO2, PH, and PPFD, I'm relying on my Tent-X system by TrolMaster. It's a fantastic piece of kit that allows me to control and dim the light remotely, also includes a smoke detector. 🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱 GROW JOURNAL 🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱 🗓️ WEEK 1 (veg) 🔙 Kicking things off, I prepared all the materials. The clay pebbles received a 20-minute boil followed by a 24-hour soak in demineralized water adjusted to pH 5.8. I gave the air stones a 24-hour bath in a water and vinegar solution, rinsing them thoroughly afterward. The root riot cube also soaked for a few hours in water at pH 5.8. 🌱 With preparations complete, I placed the seed into the root-riot cube on day 1, nestled it in the net-pot, and surrounded it with clay pebbles. The light was set to an 18/6 cycle, positioned 50 cm away, and running at 50 watts. I hand-watered the seedling with approximately 5 ml of demineralized water directly onto the clay twice daily, while the DWC reservoir below held 20 liters of a light nutrient solution: EC 0.6 - pH 5.8. On day 4, the seedling emerged and was exposed to the grow light for the first time. Concluding a successful first week, by day 7, it had already pushed several roots out of the net pot and down into the nutrient solution.

I preferred to remove my net this week, to more easily access my plants and water them. I hope the branches will hold I cut a lot of leaf this week. I hear different opinions that say it's beneficial others not... At least it will have the advantage of lowering the humidity. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- - Water: tap water at 300 PPM, I add 0.7G of Hybrid powder and 0.3g of booster PK+ per liter to reach 950PPM and I adjust the PH to 5.8. I watered daily until water drained from the pot (to release nutrients from previous waterings) and I take a 3-4 day watering break to let it dry out before resuming a daily watering schedule. -Daytime temperature: 22-26°C -Night temperature: 20-24°C -Humidity: 50-75% ( Too high but it's hard to lower it...
