A week on everything is going ok. The mutant is still hanging in there doing its own thing with growth. The other two are coming along nicely, the smaller one is very uniform and has good structure to it. The bigger one is just a beast! Growth is rapid and the shape is nice. She drinks a lot more than the other two. Getting the second light was a good idea based on the umol m2 (572 with both switches on).

Week Harvest My journey of Runtz Automatic and her entrance in the Eternity Grow Cup 2025 began on January 7 when she popped her head above the soil. Runtz was an easy carefree plant to grow with no incidents of pests or disease. A few defoliations were all that was necessary to keep her in check. I kept her under a light schedule of 18/6 to maximize her light exposure. After topping her she grew only 24 inches tall. This small plant structure is suitable for growers with limited space. She was harvested on March 20, day 74 from germination. As part of the flushing process, I topped the pot with ice, then watered with ph 6.5-6.7 water for 3 days. Then I put Runtz Auto in the dark for 2 days still in her pot. March 20, she got the chop, Wet weight 314g and is hanging dry in a darkened room. As she dries, candy, sweet, fruity smells escape the room. Temps are 71-72and 43-48% humidity. I am sure she is as tasty as she smells and will not disappoint in effects. My sincere thanks to Patricia @Zamnesia for her support and encouragement throughout this grow. Big thanks and sincere appreciation to Plagron and Zamnesia for hosting this fun and exciting contest. Everyone entering the contest started with the same strain in either a feminized auto or photoperiod seed. Zamnesia generously provided 5 seeds to everyone and Plagron provided the Green Sensation flowering additive. During this contest I enjoyed visiting many contestants’ diaries and seeing beautiful gardens. Many, like me, are limited in space or number of plants they can grow but all are displaying fine specimens. Some Runtz phenotypes are very sativa dominant, with long thin leaf fingers, while others lean more indica. What will be most interesting will be the smoke reports on effects. My theory is that the more sativa leaning in structure, the more active, energetic and euphoric that plant will be and the indica leaning specimens will be more relaxing and uplifting. 03-08-20 No se cambia la solución con nutrientes aún. Empezamos la tercera semana y aún tenemos solución con 1.89 ms y un PH 5 que corregimos a 5.8. 04-08-20 se rectifica el PH de 4.5 a 5.5. Se calibra la sonda de ph. La conductividad es de 1.95 ms. Cuando suba de 2.1 ms cambiaré la solución. Se baja la luz a 70 cm 05-08-20 el PH vuelve a bajar a 4.8 y la conductividad llega a 2.1 ms. Se procede hacer un lavado de raíces bajando la conductividad a 0.2 ms PH 6.5 y una nueva solución con nutrientes que pondré en los datos principales.

Hello Growers and Tokers! Welcome to another run where I'll be testing something from a local breeder. The cultivar is Orange Apricot x Mimosa from Mallorca Breeders. This cultivar is a treat, I've had the delight of smoking this grown from the actual breeder. If it comes out anything like that I'll be more than happy. Frosty buds, very oily, very tasty, very hard, very nice, very everything! It was a 10/10 smoke Let's hope we have a 10/10 grow to have some 10/10 nugs. Effect: Expectations and training method: I know these genetics are a bit delicate so I’ll be taking things very easy. 
The breeder suggests waiting until the fan leaves come out to decide the training technique. If the fan leaves are thinner then it’s leaning more towards Orange Apricot and will be a bit more sativa and has more ramifications so most likely LST. Thicker fan leaves would be leaning towards Indica which is what I actually want, the Mimosa side. Breeder recommends topping this Pheno to increase yields. Let’s hope they’re Mimosa leaning.. 
 As for the yields I’m not expecting more than 40 grams per plant but always shooting for more. I’ve already smoked this strain grown by the breeder and other local breeders, which is what made me want to grow it myself. I expect nothing but trichomes and terps from these ladies. These little girls seem to be recovering from being neglected in the seedling station. Finally starting to green out and perk up. Just been hitting them with microbe bombs, and it does take some time for the microbes to turn up the engine,

Week 4 for the sugar bombs 😁 another 4 or 5 weeks to go (depending on the phenotype) but we will notice when she's ready in the later flowering, for the rest everything is going quite good in my opinion, for now i must say that its a quite stable strain, no signs of nanners or any other trouble after applied HST which is good news!

Strain was easy to grow. Had some herms but since I only have 2 plants I was able to pinch the balls off. Buds have no seeds and are a strong smoke. Really hits the lungs.

04/27 - Day 30 ~510PAR across the canopy. More training and a little trimming to get some air flow under the girls. 04/30 - Day 33 ~540PAR across the canopy. Switched over to the VIPARSPECTRA KS5000. Coverage is a WHOLE lot better and will allow me to start the next batch soon. All the girls are starting to drink more, adding 1 gallon back to the reservoir daily for the last couple days. Noticing some yellow tips on leaves, but getting super bushy.

Calibrated pH meter. Was a little reading high. Started tracking runoff for each plant separately. Mex is very brittle. Broke another branch. Still pretty full. Seem to have the base nutrients dialed in. pH is not longer an issue. Growth is still moderate to slow. Holding off on final topping until nodes grow better. Realized I pruned too high and I lost the node I was going to top for. Plants range from about 6” (bw3) to “10 (mex)

Yay! video is back up again.. Day 22 flowering: Well what a week this has been for the Amnesia Haze. She began the week intact and showed the many bud sets throughout her frame. I have been waiting until day 19 to defoliate her and get as much of the light down lownas I can she has some perfect stacking developing now and all of her quadded limbs are top to base with flowering sites. Her speed and progress has been excellent from the off and I am now preparing to run 3 Sweet Seeds Autos of this strain with their Amnesia Haze XL alongside 3 Gorilla Girl XL and 3 Sweet Cheese XL , I cannot wait to see what these genetics can throw up. The amnesia has got a nice fruity smell starting to be noticeable as i open the tent. She is 3ft across inn parts and has a lot of mains vying for top spot . I am hoping she will be a great yielder with the way I have trained her out. She is feeding well and not showing signs of any issues at all so its a head for the finish line now in about 5 weeks time. S.a.d is alive but not looking the best still , she is in flower but her initial poor start has effected her too much. power toner for keeping going though, same with the red hot cookie really. gutted to have lost so many in the heatwave issue and be left with so few to show this breeders genetics. Well it was definatly another tough week.From battling temps of 34 degrees celcius to too much humidity levels over 70 percent,not to add to the trouble,my light blew.Im lucky a retailer had a MARS FC3000. In Full flush with mollases and ph adjusted water and ready to pick these guys this week or next.As for the other girl she wasn't thr greatest after all that so she was pulled,hopefully enough for a few spliffs after dry n cure. Hola a todos!! Buen 2025 amigos!!. Esta semana regue con oro negro de namaste 2ml x litro, no medi ph ni ec, le agregue una malla improvisada para hacer un scrog en exterior, es la primera vez que lo hago, afuera y quiero ver como se comporta la planta, así que veremos que sucede en el futuro.
